Overlooking beach... Lovely seaview

A very busy pub and restaurant, only pub in that area. Two private parties during our stay so made it very busy and it's open to the public. This made it difficult to use hotel at times and get outdoor seating.

Wifi in the room didn’t work, breakfastroom looks a little outdated compared to the pretty restaurant and room

Staff very friendly and helpful. Food excellent value and good quality ingredients- certainly seemed like it was prepared and cooked in house. Delicious.

Nothing we didn't like but the building is huge and some public areas were undergoing renovation which we were advised of.. It didn't affect us in the least as the bedroom we had was complete with lovely facilities and a sea view. The prices made up for any bits that may have been rough round the edges at the moment.

Our room was lovely, recently refurbished. Food was amazing, staff were lovely and helpful, Beth was just fantastic! We use The Lilly as a base and tour all over North Wales. Another great holiday and stay at The Lilly. Thanks to all.

The residents lounge and outside is still not finished. It would be lovely to have somewhere else to sit, read and drink coffee instead of our room. If both rooms are booked, as was on 1st June - no where for us to go except a full bar area! Please, please finish it!

We stayed in room 5 the sea view was Gorgeous. Room was very clean & I loved the bathroom. Breakfast was cooked well. Even though we stayed on a very busy, hot day. The staff were very polite & efficient in their work. Nice seating area outside & a very updated bar & & dining area. Me & my husband loved it, especially that fantastic view out of our window. Plenty of coffee & tea in your room & a very comfortable bed. We will definetly be returning.

The breakfast room was a bit dated. But I think it's all being refurbished. Stairway to your rooms is a bit dark & dated but didn't really bother us, as our room was gorgeous.

The location is on the quieter West shore but we much preferred it here to North shore and was an ideal location for us. And it's not far to walk into town centre 15/20 mins depending where you going. We found this gem to be exactly what we were looking for. The room we had was comfortable with good detail, impressively refurbished and had amazing full vista views out to sea and to the right the Great Orme. There is a bar/restaurant with a nice mix of locals and visitors in for drinks and eats on the terrace as the weather was so nice. The food was quite good, we had lunch and dinner one night. Also had drinks and selection of lite bites next day which were really good. Service was good and the owners were friendly and helpful. Overall a great find when compared to other places we've stayed at in Llandudno. We would highly recommend here if your looking for somewhere comfortable with modern rooms and stunning views out to sea. We will be back again for sure 👍

Nothing really! But would have preferred a larger bed in room. That's more an observation than a criticism and more so how we booked the room as a standard double. It won't put us off booking here again.

My family and I have just had a wonderful stay at The Lilly! We received a warm welcome from Adam. Our rooms were spotlessly clean,well furnished and cosy with a good sized tv. The beds were comfortable with beautiful bed linen and the bathrooms were good with lovely hot showers. The staff were all brilliant.Our breakfasts and evening meals in the restaurant were delicious. The Lilly is in a fantastic location with amazing sea views. We were enjoying our break so much that we stayed another night. We would love to return Highly recommend!

Absolutely nothing to dislike

Superb location, scenery makes it all worthwhile. We slept well in a large bed. Staff very friendly, breakfast whilst free was substantial and Sunday dinner was excellent. We used the local transport system to visit places we bought a weekly bus pass and left the car outside.

To be honest the place met all our needs. If I have to find fault then I would say the sink in the bathroom is too small and shallow. This I found awkward when shaving, perhaps I should have used an electric shaver but they never give a close shave.

We were greeted by the owner Phil and it was nice that he remembered us from our stay last New Years Eve. We stayed in a nice room with sea views and large bathroom. The stay was exactly what we were expecting, and Phil is a very welcoming friendly host. The hotel is on the west shore so quieter than the town centre, but within a very easy walk. Breakfast was served from 8am with a good choice and a full cooked breakfast which was great quality and set us up well for the day.

Wi-Fi is very slow but this certainly didn’t take anything away from the enjoyment of our stay.

The staff were very friendly, and the food well deserved of their rating The burger was yummy! The sea view from the room was perfect. The bedroom had a very comfy double bed, with good lighting. There were tea coffee and hot choc provided, and the bathroom was also to a high standard We will be back

I selected parking, only to find out that the parking is on the road outside the property. . This worked about well for us because of the time of year we went. We may not be so lucky in the summer.
