The room was very clean. The bed was very comfortable. TV, WiFi etc. all worked. Tea/Coffee making was available in the room. The room also had a microwave and small fridge. In lieu of a table there was a drop leaf on one wall and a couple of folding chairs. Turning right out of the door there is a small row of shops nearby including takeaway fast food. There is a pub next door.

A small comfortable place that was clean. A good cooked breakfast was brought to your room on a tray, if requested the evening before. Rather unusual! There was wall-hinged table to fix up and chair for this.

Thought it would just be a room in the house, but was actually a separate annex accessed by a court yard. Lovely sense of privacy, having a microwave in the room was a lovely touch being able to cook own food, very comfortable bed with a large TV in the room. Owner was kind and easy to speak with. No extra charge to have our dog stay with us which is very rare and they also had their own lovely dog who we met and was friendly.

Only small things, like no shower curtain and it is quite far from town if you walk but very easily accessible by bus. Was great value for money so cannot complain.

Very handy location for where I needed to be. Convenient parking. Very high standard of cleanliness. Tea and Coffee well stocked. The room also had a Fridge and microwave.

The room was reasonably spacious, well-furnished, recently decorated and clean. A good breakfast was offered for a small extra cost. The bathroom was also of good quality. The room was towards the back of the building, so there was no traffic noise. There was a fridge, microwave and kettle provided plus tea and coffee.

Some of the other guests were noisy, although that is not really the fault of the guest house.

Smart, newly-decorated bedroom and ensuite. Equipped with kettle, fridge, microwave, table and chairs, although we didn't actually use these. Twenty-five minutes' drive to the centre of Bristol.

Bedroom a little small. Walls are very thin, so TV and voices could be heard from the next room, even up to 3:00am.

Comfy bed. Excellent breakfast.

Love act playing next door, (again), same as last visit. But slept well with the window closed. Shower could be better/more powerful

The simple room itself was more like a studio, spacious with a kitchenette in a corner. It was fitted with a little fridge and a microwave! A nice halfmoon wooden table and 2 chairs would make it possible to prepare and eat our own food but we didn't. For a couple wanting to stay longer than a weekend, this would be very handy. I also loved how quiet it was, being behind the main building, so insulated from the busy road noise. It opens on a small garden patio with 2 picnic tables probably very welcome in the Summer. The overall feeling was of cleanliness (except for smell and bin). Would recommend it for a long stay in Summer when the price would be fully justified. Parking is free, easy of access and there was plenty of space at this period.

The studio smelt unpleasant. I used some airspray and opened the window to improve the air quality. One of the twin beds was rickety so creaked at the slightest movement. The shower room was quite small. The bin had not been emptied but there was very little in it, and an empty milk mini carton. It's located on a busy one way road, which meant having to drive past to a roundabout in order to arrive in the correct direction. The heating worked overtime and we couldn't figure out how to decrease it so kept the side window opened. The fan in the shower room kept on all the time but the noise is hardly noticeable with the door closed. No full sized mirror and limited lighting. The WiFi was not working very well.

The the people are very friendly, peaceful, very polite. The place was clean and dig friendly. The garden was perfect for my dog to run about and to meet new people. Their where plenty car park space for everyone. really recommend this place.
