Did not have breakfast so can't comment but the coffee bar was nice & they have a little 'shop' that sells snacks if you don't feel like eating a large plate from Room Service late at night! Fab location for my needs - a concert at The Limelight venue. It's right next to a Starbucks & the bus station that provides the routes to both airports. Our room was spacious, clean & very comfy. The beds were nice & firm - we both had a great night's sleep. They provide pillows of varying firmness which is great! Bottled water was provided in room too alongside teas, coffee & biscuits :) Bathroom & carpet were both clean which is very important for me!

Second night of our stay joining room had TV on full blast and we got absolutely no sleep whatsoever Also the fact that the hotel doesn't take cash isn't very convenient

Location is excellent. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. We stayed in an executive double room and the facilities were great; the mini fridge was replenished with two cans of coke and bottled water each day. There was a coffee machine and kettle, with the coffee and biscuits again replenished daily. Daily maid service was available if required. The room was quiet (5th floor), although internal facing, so no view. Room was always warm, but could be cooled using the air conditioning.

The bed in the room was very firm to the point of being uncomfortable to sleep on. The self service breakfast area was slightly too small for the size of hotel, especially when busy. Two coded machines were slow operating and generally had queues. The first morning, both broke down with only one being fixed. The staff were all very attentive when approached, but again not enough on to attend to busy periods. The cooked breakfast was very good, there was limited fruit selection available and the pasties appeared not to be cooked fresh, but defrosted (needed breaking apart and were squashed).

A big minus is the recommended parking. You read the flyer about 6 pounds, and then you do not see what is written in small print and that it is the price from 16:00 to 07:00 (or something similar). As a result, parking 15:00 - 11:00 cost 21 pounds (+15% to the cost of accommodation).

The hotel is in a fantastic location, really central to everything and the bus lines. It's just a few minutes' walk from where the Game of Thrones shuttle bus picks up, and links to other tourist attractions are also just a few minutes' walk away. Staff were really helpful and friendly, we asked for more towels late at night and they were delivered within a few minutes. We were also given a complimentary hot drinks voucher at check-in, which came in handy after a long day of exploring. Breakfast was superb and a perfect way to start the days. Everything was perfectly cooked, loads of choice including cereals, porridge, continental and cooked. The beds were really comfortable, especially after miles of walking! Black-out curtains, too which not all other hotels opt for but I think are important for a good night's sleep. Just a great stay overall, was very pleased with our choice of hotel and will definitely stay here if return to Belfast for a visit.

Very little we didn't like - the only minor complaint would be that there were a few little shaving hairs in the sink on arrival and no toilet brush. Other than that, absolutely zero complaints.

Absolutely amazing stay here, so central to everything, shopping,pubs, restaurants and very short journeys to tourist attractions. The staff were soo lovely and made our stay amazing, the beds, shower etc were excellent. We loved the security of the hotel, key card needed for EVERYTHING. Definitely be back

Only complaint we had was there being no small refrigerator for drinks and the advertised menu in the room for 24 hour room service for some items and not others, however we phoned for room service before the closing time at half 9 and were told no which didn’t make sense but very SMALL negative for us, positives definitely out weighed the negatives by far.

Great location the welcoming we got was great when we where checking in and the breckfast was amazing the lady seating us was lovely and sat us in a lovely local. Room was so clean and the bed was so comfy slept great and felt so refreshed. Great set up of teas and coffee in the room. Tea cups are massive witch was great. And great spread of food for breakfast all means where met from hot and cold. I'll definitely be back again

The only faul we had was we found there was only one bar tender on and the line was very long to get a drink so we ended up going up toe the room. And the room next to us had a baby in it but that's not fault in the hotel just thin walls.

The bedrooms were excellent and so we're the facilities. Everywhere was really clean and fresh. Breakfast was excellent There were no issues in checking in. There were 3 of us and we all.wanted to.pay separately and it wasn't a problem

When we arrived for Breakfast there were tables.. Then it got busy . A. Lovely girl.was shown to a table beside us. She got the first part of her breakfast and when she returned to the buffet the guy showing people in got a waitress to clean the table. I said excuse me to him.to try and explain but he showed two other ladies to the table only for the other girl to return. There was no effort made to find her another table or indeed ask those two ladies to return to the queue. The girl then left the restaurant. I just thought "that was really bad service and didn't make a very good impression on me! And im sure the.girl.in question wasn't impressed either.

Really nice room which was large for just 2 of us. Beds were comfortable and the room had adjustable heating which was ideal when it got colder at night. The room was on the side of a road but it wasn't very noisy with traffic so it didn't affect sleep at all. Staff were friendly and helpful. Short 5 minute walk into the centre where the city hall is located and the hop on/hop off buses leave from. It was a lovely place to stay.

The water from the shower projects further than the glass wall so a fair bit of water gets onto the floor. They provide a bath mat, which makes for an easy clean up but it did get soaking wet from a 5 minute shower. That is a small issue though and didn't affect the overall stay.
