great location , no frills but met all my requirements, excellent value for money , hotel manager was brill, we was late getting there due to work but she hung around for us ! parking facility was hassle free, in a quieter location and if you want a basic place to stay over , this is it ,

The previous poor reviews, I think the people who put these reviews on should think hard about the price they paid and reflect that with their comments , if you'd paid £75 per night then you may have a point , we enjoyed anyway.

Good for a place to sleep. Clean and comfy bed, generous supply of tea/coffee/milk. TV with remote and the host seemed friendly. Great location and I had a quiet night sleep and would say this is an above average 'budget hotel' in Blackpool. (I've stayed in many!) Bar looked decent too although I didn't go in.

Decor is dated/shabby in the rooms tbh, but the hotel reception area and the hotel in general is tidy and presentable. For the money, this isn't bad at all.

The staff were amazing, friendly, caring and treated me with the most respect, I visited solo and they went out of their way to make sure I knew where the places were. I wanted to visit, where to get off the tram and so on. Nothing was too much for Lisa or Mandy. I definitely will visit again..

There was nothing I didn't like.

As a family of 3, who have never been away before the service were exceptional! Mandy and Lisa really went out there way to make us feel comfortable! Constantly offering/asking if we needed anything to even playing and distracting our little one! Couldn’t have asked for any friendlier hosts :)

Close to everything you need. Brilliant value for money. The two ladies who run it are friendly and helpful if you need them. The bed is comfortable and the shower is hot. Can't complain especially considering the low price

The room was very hot but it was also so hot out. Not much could be done but that's really my only complaint

How accommodating the staff were! We turned up late and they stayed behind after they had finished to let us in, even though we were a hour late.

Nothing price reflected in the accomdation so if you pay cheap dont expect the ritz, was clean and tidy and cheap so no issues at all

The hotel was quiet and clean....the beds were really comfortable and had a great night's sleep easy to check and friendly staff...warm and welcoming.plenty of space in the room compared to what you normally get in blackpool

Very clean and well maintained. The staff was very welcoming, polite and met all our needs and made our stay memorable will definitely be staying again

The staff were very friendly and welcoming giving us time to go out to the cash machine for the security fee after leaving our stuff in our room so we didn't have to trapse it around the town. Stood and had a lovely chat with us and made sure we were comfortable and happy with the room pre payment. Had a lovely hour sat in the bar chatting too. Was a very nice space for the weekend.

Neighbours were a little loud and smoked weed in the property but this was dealt with promptly by the staff and I'm pretty sure they were removed from the hotel

I love how friendly the staff are, was made to feel welcomed soon as got there. Thankyou very much The staff work very hard , definitely the hotel I'll be staying in when I go to Blackpool again.
