It had a great atmosphere from the moment you enter the hotel. Friendly staff and a nice buzz of business people around. I would like to emphasize the friendliness and professionalism of one staff member who helped me from day 1 and always had a smile and made sure to find a solution to any issue I had. Her name is Ms Gohar she is an exceptional staff member and a great asset to your hotel. She made my stay feel like home and I will definitely be returning.

The cleaning service were always late to clean my room even though I would leave the sign out side the door - even at times I told the reception but still they did not comply. Also I had to ask a few times for towels as they had forgotten to place new ones.

The location is good:metro station is close to the hotel. Al Barsha 1 business centre is in 10 minutes of walk (for me it was very convenient, as it was my destination point)

1) Breakfasts are not tasty and the variety of food is poor (even for 3 strars hotel) 2) At night time a pipe in the next door room was broken and a part of night we didn’t sleep - administration didn’t even offer us any compensation 3) When I paid the accommodation, administrator charged me more (not 173$ but 187$ for 2 nights for 2 persons in double-room)

Their exceptional service and attention to detail ensured every moment was comfortable and enjoyable. The heart of my evenings was undoubtedly Jamboree, where the exceptional support and service provided by Imarath, Prasana, and Hiran created unforgettable memories. Their dedication and kindness truly showcased the beauty of Sri Lanka, leaving me eager to travel there and explore more of its charm. I must also commend Sujid and his housekeeping team for their professionalism and commitment to maintaining impeccable standards throughout our stay. Their efforts ensured our accommodations were always pristine and comfortable. Moreover, the entire team, including John (attendant) and Ola (security), deserves immense praise for their unwavering dedication and friendliness. Their collective efforts made checking out a bittersweet moment, leaving us already longing to return. I cannot emphasize enough the wonderful experience my family and I had at Ibis Al Barsha. The exceptional service, coupled with the genuine warmth of the staff, has truly set a high standard for hospitality. We eagerly anticipate our next visit and highly recommend this hotel to anyone seeking a remarkable stay in Dubai.

This was my repeated stay in this hotel. I am very happy with the service, cleanliness of the rooms, and the hotel staff is professional and attentive. This is an excellent choice for a short stay in Dubai. I forgot one private item in the room after check-out, which I discovered later - the hotel cooperated to help me retrieve it, which I appreciate.

It would have been much more satisfying, if the hotel would have contacted me by their own initiative upon discovering my personal item that I forgot in the room.

Room was clean and better than my previous stays. Shower box was clean and water was hot. Reported faulty shattaf and they fixed it same day, which was good. Having the iron was so helpful as it was a sudden booking with no laggage. Room was tidied up everyday. I think I may heve to get used to asking for oersonal stuff like tooth brush and a tooth paste. Room was very good. Wished if the interior design was more eye appealing. Staff are helpful. Overall it was a good stay. Rescued me from travelling in the rainy storm.

Interior design with black PVC pipes was eye disappealing. Have to ask for the toileteries. Shattaf in the bathroom was leaking, but they fixed it once reported.

Economic and just perfect as I was working and came in the evenings only. Rooms cleaned well

They certainly need a big improvement on the indian breakfasts that they keep. Even though it’s just 1 item and that’s fine but nothing done properly. Dal and parathas the readymade ones cut into 4 (hard as ever). And when idlis made sambar is there but will be good to have some chutneys etc. Most of the condiments kept are some diff colors and not proper. Certainly huge area to improve here.

I like the good services and the restaurant.. I apprec this laundry service they provide ... one of the housekeepers her name is marjeen from Philippines...she was a big help... I also cherish the fast response when I needed to book the meetings room. The Kenyan girl was amazing. ..sorry I forgot her name... All in all...it was a good experience

Sometimes I have to go down to activate the door card even though I m still an active guest.. I recommend they change the card system

The people, staff ... especially Ms. Cho and Mr. Jibran were excellent .... Room 581: view outside the window was good. The staff incharge of the rooms were good Location : On the main road Breakfast : a lot of variety ... got personalized omelette made by cook just the way I like it. The assistant staff at the time of breakfast was good too

Room 135: when i was in Room 135, the music coming from perhaps 'bar' was loud and couldn't sleep for the initial few nights

Rooms are nice, there are a planty of space, bed is big enough. I liked that we have fridge and bottled water. Location is ok, but it is not too near to metro or bus station so mostly of the time we must rely on taxi. Breakfast was also good

Room service - when we ask for something we had to remind them for multiple time so we get it eventually. For instance, we got only one small and one big towel - when we ask for extra towels we have been waiting for that for a long time. Also, often the cleaners didn't change the sheets and towels.

I like to stay in Ibis Dubai Al Barsha hotel every weekend. Very good location, opposite main road. All people who work here so nice and good attitude. Wanna tell about hight speed wifi, cozy gym, big lobby area. Comfortable rooms with different options. Rooms clean, housekeeping do good job. Fast checking and check out on reception. Wanna tell about reception - Gohar, Bea and Khusbu. Very professional, perfect skills and always friendly. Gohar can speak Russia language, very competitive and give nice room. Hotel territory very safe and hotel with good reputation, thanks I’m very recommending this hotel!
