The property was in a great location! Everything we could have needed was a short drive away. We booked a queen suite because we were traveling with our kids for a basketball tournament. The room was spacious and clean. We got in just before midnight and were ready to go to bed. I was going to walk down to the office (our room was at the end) to ask for extra linens for the sofa bed, but when I opened up the wardrobe, there was a fresh set and extra pillow waiting for me! There were bath linens and toiletries available!The temperature of the water was hot, and the water pressure was intense! There were two tvs, which is always nice when you’re traveling with kids. it had a microwave, mini fridge, coffee maker, ironing board, and a blow dryer. There was an abundance of electrical outlets and USB ports to charge our electronics. Breakfast was also provided. Our stay was also affordable for the weekend. Housekeeping cleaned our room and made our beds while we were out, even our bed that had our personal comforter on it. Traveling every weekend, we’ve learned that less is sometimes not more, and you get what you pay for. I feel like the staff at this hotel went above and beyond! CLEAN, COMFORTABLE, AFFORDABLE, and PLEASANT! We will definitely stay here again, if we are back in the area!

The ONLY thing I can say I didn’t like was that I couldn’t figure out a way to plug the tub to soak! Trivial and definitely NOT a deal breaker.

The room was cozy & nice. It was also very clean. Conveniently located near anything you need.

The TV could definitely be better. Very small basic flat screen with absolutely no good channels. I also don’t like the fact that they charged us a $100 damage fee that they said we’d get back at checkout, come checkout time we were told that it would be 3-5 business days until we get that deposit back.

They were installing new cabinets and had loose screws all over the parking lot I reported it twice to 2 different desk workers but nobody cleaned them up I wounded up getting 2 screws in my tires and had to get them fixed I'm very dissatisfied about that they need to make it right with me I even cleaned a bunch of them myself but everything else was awesome 👍💯

The location of this property was perfect, there were plenty of places to eat and plenty of things to do around us. Downtown was just a short drive/Uber ride. The room was excellent, clean, and had everything we needed. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was great as well, it was nice to get up and have a hot breakfast in the lobby.

Pillows were a little flat and bed wasn't all that comfortable, but neither were terrible. We very much enjoyed our stay.

the rooms were comfortable. we chose this location for the pool - which was nice. the full breakfast was nice too.

the bathroom light switches were dirty. they need a detailed cleaning. the room numbers are very small and we couldn’t see them from the parking lot to know where our room was located.

When you first walk in you think you made a mistake. But that will change as you settle in. The beds felt firm but were comfortable. The bathtub water was hot and had good pressure. The only thing lacking was a stopper for the bath. The bathroom is very small. The blackout curtains were great.

No bath stopper to take a bath. Had my own luckily. The bathroom is small. Looks dated but in the long term it was good.

It was clean, the staff were congenial & the parking lot was well lighted. The was room was large.

They charged me a security deposit of $17 after & in addition to the room charge which I had prepaid through Booking.com. The TV was really small (approx. 16x24ins) especially for a large room & mounted too high on the wall. The shower hot-cold handle was loose & took a minute to get it where I wanted. The furniture was really dated.

This property was very clean and the staff were very nice. Love the area it’s in cause it was close to restaurants and shopping. I only have one issue. I was charged 7.92 but don’t know why. Haven’t had a chance to call. Would stay here again depending on what this charge is for.

Being charged 7.92. We only stayed one night. We don’t drink or smoke. We left the rooms clean. So I’m not happy about this charge even though it’s not a large amount it should not have been charged to my card.

I loved all... staff, the hotel is very clean, location is perfect very close to the mall and restaurants. The bed is great. Breakfast is very good. I stayed with my husband and 3 years old son and loved the hotel... i really recommend it.

I did not like that i had to leave to get back home...

I did not go to breakfast the next morning therefore, I can not rate it. As for the room, it was clean and comfortable; however, the handicap accessible room did not meet my expectations. It should have a walk-in shower versus a tub shower.

I did not like the tub/shower combination. I would prefer a walk-in shower in a handicap accessible room.
