The choice at breakfast was excellent, however the full English was a disappointment. Had much better quality at cafés. Evening dinner was superb. The cleaning team deserve medals, the place was spotless. Loved the gym. Hotel staff are friendly and helpful. Excellent choice of hot drinks in the room.

Sofa in room is way too low, you need to replace this asap. Chair was fine. Glass panels on veranda need cleaning more frequently. I appreciate they are open to the elements but they look like they have been dirty a while. Perhaps a cleaning company with a cherry picker could help? The metalwork needs cleaning also. Paying to park in hotel grounds is irksome. Breakfast really should be included in the price.

First time but certainly not the last time to visit those hotel it was amazing ....I struggle walking a major distance so having the park entrance available to us right at our door was fab....the hotel and staff were fantastic and do helpful.

The family upstairs clearly didn't have any respect for other people in the hotel as they had a small child that constantly ran up and down the room up till 1.30am and then was up again doing the same all morning from 5.45am....this was no fault of the hotel just the family of the child ....I gave a child and at a small age he would not have been allowed to do that.

Despite having 7 parking space at the front door there is no parking for disabled drivers. The place are reserved on a first come first serve basis 😡. They do have a a large parking area but having to leave the hotel to go to the circus on our return this was full. I left my son who is disabled at reception whilst trying to find parking on the Main Street. Had to leave him again unattended in the morning also to collect the car. This is not acceptable in 2024 they have four rooms with disabled access but no were to park. Please read the 1982 equalities act

I only have one complaint and that is the crazy price for breakfast! £19 per adult and £15 per child. We decided against the breakfast and ate out. A breakfast for a 3 and 7 year old who would likely only eat a bowl of cereal and maybe some toast at the cost of £15 EACH is utterly obscene.

Love the bedroom, food and general hotel on whole. Staff very friendly and helpful, even when are room key stopped working for a random reason it was easy sorted by reception staff. We even had are room upgraded too free off charge on arrival to adult only room floor. You are also close enough to everything that you can walk to most things if your feeling fit or most likely get the tram with it just being outside hotel doors.

The car park isn't the best. So it's good car park if your able to get a space, if not you have to park in over flow car park whats not too close to the actual hotel and if it was raining you would be drenched plus overflow car park in a whole looked very dodgy as in poor lighting and not very secure. Didn't feel safe leaving my car there, luckily for me my wife seen a space very quickly in main car park after 2 hours in overflow and never moved my car for 3 days after, because I was worried about parking in overflow.

It was lovely and clean. The bed was comfy.

The price we paid for the 1 night we was disappointed at the fact there was no walk in shower, we had to step over the bath which the bath was really slippery. The extractor fan didn’t work, so fogged up the mirror. The coffee, although we liked the small touch of coffee and hot chocolate we felt at the price we paid for 1 night we shouldn’t feel that we have to come and ask for more coffee sachets. 1 sachet of coffee each is not enough and if your paying that price your not stealing a sachet of coffee. The dressing gown situation, love this but the sizes are for small people so I never got that use.

When we arrived the hotel car park was full and we were told to use the over spill this was located a short walk away from the hotel. Once we parked the car and carried our things to the reception it was only then we were told the cost of the car park was £25 a night. I must admit i was not happy as i could have parked it at the hotel across the road for £8. When checking in we were told the hotel would be taking £100 deposit ....today there is no need to take deposites when you can just swipe the card as security. When we were in the room i ordered room service which had a £10 plate charge. When we checked out we were told to expect our deposit to be returned in 4/5 days which i find unacceptable.

Clean. large tv comfortable bed and chairs. Great shower. All staff friendly and professional from check in to check out. Explained everything regarding the extra £100 held and how it will be used after check out. Parking and extras will be deducted and remainder will be refunded up to two weeks later.

No coffee pod machine in the family room. Other guests kids. My kids are taught how to act in hotels. Playing football, long jumping, rugby, wrestling, assault course, demolition games and tactical assault drills are not what I want to hear up until 11:30pm. I can only assume the parents 1. Didn’t care 2. were not there + don’t care. 3. Were competing with other rooms that annoyed them. It was absolute mayhem and likely an isolated case. The reception did their best to address the problem but as I couldn’t pinpoint the exact floor or room nothing could be done. I will return though as it is a good hotel.

Location at the far end of the pleasure beach near the big one, which we knew and we liked the walk but is approximately 50 minutes walk to winter gardens

Overall the hotel was amazing the room was brilliant except from about 7.00am every day there was a lot of noise from the room above, which sounded like a store room with trollies being moved making a lot of noise, if this is not the case and there was a guest room above, they must have had an elephant in there that decided to mooch around from early morning every day. We did not complain to the hotel.

Location was great and rooms were perfect

We tried to book a table for dinner and although we were residents at the hotel we had to wait two hours for a table . We had two small children with us and had to wait till 8pm to have dinner. Once seated for dinner the wait for drinks and food was disappointing. We had to chase up the drinks order and then the food. We felt that we were paying good money to stay at the hotel but didn’t get the service expected for the price . Even afternoon drinks at the bar took ages to be served and even acknowledged.. It seems there is a staff shortage or supervision . We had guests with us staying at the hotel also who were disappointed with the service also .
