My shower broke during and I was initially told I would have to get used to cold showers for the rest of my stay. Luckily it was fixed the same day!

Owners are amazing, great value for money, can’t fault anything about the property. Clean, close to the beach, bars and restaurants. Comfy and they have motorcycles for rent which is also very cheap. Wouldn’t stay anywhere else on Koh Lanta.

Amazing location, super friendly staff, big clean rooms with good air con. The staff helped us get a good price for tours and onward travel, also rented us a scooter. We stayed for 3 nights and immediately upon arrival enquired about stay longer but they were (understandably) fully booked. So if you’re hesitating, do book longer!

We had our laundry done with a same day service and unfortunately didn’t unpack until we got to our next destination, but when we did we found the clothes had shrunk and also had a mould smell. It may be worth checking how they dry them beforehand and waiting longer if need be.

We were welcomed in the most perfect way. There were mussels from the market and Bang the outstanding owner cooked them for me and Suzanne,the lovely lady who lives there and helps you with everything. The bungalows are spot on in terms of price/quality. Spacious and very clean. Close to one of the two best beaches. The bungalows are spacious and have a big fridge,comfortable bed and nice warm shower. There are plates and glasses and beer/wine opener. Plenty of plugs and even on the balcony there is a plug! You can rent a scooter and they will help you organise tours. You just can't go wrong with this marvellous place! Restaurants, supermarket, ATM and even a pharmacy all within 5 minutes walk.

The staff and people here are just another leauge of kind. They help us with everything and guides us around the Island. The rooms are very Nice and very comfy bed. The place is a bit down the Road from the bussy part but is located around alot of restaurants and the Beach is perfekt. You Can Watch the sunset here. Deffinetly worth all your money! The best survice. They Can arrange everything for you:)

Super clean and well equipped Bungalow. Extremely friendly owner who made sure I had a great stay with restaurant recommendations, ferry pickup and organizing onward transport. Plus scooter rental from accommodation was super uncomplicated and easy.

The serendipity family made you feel like you are at a home from home. The bed is so comfortable you don't want to leave it. They have provided everything you could possibly need. Kitchen bits & bobs, kettle, tea/coffee, toaster, fridge, water daily, beach towels, beautiful bathroom, shampoo/shower gell, all linens crisp, bath towels, great aircon & an extra fan if you prefer, safe in the room. I just feel like I don't want to tell anyone how great serendipity is, as it will be fully booked next time! This isn't a resort, the beach is just there, there's loads of bars & restaurants just there, what Bung & his family do is accommodation perfect.... we will be back, if serendipity isn't fully booked!

We loved it all!

Clean comfortable and quiet (not near any loud bars). We stayed in several accommodations on Ko Lanta and this was our favourite, whilst it doesn’t have a pool or is on the beach it’s a short 5 min walk to beautiful Long beach and 1 minute walk to the main road. The room was perfectly clean, spacious and had everything we needed. I would recommend hiring a moped/bike whilst staying here so you can access the whole island and you can rent one cheaply from the owners.

Everything, the room was exceptionally clean. the staff were polite and helpful. The owners / Manager were extremely helpful. My partner came off her scooter and they helped with staying an extra night and directing us to a clinic. we hired the scooter from them, no concerns about any damage only that we were ok. also arranged travel to Phuket at a great rate. location is great, close to the pier and three minutes to walk to an amazing beech with restaurants, fire shows and the best sunset. This room beats any £100 per night stay anywhere.

They are often available to talk to and can always be contacted. - We were picked up from the pier. - Very short walk to the amazing beach - Good quality bikes available to rent for same price as anywhere else on the island. - Were able to extend our stay easily - Good laundry service available - Organised our journey to Koh Samui - Great value for money
