The hotel was really nice shame about no milk in rooms and adding breakfast would have been good as guests now have to locate a nice place to eat wish the hotel had been nearer centre as we had t o get taxis but lovely stay will recommend 😊

The hotel was very clean and had a generous room that separated the 3 of us so we had privacy and comfort. The WiFi was weak in our room however I was able to message and get another WiFi that did work. Breakfast was not available in this hotel but it was at the sister hotel a few yards down and this was excellent too with a wonderful host Josie. All in I've stayed in a few hotels in Blackpool over the years and this was easily in my top 3.
Only slight thing was the TV's in the room as they needed to be connected to an account to watch rather than Freeview.

Great sized room, king-size bed, 2 comfy armchairs, great wardrobe space with hangers (but you might want to bring a few extra depending on the length of your stay) great TV, nice ensuite shower room. Long stay carpark just round the corner and main promenade less than a 5 min walk and you'll not he too far from South Pier and Central Pier with a tram stop right opposite St Chad's Road where the hotel is situated.
A little too far away from Blackpool's Winter Gardens but the sun was shining so the walk there early evening was pleasurable. Taxi home took just 5 mins.

Liked the comfortable beds and rooms were spacious. Hotel was in the centre and not far from everything by walking or tram. Also reasonable priced. Owner was welcoming and easy to talk to when we seen him through our stay.
Didn't like there wasn't even a single wardrobe to hang everything up instead of what's there at the moment. Also would be handy if there was a mini fridge in the rooms to keep juice cool especially when the weathers nice out which heats the rooms alot. Hope to be coming back next month and that would be main thing we wouldwant changed too. 1 to fit 8 cans of juice or water.

The room was spacious clean warm and nicely furnished. Good size bathroom. Location very good, few hundred yards from sea front . Very quiet hotel we heard no noise at all.
I found it very strange with a self service check in. Never saw a single person during our stay albeit only one night. The sink tap in bathroom was a waterfall one and when turned on for the first time I got absolutely soaked as the water came up the basin and over myself and floor. I got used to how much to turn it on without getting wet. Outside not particularly inviting once inside it was really lovely.

The hotel was spotless and smelled absolutely beautiful. We never heard any other guests until the last day and it was minimal. Easy to access the house via code and beds were incredibly Comfortable. 5 minute walk down to St Chad's Road tram stop. Corner shop 2 minute walk away and quiet clean street and area. We stayed in a family room with 2 adult friends so we could have our own space and it worked wonderfully. The added complimentary toiletries in the bathroom were a lovely touch. All the furniture is of high quality and no imperfections in sight. Steal of a bargain price wise and will stay again.
We wernt aware during booking that it was an unmanned b&b therefor towels weren't changed, cups were for the whole duration and we had go message for tea and coffee to be replenished (they came very quickly though) we also ran out of toilet paper and had to buy some as it was our last night. The hotel would be a 10/10 if they had someone come into the room daily just to check these things. We wernt concerned about beds being made etc as we done it ourselves anyway but for 3 nights a hoover might of been nice however not a deal breaker as we will 100% stay again.

easy instructions for parking and entry, room very spacious and spotlessly clean, plenty tea and coffee facilities In the room, shower, toilet, towels spotless clean, beds comfortable, and great location
the room was very warm, even when you turn the radiator off, (just for me my partner and daughter said it was fine ) but there was also a fan provided, this tells me it has been said before and they have made an effort to rectify, (I was happy with it)

Our stay was very comfortable, the hotel was very quiet, spacious, clean and nice decor. Near the centre with trams running up and down the parade. There however are no breakfast facilities on site, but you can go a few doors down and book breakfast with Josie. We had towels, a hair dryer, tea/coffee facilities, and a fan in the room. The owners were not based on site, but very good communication was there all the way through our stay. Check-in and out was simple. Beds are comfy and not too low, and I would definitely go again.very good standards if luxury.
The thin 2ply toilet roll! That's it.

Well appointed rooms and comfy beds. Very easy to self check in. Staff on hand if you needed any extras for your room. We had a family room and loved that there were 2 separate bedrooms and a bathroom. Centrally located for all the attractions .
Wifi was patchy but not a huge issue as barely in our rooms.

The hotel was situated in a nice quiet location in blackpool. But minutes walk to the promenade Lovely comfy fresh bed... Hosts were very helpful. Keeping us up to date on booking. Collecting keys etc as this was a last minute booking and we arrived very late. Spotlessly clean... Only negative thing for myself was i like white towels but thats a personal taste. Towels were soft nd beautifully fresh. Hosts booked sister hotel for us where we were greeted by a lovely host... Sorry forgot name.. Maybe Josie... Lovely friendly and served up a beautiful breakfast.
We liked it all.
