Beautiful, clean hotel. Would stay again.

I only have one complaint and that is the crazy price for breakfast! £19 per adult and £15 per child. We decided against the breakfast and ate out. A breakfast for a 3 and 7 year old who would likely only eat a bowl of cereal and maybe some toast at the cost of £15 EACH is utterly obscene.

So this hotel is very comfortable and clean and it has some nice touches. It isn’t 5 star though. I would expect a spa or at least a swimming pool for that rating. Staff were attentive although restaurant service was slow once or twice.

We had some issues before we got to the hotel a mixture of Booking.com and the hotels fault. There was a park/stay/ride scheme offered which meant I could have paid a lot less, for more including pleasure beach tickets. The hotel were intractable saying I should pay £72 4 days parking rather than the £40 this was irksome.

Hotel was excellent however I met a girl off tinder there. She looked a model on her pictures but resembled something off the hills have eyes in person

The pig I met and the fact I had to pretend I was asleep for 14 hours so she didn’t try it on with me - reality is I was only asleep for 6 hours. It was a looooong night.

Lovely friendly staff couldn't do enough for you, the room was fantastic everything you could wish for good size comfortable bed drinking facilities that had proper good-sized mugs and heavy weighted glasses lovely big bath towels and plenty of them fantastic shower very modern throughout only two things let it down

For a five-star lovely facilities the only thing that let it down was the cheap toilet paper everything else was fantastic but the toilet paper let it down and the price is on the drinks in the bar they were extortionate for what they were it was £13 for a double vodka then it was £2 for the dash of lemonade 15 pound for a double brandy that was the dearest and only time I think you'd said a lot more if you pricing was a little bit more reasonable two things that let the rest down

Absolutely love this hotel, its our 2nd visit and we'll definitely be back again. Room size for my family of 5 was perfect and my little 1 year old loved standing at the room window watching the rides at the pleasure beach. Everything is exceptionally clean and a high standard of decor. My girls absolutely loved havkng their own tv at their bed area. Reception staff are lovely and very helpful. Loved the cocktails at the bar and the spaces downstairs you can just sit and relax.

Heating didn't seem to work in our room, it was freezing at night but luckily once we fell asleep the coldness didn't wake us up. One staff member who looked like a manager was quite rude in the morning, we said morning for him to look us up and down as though we were something he had wiped off his shoe... manners cost nothing!

Location is great, lovely sea views, relaxed approach when we arrived at the hotel plenty of parking space and nobody hanging around the lobby, we were able to check in slightly earlier, staff were fantastic very friendly and helpful (both day and night) the hotel was very smart and luxurious, plenty of towels in our bathroom for all the family to use, The hotel room had nice drink options tea, coffee and even hot chocolate, room was overall very smart and clean

The parking should be free for the amount of room price paid £18 extra is not good, the beds were not comfy enough and too firm for us, the kids bunkbeds were quite small and we're located right next to the entrance door which couldn't be locked from the inside, it made me anxious that my 3 year old could have just opened the door at any point in the day/night, I thought the family room would be bigger if I'm honest and didn't include a dining table I found this a bit odd as the room was accessible for room service. The bath plug wouldn't stay down so I had to use my initiative to use a face cloth to stop the water flow

Location was excellent, main reason for visiting was for the park, Blackpool Pleasure Beach. Boulevard hotel was right on the parks doorstep so going in and out of the park and back to the hotel was very convenient. This didn't apply to me, however a friend who was checking in to a different room wanted to check in early. The staff were happy to accommodate and gave them the first room as soon as it was cleaned. Bathroom was excellent, it's nice they use Balmain products. Shower head pressure was great. I plan on staying here again when I next visit.

WI-FI was a hit or miss. Trying to use the chromecast late night before going to sleep was a bit of a nuisance. WI-FI was incredibly fast for a brief moment and then it would suddenly take a hit and speeds would drop significantly, making content take a long time to load if you were using the built in chromecast.

The hotel and the staff were brilliant. We loved it. However when we got into our room, we noticed a foul smell similar to sewage coming from the bathroom. We noticed everything else about the room was fantastic! We had to go out to see a show we had booked, and when we got back the smell seemed worse. We called down to reception and they quickly try everything they could to rectify. Clean and even tried to rearrange moving rooms, however nothing was available that would be suitable for my wheelchair. It was something wrong with the drains so hopefully that gets sorted out. Other then that we enjoyed our stay very much.

Second time we have stayed here. First being not long after it opened. We stayed in the coastal suite as we did last time room was amazing with amazing views. Staff were fab and had no problems in assisting us when we needed help.

Coastal suite room we stayed in is starting to show some wear and tear. for the price we would have expected these to be fixed. Example being a curtain holder was not screwed in properly little things like that I would expect to have been fixed had regular inspections have taking place. Other then that I wouldnt stay anywere else in Blackpool and I am looking very forward to staying again later this year.

This is the only hotel in Blackpool that i would consider staying at . From the inital entrance into the hotel everything was exceptional . The staff are friendly and proffesional .we had breakfast for 2 days and a evening meal, the food was presented well and was outstanding. drinks a little pricey but food ,good value for money . whoever designed the interior of the hotel and rooms was spot on with colour and co-ordination . House keeping was excellent and not a spot of dust anywhere . I would 100% reccomend this hotel to anyone visiting Blackpool .
