Super friendly and helpful staff.

The shower was a bit useless, and the weird plug contraption in the bath was a nightmare. The shower curtain didnt actually cover the area so all the water spray went straight to the floor. . Heating was ridiculous. Woke at 3am and thought the building was on fire. Turned the heating off and the fan wouldn't work so spent the night in a sauna. The room was well presented and comfortable, but due to the heating issue, i ended up on the floor trying to cool off. 🤣

What a poorly designed bathroom. The toilet behind the door, not very good if you to give your partner any assistance. The toilet roll holder totally out of reach. What awful lighting. The lighting was directed at the mirror not at the person so you appear in shadow. Did the joiner have a spirit level when fitting the towel rail ? or was he just having an off day. I am involved in the construction industry and offer very reasonable fees for design consultations!!

Clean. Well kept. Nice breakfast. We have a disabled child who is sensitive to noise. We’d asked at the time of booking to be in a quiet area of the hotel, which was accommodated. We also asked for a quiet area to eat and this was also accommodated without issue. This really made a difference to our stay. Thank you

Only 3 disabled bays, which were parked in by vehicles without blue badges. This made things quite difficult for accessing the building

The service in the restaurant. Very Slow. We put that down to staff shortage which we fully understand. However, we weren't offered a drink straight away which we needed after a long drive the coffee was not what we ordered and so was not drank. This was rectified as we left the restaurant as we were refunded for the drink. The waitress was a long time retuning to our table to ask if we would like another drink and dessert. We definitely would have done but the was too long so we left.

The room was a good size and had all we needed. The bed was a large double and the pillows were comfortable. We were pleasantly surprised to find a small fridge in the room in which we were told were complimentary bottles of water, cans of coke, and a couple of kitkats. The food was excellent - the buffet style self serve breakfast had a full range of hot and cold items. We had dinner on the first night, which was excellent. And the staff were very friendly and helpful. All in all we would rate our stay as an 8 out of 10, higher if we had managed to sleep.

The room we had was an Executive Double, but it was on the road side of the hotel and the traffic noise could be plainly heard - it sounded like a window was open, but we think it was coming through the window vents as no window was open. We also had issues with the air conditioning unit. On the first night we had to ask a staff member to come and turn it off due to the noise (and it was cold) - he thought he managed to turn it off completely. However, during the second night it kept coming on for a few seconds every 10 minutes, which kept waking us up. Finally at 3am I managed to shut the thing off.

Beds are really comfortable and all the staff friendly and good service.

Water pressure is awful and toilet and sink water is really slow. Also sink water is really cold. Hot water is not coming through sink toilet flushing is also really slow.

lovely breakfast, staff were very helpful and friendly, good service. Added bonus was that the bar was open until 1am lol as we came back from a wedding and was able to get another drink in lol The bar staff were brilliant and very accommodating, thank you. We also had a lovely meal in the restaurant the night before. The restaurant and bar staff were great.

Rooms a bit tired, and need more sockets, but still very spacious and comfortable. I felt the rates were very expensive for what we had, but that maybe the going rate for the area??

Our room was very clean and comfortable with well stocked tea/coffee facilities. A good variety of options for breakfast. Cooked food was hot and plentiful; fruit was clearly fresh. There was also a good selection of cold meats and pastries. Staff were very helpful and friendly.

A minor point but the plug in the bathroom sink would not engage (at all) so there was never a chance of washing your hands properly unless under running water which seems wasteful. Not sure if this was to avoid overflowing sinks or something that needed attention.

The buffet breakfast was amazing and exceeded all expectations! Staff was very helpful and ready to assist us, the location is great as it's just outside the A55, the beds were very comfortable. Would recommend.

The room wasn't as spacious as I thought, given I had booked a family room, but it was not an issue for a one night stay, the comfort of the stay definitely made up for it

Good location, good food, breakfast was excellent, nice bar with good choice of draught lager and beer, pleasant helpful staff throughout.

Only minor thing, travelling from Holyhead, left A55 at correct junction but missed junction on other side and had to re route through countryside to get back to hotel.
