Great value for money hotel. Staff is really nice and always there to help. Plus you have got a REAL gym which is usually not the case in a hotel so you can train and enjoy a good workout. The Starbucks also has its benefits, plus the carpark

The pub/grill for dinner was just too slow. Staff is nice, quality of the food was great but it was not packed and we had to wait for almost 1 hour to have our starter. Definitely needs some improvement there BUT the quality of the food is great.

It’s a quirky modern hotel with a strong emphasis on gym regulars. It’s a very sports oriented with a plethora of TV screens and a busy restaurant with a nice menu covering all types from steaks to salads. The rooms were jazzy with a nice large bed and see through glass into the bathroom which can be altered for privacy. Nice large smart tv and large shower area.

The shower area was large but the shower floor was dangerously slippery and there was no shower slip mat provided. For safe keeping I was forced to use a towel to be safe from injury. Both my wife and I are in our 70’s and fortunately fit for our age but anyone not so mobile could seriously injurer themselves. I suggest management either supply shower mats or display a sign warning of a slippery surface in the shower. I personally was irritated by the safety security light that was activated when I went to the toilet in the middle of the night which illuminated the whole room and woke and disturbed my wife. Yes it’s good for safety but bad for disturbing. If it could be optional with a on or off switch that would be handy.

I went for work purposes and spent 2 days at this hotel, great parking, super bar & restaurant area, Starbucks too with the most exceptional staff, especially Melissa and another equally lovely girl who brought one of our drinks over when I could’ve carry them all the way over to the far side of the restaurant. Hands down, the staff here are winning at life, they are so friendly and helpful, Jerry on reception was the most helpful guy. Treasures of the hotel.

They’ve taken the Dyson hairdryers out, booo. The pillows were awful, and my colleagues room had rubbish left in her bin from the previous guest which was a bit gross. Apart from that, rooms are good, huge beds, good aircon, nice bathrooms.

This hotel was soo stunning. It exceeded my expectations! Staff were also soooo helpful and attentive, both those on the desk and those down in the leisure area (you could tell they were quite short staffed but both girls were still so polite and helpful). Will definitely be staying again!

I wouldn’t particularly say there were things I didn’t like, there are just a few things that could’ve been better • is it is slightly out the way in a kind of random area • if you don’t like a busy environment I wouldn’t recommend staying here (I personally didn’t mind it and I still thoroughly enjoyed my stay) • the shower needs a sliding door (you’ll understand when you see it) • no plug sockets next to the bed! • I didn’t particularly like the breakfast (that’s just personal preference though) but it was super clean and staff were really helpful! these are all minor things though!

really presently surprised for the money I paid. Room was welcoming, clean and bed was super comfy. The pool was lovely with all the spa extras, made it such a lovely stay even though I was just passing on a work trip. It was really busy in the bar/pub bit - it was a Friday night but I didn’t hear anything in my room :). Close to IKEA and cribs causeway.

The extra £5 to use the pool/gym isn’t well advertised beforehand. Also I honestly felt too old to be there and I am 32 😅🙈 the pub and the pool area had a weird pre-club night out feel to them. But everyone was friendly enough 🤷🏼‍♀️

It was in a convenient location for the visits my family and I were making in Filton. The staff were helpful. Despite there being a busy Sports Bar on the ground floor there was no noise disturbance from it in the bedroom.

If the staff had not told us about free parking at the weekend we would have paid unnecessarily. The signs by the payment station do not make that clear. I personally do not like the fact that there is only a glass door separating the bathroom from the rest of the accommodation with a privacy light.

Staff were helpful right from the outset. Facilities were great- pool was warm, clean and inviting. There was a fire alarm which was handled efficiently ensuring we were back in our rooms within 40 mins even with the fire brigade being called and carrying out a room by room inspection. Good size rooms, Fantastic shower- I would definitely stay me t time we visit aerospace!

Nothing- fire alarm wasn't brilliant but was handled by the staff efficiently so absolutely no complaints about something out of their control!

Andrew the night manager was fantastic. He couldn't do enough to help at breakfast and was very welcoming and friendly. An absolute asset to the hotel. House keeping were also lovely and polite.

Abigail?? On reception. The total opposite. Not a single smile. Made it clear she didn't want to be there. Checked people in before us even though we had been waiting and paid for early check in. Didn't greet us on arrival. Not friendly or professional at all. If it wasn't for this I would have given excellent rating!

The hotel is beautiful very well kept plenty on offer to do and great food and drink in the restaurant.

When we arrived the room we were given was above the gym which was very noisy and smelt like damp. I went to reception and spoke to isobel and abagail and they quickly rectified the issue by moving us to a different room. They both have exceptional service in my opinion and for that we will definitely be coming back for a 3rd visit in the near future.

The room was exceptional, the bed was super comfy, the live music in the bar was excellent.

The food was nice but expensive for what it was, breakfast was expensive and not worth the £12.50 I paid, the service at the bar was poor, I watched a wannabee Tom Cruise take forever to make a cocktail for someone else, whilst his mate watched and drank cranberry juice, whilst about 10 of us waited for drinks service. However this was picked up by, I assume the duty manager who asked them to serve us.
