spa facilities with the outside heated pools and jacuzzi is amazing; cleaning was very good and staff was polite ; breakfast also good; I had a balcony , but the view was on the back side.

I've got the single room with a view on the street 1st floor ; the room was crowded with all kind of furniture: for a small room you dont need to have a big table, a desk, an arm-chair plus the wardrobe . Mattress and pillow a bit uncomfortable for my back, but I survived 4 days ; The hotel pretend to be a 4 stars hotel ( and maybe they are for other type of rooms) , but for the room I've paid ( single room with balcony) I've got the worst bathroom ever : small, very dark inside with no facilities - that cant be called 4* bathroom ; you cant properly shave bcz you cant see anything . I can't even imagine how a lady can makeup in that dark bathroom :-)

The spa is amazing, it was the best thing about my stay. I did really enjoy it and would definitely recommend it. Staff were so nice and the hotel is very well located.

Property is well located, close to town very clean and modern rooms. Great sized balcony and the bed was really comfortable! Breakfast was great selection wise and the Melted restaurant was delicious!! The spa and amenities were incredible, so much space and choice in the spa. The staff we spoke to were also really great. Everyone was very helpful and wanted to make sure everyone’s stay was perfect.

The rooms were a little too warm for our liking. Even with the heating off and window open it was still very warm- this may just be personal preference though as we do prefer it a bit cooler. We only ate at the hotel restaurant once but it felt a little frantic. Staff were lovely but our drinks order got a bit confused between different people. Not a big issue but it definitely felt like they were a bit tight staffing wise.

Rooms were clean and well furnished. There was a hiccup with one of the toilets in our family room which we brought up to the hotel staff. The service recovery was good and the overall service in all parts of the hotel from breakfast to reception and porter and bar etc were very friendly and attentive. The food in the restaurant for both breakfast and dinner was of a good standard and a good spread. The spa area with the outdoor heated pool was really nice and relaxing and well maintained

The hiccup in the room toilet could have been anticipated prior to our check in but as mentioned above after we highlighted the issue there was a responsive good service recovery

Although we could not check in early, we were able to leave our luggage at the desk to explore the city. Once we were able to check in officially our bags were placed in our rooms. We were also given an upgraded room from booking which was such a lovely surprise. The hotel was close to the train station, but the hotel does offer a small taxi to come pick you and can drop you off. We enjoyed the selection at breakfast. There was a juicing station and a chef to prepare eggs for you. The room was very spacious and comfortable. We enjoyed having storage for our bags so they didn't always have to be on the ground. We also appreciated that the TVs home screen had an option that displayed local weather and webcams to destinations. It helped with our plans!

The room can feel slightly stuffy. I do feel this is an unfair judgement since I am an American and use to AC. I will say opening the door for circulation did help.

Absolutely delightful stay at the junior suite, in the newly renovated (original) building. Alpine charm, with exposed rafters and modern fixtures (such as motion detection night lights, electric tower warmers, coffee station and minibar stocked with still and sparking water). Ultra plush bath ropes/ linens/pillows. The biggest and most luxurious SPA 🧖🏼‍♀️ powered by geothermal technology is mesmerizing. Extraordinary facilities, and indoor/outdoor heated pools Lastly, the room includes the most complete breakfast, which included a Prosecco station, freshly squeezed orange juice, omelet station, charcuteries presented in refrigerated glass drawers… 5-class all the way! Spotless clean, and the most gracefully staff. Complementary shuttle to/from the train station

Everything was great. I can highly recommend this place. The location was great, the staff were amazing and very friendly, the food was really good. I would definitely book this hotel again when we visit Zermatt next time.

There was only one tiny discomfort. On the last day, we woke up early in the morning for someone was knocking on the door and asking us when we would check out, so the person could clean the room. Which is understandable, but the check out was until 11 and we had plenty of time.

Excellent breakfast facilities. Very good spread and compliments to the chef who really went out of his way to make the omelets with attention to detail. Enjoyed the juice bar and the Cappuccino machine made excellent coffee

Perhaps could have used some of the facilities or spa a little more and maybe at arrival someone could have take us around to show us the hotel and its facilities. Would have been great if the hotel could have collected us at the train station. We walked to the hotel

We stayed in Zermatt for 4 nights during the Winter season and decided to splurge a little extra and stay at Resort La Ginabelle. It was well worth every penny!! Staff are very professional and courteous and the facility has many great amenities on offer including ski lockers, restaurants, bar with live music, sauna, steam rooms, heated pools and a wellness centre. We stayed in a room with a queen bed that was modern, clean and comfortable and had incredible views of the Matterhorn with a nice wrap around balcony of the surrounding landscape. We stayed in the 1st tower (Room 131) to be precise should you wish to book this room. The buffet breakfast was delicious. We didn't eat dinner at their restaurants as we had dinner in town but we did enjoy a drink at their bar whilst listening to live music on the piano. In the afternoon they offer snacks to guests in the living areas which is a nice touch. The resort is about 200 metres from Sunnegga ski resort which is handy. You can also buy a lift pass from the resort and guests receieve a 10% discount on ski gear from the Matterhorn Sport shop across the road. We also used the heated pools each night after a day on the slopes which was a luxury to enjoy. We would definitely recommend this place to family and friends and will be staying here the next time we visit Zermatt!

The only thing we didn't like were the feather pillows as they are not our choice of pillows. Please be aware the room we stayed in is comfortable but small including the bathroom. This did not affect us but something for future guests to be aware of.

First of all - the staff, these guys and girls are really making this place special. Service is top quality. Another good things - SPA area, outside pool, nice saunas, relaxing areas. Very good hotel's location, just few steps form the ski lift + from the bus stop which takes to yet another ski lift. Breakfast - one of the best I had, there is everything you can think of.. just great, really liked the reserved table which did not change for the whole stay.

No fitness area? that was surprising and bit disapointing.
