Facilities, location and staff. They have lots of activities lined up for kids we enjoyed our stay. Restaurants we’re posh and food tasty. More options @ Aspects. The location was central.

The signage and check in information. First timers and google maps takes you to the auditorium building. The reception there was empty and a few guest were lined up to check in. We asked someone passing by and we were all directed to the highlands reception. And then re directed to the aviemore reception. Wasn’t ideal for family with kids galavanting the yard with a few buildings apart. We later found out there were 3 hotel all in the community. I think the hotel should put these details in the check in instructions prior. Another hiccup was the towel hot rail in the bathroom was too close to the entrance of the bath, it can get very hot and I got burnt by it. We later covered it fully with a towel to be cautious. The location was not safe.

went with family with no expectations and we were all very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness and the facilities especially the pool. breakfast was really good apart from the eggs

at the pool the life guards seemed more attentive to parents use of mobile phones than on swimmers in the pool. i watched on with some amusement as the life guards chastised bemused parents taking photos of their children and others just taking theirs devices out to do whatever only to be loudly whistled at spoken to by the lifeguards it was actually rather funny given the blind spots in the pool that they couldnt see in the pool.

Great hotel, the size of the room was brilliant- although the hotel needed a lick of paint, I can't fault the cleanliness of the hotel, in addition to all the other hotels around as well- so clean and tidy. The breakfast was really nice, with enough options to choose from. I liked the use of the unlimited free facilities- swimming and the soft play area, this was brilliant for my daughter who thoroughly enjoyed herself. The amenities and everything needed was within walking distance. All the staff were very friendly and welcoming. I would definitely stay here again without a doubt!

The facilities for the kids were so good and the staff working with them were amazing too. We all had a great time and were never bored.

The food is a big let down. Expensive and not that good. There isn’t a lot of choice either and it’s not great for kids. Also the staff in the cafe were so rude. Big let down compared to the other staff. They did anything to avoid serving us and when the very expensive toasties came, they weren’t even cooked. The kids refused to eat them. Wouldn’t go back. Also, there are a few things that would really help parents and that’s stools in the bathrooms so that the kids can reach the sinks and a few family changing rooms at the pool.

The room was nice and spacious. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was nice size. The location was great. The activity centre was excellent. There was plenty to do especially if visiting qith kids breakfast was nice reading some reviews I was a bit stressed. But honestly it was great. There is plenty restaurants nearby if someone complains about the food there you don't have to eat there. Staff were great. Hotel was OK a bit run down but nothing to concern for me. I was in a interest in our room not the halls etc. It was very pleasant stay and I intend to return late spring early summer definitely.

There were plenty of facilities for the family such as the swimming pool with water slide, on-site cinema, ski rental shop, shops and on-site restaurants. The proximity to the twin centre meant that all was in a 5 minute walking distance. Rooms were clean and spacious. We arrived a day late due to poor weather and had had to stay in another hotel a couple of hours away unexpectedly. We were pleased that we didn’t have to pay for the night that we couldn’t make it and not have to challenge the case when we arrived - it was immediately understood and accepted- thank you

Despite all the positives I was a little underwhelmed with the small reception - with the high price we were paying for the room I would have expected more of a wow factor. Still remains though that it is a great location with plenty to do on site, great for families

Breakfast was delicious. Lots of variety. Entertainment was fantastic. The kids loved it too. Show was a brilliant performance, was very impressed. We stayed for one night and arrived a couple of hours before check in. We were allowed to use the facilities before checkin and just had to show booking confirmation so got to use the swimming and softplay before they closed at 6pm. Fantastic Swimming pool, has a flume which we loved. They also provide towels at the swimming and the lady on reception was so nice and kindly let my daughter borrow goggles from lost and found as the ones they sold were too big for her. There are lots of floats, rings and balls provided to use in the swimming pool and plenty to go round. Hairdryers in the changing rooms were free to use. We were half board so had £25 spend each for dinner and booked into the Italian restaurant. The food was superb and was served very quickly. After we checked out at 11am we had access to the facilities until 1pm. We went swimming again and spent some time in the swing park. Next to the swing park we were able to do archery and also hire grass sledges and had so much fun sledging down the hill. There was so much to do, that we didn’t have time to do it all. Next time will definitely be going to the ice skating on-site and checking out the on site shopping centre and Cinema. Our room was spotless and was lovely inside.

The exterior of the hotel looks a bit dated however the grounds are kept to a high standard and overall the place was nice. Felt a bit rushed in the Italian restaurant. 3 times we were asked if we were finished eating. However in their defence this was by as different person each time and we had a toddler who likes to take her time. Drinks at the entertainment are a bit on the expensive side. We were £15 for a Jack Daniel's and coke and a pint of lager.

Staff were friendly, happy to offer advice and were very good with my daughter (both reception and dining staff). That made her feel very special. Room was immaculate, had everything we needed. Facilities were fantastic for kids, pool and soft play were great. Breakfast was nice, especially since its included in the price and had everything you could need, again the staff were efficient and friendly.

Stairs and Lobby were a touch cold, maybe a little dated but that didn't bother me that much, the room and communal areas were all warm and pleasant. The safe in my room didn't work.

This hotel offers good value for money, especially with children. The swimming pool is really a major bonus. It is clean and the water slide and the waving machine were all working fine when we were there. Our two children aged 5 and 7 loved it. The lifeguards are very professional. There is a play centre as well that our children enjoyed a lot. The staff is very nice, especially in the reception area. Breakfast is very good. There are several restaurants on site for which booking is recommended. The location is perfect.

In the corridors of the hotel, there are fire doors every 10 metres and it is a bit tiring to have to push them every time we walk around, especially when we have bags to carry. I have not seen this type of set-up in other hotels, which take the security of their clients very seriously as well. I am 1,82m tall and my bed was a bit small.
