Staff were friendly and helpful. There was an issue with us staying in the pool view room one of the nights so they put is in a garden view room but offered a free taxi ride in exchange which was nice. Laundry service, scooter rental and tour bookings all right at the front desk which saved us a lot of time. 5 minute walk from stunning Long beach. Very cute hotel kitty that followed us into our room one night. Nice pool. Breakfast that was included was good as well.

The extremely loud prayer at 5:30am that’s blared on the loud speakers directly outside of the pool view rooms. I understand that it’s Muslim tradition to pray at sunrise but it doesn’t need to be played so loud it wakes up the entire hotel.

Staff were very friendly and helpful. There were a lot of local restaurants and shops in the area, as well as a medical clinic not too far from the resort. Some of the facilities, like the massage center, is at another location. Once you put in a request to use it, a staff member will take you to it. Laundry is also 40 baht per kilo, which is cheaper than other islands that charge at least 50 baht per kilo. Although the weather wasn’t optimal when I stayed there, staff always ensured that I was comfortable and my needs met. Like the name of the resort, I had a Peaceful time there.

Although there are a lot of restaurants and shops in the area, you need a rental scooter/bike to get around.

Large room. Do not expect the newest furniture but very PEACEFUL RESORT. Very helpful staff. Decent breakfast compared to many places we have been before.We had to leave early end they served it earlier for us.

Not that we did not like but, there is room for improvement because overall it was great. They could work on the bathrooms a wee bit, also beware of mosquitoes in the area.

Excellent location, beautiful balcony area, a very inviting swimming pool, the nearby beach was perfect, and the room itself was quite comfortable.

The shower in our room had almost zero water pressure, unfortunately. But this is a small gripe.

Staff were generally very friendly and helpful. The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The air con and room fridge worked very well. The pool area was lovely and clean, with plenty of loungers. Proximity to the beautiful Long Beach and several good bars and dining options was great. Overall, a nice hotel and good value for money.

The bathroom was a little tired, with a broken towel rack and shower head that wouldn't stay in the holder. Breakfast was ok, but not worth getting up for every day. Be cautious hiring a scooter through the hotel. The company they use charged well over the odds for a broken phone holder, which had flown off the bike while travelling at a normal speed along the main road. The company forced us to pay about 5x more than the item could have been bought for online. The guy at the hotel wasn't interested in supporting us in the matter and basically said we must have been racing down the road for it to have broken. You have no choice but to pay because the hotel holds your passport while you rent the bike.

The rooms were big and extremely clean and tidy. The bathroom was spacious and had a wall between the shower and the rest of the bathroom. The staff were welcoming and kind and friendly. The room was cleaned daily.

The resort was a little smaller than the pictures indicated. We requested rooms close to one another and they were in different sections of the hotel. The second room had a very small window and did not receive much natural light - it was not what I expected from the pictures. We chose the accommodation as I work remotely and wanted to work in the day tomorrow n the restaurant and cafe. The restaurant was only open for breakfast and had no view - not what I expected. There was no tea and coffee provided with the kettle in the room.

The rating is for a double room facing the garden. We were a family with two children (8 and 3) and we had two double rooms located on the second floor overlooking the garden and pool. The whole area is very peaceful, even though the hotel was full it was quiet and peaceful, no crowds at the pool, perfect for a family who wanted a quiet nice week. Clean and tidy and very friendly people working there. Breakfast based on egg dishes and fruit, the cleanest dining room I have ever seen. It’s a 5 minute walk down to the beach and ocean. We were very happy and would love to come back, best place in Koh Lanta so far.

We booked a deluxe pool view room and could not fault it at all! The room is huge, we were provided with fresh drinking water everyday, the bed was massive and soooo comfortable. The air con is brilliant. If you can, request a top floor room as the view and natural light is slightly better than the bottom floor in my opinion. The pool here is absolutely beautiful, spotlessly clean and maintained by the staff every single day. The hotel arranged rental scooters for us at a a great price, dropped off to and picked up from the hotel. They also arranged our onward travel for us, again at a fantastic rate which picked us up straight from the resort. The breakfast is delicious and cooked to order, served really quickly and with a gorgeous fruit plate too. The staff are lovely and so helpful. Really kind people who are great at their job. This is the best resort on Koh Lanta! We never return to places but are considering coming back here as we loved it so much.

Spacious rooms, we got an upgrade overlooking pool. Staff were very helpful and will assist transport, tours. Breakfast was good and made fresh to order. Very close walking distance to beach, great sunsets. Plenty of restaurants along beech or close by. Motorbike hire nearby, worth exploring the island as there are little beaches and cafes with awesome views to find(eg Tuesday Morning cafe)

Shower wasn’t very strong, intermittent pressure.

The resort is really peaceful and a great place to stay. The pool is lovely and garden well maintained. We stayed in a room on ground floor, and could easily watch the kids play in the pool when sitting on the terrace in the shade. A short walk to the beach without passing any traffic. Everyone working here was super friendly. Big room with two comfy double beds, nice and clean. We stayed here with kids age 4 and 7 and they loved it. When we moved to another place on the island, we all missed this place. Will recommend and are for sure coming back!
