The front desk staff while checking in and out were excellent, Very friendly and knowledgeable about the city and general info. The rooms are large, comfortable and very clean. The hotel is on a busy road but the building is set far enough back the the traffic noise doesn't affect the hotel. I would gladly stay there again.

I didn't like are the air conditioners. They are the original units from when the hotel was built and need to be replaced. The temps in the Niagara region last week were in the mid to high 30's and the a/c could barely keep up. They are also very loud. Don't expect to find much on the television. Channels are very limited unless you have a Netflix account.

The comforters were very soft. Staff was nice. Continental breakfast was very helpful before going out. Pet friendly. Felt our car was safe since it was parked by our patio and we can see it. Fridge helpful for insulin and leftover food. Microwave useful and so was the Keurig coffee machine.

We only had 3 pillows for 2 adults. I asked housekeeper for 2 extra but she forgot. I asked at the lobby and they were able to provide. The bathroom sink...water went down very slowly. We did not mention to lobby since we were only there 3 nights.

The desk staff was super friendly and polite. Even came round and opened front door for us when we brought in our luggagge. Room was very clean and comfortable. Breakfast had a good selection and was good. Hotel is dated and in need of cosmetic repairs. But didn't bother us especially at the great price.

Cosmetic details, hallway doors could use a paint, things like that. But we didn't really mind. I would have been more dissapointed if I had paid $200 a night.

The Hotel was Clean and Comfortable, a Fridge and Microwave was provided and was appreciated. Also breakfast was provided and appreciated.

Didn't Like that Animals were allowed in the Hotel, But that was my only dislike. I believe if they allow them then they should have a guard over their mouth outside of the room or in cages for the small ones. Also I believe they should have designated rooms for people with animals.

Breakfast had a good selection. Lots of room to sit. Best location possible. There are several restaurants within walking distance, several fast food and a mall. Just down the road is a bowling alley.

Because we stayed several days a small couch would have been nice. Everything was clean but I didn’t like the look of the bath mat- I didn’t feel safe standing on it.

Room was spacious, with a nice tile floor with no carpet. Free breakfast, close to markets and food like Walmart, dominoes, etc. Less than 30 minutes to niagrafalls.

Couldn't get the TV working. It had very old bulky control, and my kids were not able to turn it on. It would be nice if 1 pair of sandals be provided for the bathroom.

Modern and clean rooms and bathroom. My room; with large sofa Pretty well soundproofed unless I had quiet neighbors? Comfortable bed and pillows. Large mini fridge with freezer space. Window-doors giving access to the car to take out the suitcases (ground floor). Hard floors, no carpet. Breakfast (very basic )was advanced from 7 to 6:30 Thank you

No coffee maker in the room And worse, no coffee in the lobby either. Door of the room very difficult to open; stuck in the frame

The property is close to many amenities and it is enough in the town so that you feel safe. You can either buy groceries or visit several restaurants varying in price range nearby. The town of Welland is so tucked away yet so accessible and close enough to Niagra Falls so you can enjoy both.

Breakfast was advertised when I was booking on the site but when got they said because of covid restrictions they only offered tea and coffee. I got a Tim's card for $10 but it was three of us so really, I had to spend extra for breakfast.

I had accidentally booked for the wrong day. Valentina worked hard to change the day and arrange accommodations for the date I needed. Exceptional, she went above and beyond what would have been expected. I was also surprised by the breakfast selection and the coffee was good.

The staff are very friendly, especially when we checked in. Beds are super comfortable and temperature is able to be adjusted as you wish.

The only problem was a faint stain on one of the thin sheets, but it’s understandable because I have trouble getting out stains even from home.
