Bed was the comfiest I've been in. The room was amazing and very clean. We went out for the evening and when we returned, staff had been in the room and prepared it for us for going to bed. Water was left on bedside tables, chocolates were left on our pillows, throw pillows had been removed off the bed, and the curtains had been closed and lights dimmed. The attention to detail was unreal.

Located on a very busy junction, we were located on a lower floor and could hear the traffic quite loud (horns and sirens). When we were getting ready for the day at 10am, one of the cleaners entered our room while we were changing without knocking on the door.

Room was very spacious and great view and location was very good to the event we were attending did not eat in hotel so cannot comment. Near to grand central station and shops. Conal at reception was very friendly and efficient check in was at 1pm when we arrived very pleased thankyou Conal and the housekeeping staff . Lady on housekeeping rota on our day from Nepal was so pleasant also. Room and bathroom was beautifully decorated.

We stayed on the 5th floor corridor lighting very dim and shades old fashioned for a 5 star hotel. Musty smell in corridor whilst walking to our room . Carpet needs cleaning 🤔

Loved the location. Hotel was amazing. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Very quiet and peaceful. We would definitely return. Great choice of food for breakfast.

Unfortunately when we decided to dine in the bar on the Sat evening, we waited 15 mins for someone to bring menus, when it didn't happen we requested menus from the bartender. When the menus were given to us we waited a further 10 mins for someone to take our order, when that didn't happen we decided to leave and dine elsewhere. Very disappointed and surprised.

From the moment I arrived, I was made to feel welcome. Staff at reception were warm, friendly and professional. My room was fab. Stylishly decorated, perfectly clean and with a big comfy bed. Breakfast was superb - I recommend that 'Full Fitz'. Restaurant staff were slick, very professional and personable too. I'll be back!

Ha ha - struggling to find something to complain about. One thing ... I couldn't figure out how to get a room service menu. I'm so used to seeing QR codes or looking on the TV. But this was very minor and in the end, I decided to pop out and grab something to eat at one of the many fantastic restaurants within walking distance.

The room was exceptional - nice and big - lovely decor and modern. Big bathroom with lovely powerful shower. Turn down service was a surprise and lovely. The meal was amazing - my husband was worried the portions would be small but they were great and tasted lovely too. Great value as we got the £30 2 course deal. The restaurant wasnt busy which is a shame as it is very good. Service was lovely and staff very friendly Location for central belfast great Have told colleagues Fitz should be the go to hotel to stay in in Belfast - much better that the Europa! Noise from street - but that cant be helped in a busy city - saw you provided ear plugs :)

From arriving at the hotel we were greeted by the hotel Concierge Sean. Not only had he remembered us from last year he took time to remind us of our last visit. What an exceptional young man he is. The hotel is incredibly welcoming and has a lovely atmosphere. You feel you have walked into a warm and friendly environment and nothing is too much. Everybody’s aim is to make your stay the best.

I can honestly say there wasn’t anything that we were disappointed with. Everywhere is kept beautifully clean and on arriving on your floor.. you are met with beautifully kelp corridors which are kept immaculate at all times. Every door having a mirror on and maintaining a constant shine is a credit to the staff.

Really central, easy to get to in car. We parked across the road in public car park. The room was really lovely with turn down service, toiletries, mini bar, lots of water provided. The lighting was great (could dim or increase), robes etc. No waiting for breakfast either which was great. Nice bar with excellent cocktails and beers. Live music too.

I don't think it's 5 star quality, some areas need improvement e.g. like bathroom doors with marks, service at breakfast hit and miss (bringing wrong breakfast, bacon lightly cooked). I suppose I expected staff to go over the top like in other 5 stars but it's not the same. e.g. waiting in bar for check. I would say it's more a 4 star but It's only my opinion. I would stay again because it's very central and handy to get to.

The location was perfect for everything we had planned for our time in Belfast. The breakfast was incredible every morning. The staff were so very friendly and welcoming and helpful. The interior of the hotel was lovely and always very clean.

The lighting in the room was a little confusing to work out at times. Sometimes I needed a little more brightness but could not figure it out. Also, I felt the room was a little small and felt a bit tight considering the cost of the room. I did also feel like I didn't get the full mountain view I had paid for as we had to lean over the sofa and across to see the mountains. I would also appreciate a proper dressing area with a normal mirror to get ready with.

The hotel was fantastic. Situated right in the heart of Belfast with any amount of bars and restaurants on its doorstep. We booked the executive king room and had an excellent night's stay here. Room was extremely spacious with very large bathroom. Robes and slippers in the room too. Highly recommend the valet parking. The staff here were very friendly and cannot do enough for you. We ate at the restaurant and would give it 10/10 for food quality and service. Ordered breakfast to the room and was worth the extra 10 pound. Plenty to choose from for breakfast and was delicious. The turn down service is also a great touch. Overall, we had an absolute perfect stay and would definitely stay again. Great hotel.

I lost my luggage on my flight from Canada and was quite exhausted when I arrived. The staff were absolutely so caring and thoughtful and offered to provide me with some essentials and to have a bit of an earlier check in before I even arrived! The hotel is stunning. Beautiful room with a fantastic large bath and comfortable bed. I loved that I was able to get late night pizza as well. I have felt very safe there as a female solo traveller

The only thing (and it’s not even a big deal) that could be even better is if the charging ports in the room could accommodate more types of cords than the older “square ones” some hotels offer outlets for “c type charging” this is just due to my situation of losing my chargers from my flight (only having the cords) that I think this though. With not having these the alarm clocks wireless charger was a god send.
