We came for the P!nk concert. Although the website stated that the shuttle doesn’t run during the week, we were pleasantly surprised that it did for this concert. It was a game changer as we driving and parking or taking an Uber would’ve been very stressful for us. Our driver Ken was very accommodating and wonderful! The hotel bar was an added bonus!!! Will definitely book this hotel again for events at Comerica park. Thank you!!

The hotel was a little dingy and run down. Definitely needs some updates

The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very comfortable and clean. Plenty of towels and bathroom supplies, which were readily replenished. The breakfast was generous- wide variety that made our family happy! We also used this space to heat our dinner in microwave and eat it at table. Much more practical than eating dinner in room. We also felt safe there and could walk into city.

The staff was friendly. We were there for a Kenny Chesney concert so enjoyed the fact we could use the free hotel shuttle to and from the stadium. The shuttle drivers were awesome and very friendly! Our room was descent. The breakfast was good.

Check in was suppose to be at two but our rooms weren't ready because they were short staffed and the elevator was broken. Not a huge issue and the staff was very apologetic. I think our room was available a little after 3. They eventually had the elevator fixed the next day. Other than that everything was great!

It was what I was looking for. Old building but I expected that. Better breakfast than I expected and a clean room as far as I could tell. Would stay again

On their website it mentions a free shuttle service up to 3 miles away. When we got there it said they only offer that service on the weekends. They should update their website to say only on weekends

Room had everything we needed complete with a fridge and microwave. The location for what we needed was perfect Staff was friendly, bathroom was a good size and beds were nice. We didn't use the breakfast offered or the free lemonade in the lobby or use the TV. Shower was nice too. My daughter and I would stay there again.

I don't really have any big complaints. We found a baby's binky under a bed and one of the sheets had a small stain on it that looked dirty.

Staff are professional/welcoming and helpful from check in thru check out. Always greeted asking if I needed anything. I'm a round the clock coffee drinker so, I liked that I could always get a fresh cup. The free shuttle was a bonus and the driver was interactive/patient. Security was watchful and friendly. I feel comfortable here, great location to everywhere I needed and wanted to go.

I didn't have an issue with anything on my stay. I smoke and never felt afraid to go out front to the designated area, because either security/front desk clerk/ bar staff were always in the lobby (sometimes all of them)

It was clean and the staff was very friendly. It was in a great location for the venue I was going to and the price was fair for my budget. The lobby was very nice and inviting.

The price could have been a little lower. The room was a little dated but that was not a big deal to me. I did like the pictures of old Detroit on the wall, made you feel like you were invited.

Location, location, location! Convenient, close to places we wanted to be- ballpark, Dequinder Cut Greenway, access to Rte 75. Free parking. Friendly staff. Good options for breakfast. Comfortable and adequate.

The hotel was a pleasant surprise. I was sceptical about the location and the price being as low as it was. The hotel was clean, and the staff were great. They had security on site and a free shuttle van. Awesome experience

Shuttle service to downtown area. Either I missed it in booking or I over looked that feature. Love love love it. Please keep if possible. The shuttle service was on time and gave us all the info we needed. Breakfast was good too. Food was hot and replenished quickly.

We only had one towel and wash cloth in our room for two people. We just asked for additional when we came back in the evening
