High Floor Falls View! Exceptional. Loved the Hot Water ( = and personal attention with my transfer from one room to another by the manager). After the initial transfer, my R&R stay was truly phenomenal. Clean, Safe, Spacious (and I am a particular lady about all)!!! Thank You! Proximity to Ventures were within Walking distance (a definite plus). Mine was an impromptu visit during a busy Labor Day season; it was great to see the cultural diversity of both family and business travelers who were excited to be guests at the *NIAGARA MARRIOTT ON THE FALLS, Ontario, Canada. Three particular staff members stand out: Front desk, Bell Manager, Milestones Hostess (seated me just at closing). Amazed that your hotel is close enough to Walk between the Canada/ USA borders (and I did). WEGO Hop on/off was definitely an amenity (benches available in front if one decides to paruse and wait). The Sister Marriott, across the way, is smaller, has the SPA amenity. I Prefer *. There is also an APT like suite available to accommodate a larger family/group. Taxi service was great as well. ZipLine if you are Brave and Prepared for the Risk!!! Toronto is so close as well. We will definitely recommend *.

No hot water early in the morning ) = (made up for it with the High Floor Falls View and Personal Contact).

It is so clean and comfortable. There is a Starbucks in the lobby. When we arrived, they had a big root beer float station with staff in 50's style ice cream parlor attire serving. Depending on where your room is, you can see the nightly fireworks from your room. The hotel's 31 floors so the options for a beautiful view are plentiful! We had a falls view. The hotel is super central and pretty much everything we wanted to see was 2-15 minutes away by foot. The one or two things we did on the American side were easy to get to also, because the Rainbow Bridge connecting the Canadian and American sides isn't far.

Nothing major. They only cleaned the room by request, so I was a little surprised the first time to return to the room exactly as we left it. The phone in the room wasn't working, so we requested housekeeping at the front desk and it was clean when we returned. We really enjoyed it overall and I would choose it again.

The staff was very pleasant, helpful, and friendly!!! Everyone was very nice!!! The room was the best!! We were on the 24th floor and we had a beautiful view!! The falls were beautiful from both sides on the 24th floor!! We could see the change of colors on the falls, the boats from both sides!! The fireworks were beautiful! We just looked out from our window! Just breathtaking!!! I suggest the Magnificent Tours for the tours. The guy John was the best. He really gave us a great history of the falls.

When you bought stuff, some places would give you a choice of US or CAD, while others didn't. We bought things anyway. Even the restaurants would do it. Otherwise we had a beautiful time!!

Oh my goodness, when we walked into our falls view room it took my breath away! The view was exceptional, just amazing! We could see each of the falls and it was walking distance to the main tourist spots too. It was lovely to have a little couch and chairs to sit on to enjoy the view, rather than sitting on the bed. The room and bathroom were very clean and it was great to have a little fridge.

We found the bar and restaurant (for breakfast and dinner) expensive, we didn't eat at the hotel. If you needed anything, or to ask a question or for more water bottles you had to queue at reception, it took quite a while to do this each time.

We got an astounding view of the Falls from our room! There is a light show that happens during the night and we were able to watch the different colors change along the Falls during the evening. In the morning, we got the best panoramic view of the Bridal Veil falls and Horseshoe falls. The breakfast at the hotel was also very nice. There was an omelette section, where the chef made the omelettes on the spot with the ingredients you want.

The parking is across the street so it is about a 5-10 minute walk if you end up parking furthest away. You do need to place a ticket on the dashboard for overnight parking, so I recommend checking-in first and getting the ticket, and then heading to the parking lot to park your car for the night. The other inconvenience was that there were not enough elevators for the whole building and the elevators were a bit slow, so we ended up waiting for some time to get to the lobby.

Room was very clean and the window was big and let in a lot of light! Beds were comfy and shower was clean and felt great, good water pressure and warmth. The room service people come by every morning to ask if you need any items topped up and I found that to be very convenient for replenishing the coffee and water which we consumed a lot of during our stay. I also appreciated how modern the design of the room was. The views from the building are nice as there are no other buildings nearby to block your view of the falls or city.

The elevator situation is a mess. They have it so certain elevators will allow you to access certain floors but it only confused the visitors and made for a slow mess waiting for an elevator. Many times because the elevators are on two different circuits, people will click the wrong side creating unnecessary stops for the elevator. On one of the days it was so slow we just had to take the stairs. The elevator situation is my only complaint.

The view was exceptional, the front desk personnel were professional and very pleasant and helpful, the young lady that cleaned and serviced our room was exceptional, the Milestone restaurant and staff were very friendly and attentive. There were some restaurants close that were affordable that served excellent food.

Not enough handicap parking close to the hotel and it was very expensive. Canadian Taxes make a vacation there almost unaffordable.

We had a clean, contemporary room on a higher floor of the hotel. We had a lovely view of the Canadian horseshoe falls and also of the Niagara river. We found the room to be quiet resulting in a restful stay. It would have been great to have a hot tub or jacuzzi too, as you get pretty cold walking around in the cold mist by the falls in early winter. We had dinner in Milestones overlooking the Falls, which was really nice.

Breakfast was included but was buffet style (I’m not a fan). My husband and I missed the omelette bar altogether so I’m sure we would have enjoyed that much better. The coffee was very bitter so we decided to spend an exorbitant amount of money on Starbucks instead (although we paid $30/person for breakfast).

The view by on it's own gets 5 star for this hotel.. Absolutely amazing view!! Will definitely visit this hotel again. It also offers free WEGO pass and decend breakfast (with fee) with a fall view.

The price was not the same as I thought it would be. There were hidden fees when I had invoice and I was not expecting it. (I.e. parking, breakfast, taxes, and DAF(?) Idon't even know what that stands for)

Amazing location, superb view of the Falls all day and night, with great privacy too. Parking is convenient though not enclosed. Lobby, ambience and general service levels are great. The additional offerings (coupon) make life very easy (e.g local public transport pass) but some are simply commercial and not worth it (e.g. visits to local breweries, shops, etc)

The food options in the in-house restaurant are very minimal and not a fair value for the menu prices. The bathroom has no tub, very unusual for a location and room in this category
