Loved the hotel, nice and clean, good food and great staff, especially Bradley, very smooth check and lovely complimentary cookies 🍪 great Buffett breakfast. Definitely come again.

It’s not the property, it’s the stadium. The stadium staff are loco! They really have lost the plot and take their job too an extreme. I was trying to get back to the hotel with my key card and my reservation and the security were moving insane and would not let me in. They told me to go and park in Tesco which is a good 10 mins walk away. Unfortunately I came on a match day. Other than that, nothing was wrong.

It was amazing. All staff were more than welcoming, the rooms were lovely, all facilities that you needed. Shower was a great water pressure and temperature. Breakfast was such a lovely and great choice giving me (as a fussy eater) a lot of choice for what i wanted. I did get a little lost once, and a staff member walked me directly to my room and asked if i would be okay getting back or if i wanted them to wait for me to finish getting my bags!😘 If i come back to coventry, will definitely book here again. Made you feel like a celebrity! Your all doing such an amazing job , kitchen, front of house, reception, KEEP IT UP!!

We traveled from Hull to watch Coventry FC for my boyfriends birthday, so the location was amazing. The room itself had a few issues such as heating not working and the toilet seat being loose. however, the staff made up for this and I didn’t want to make a complaint. they went above and beyond to make the stay special and are a credit to the hotel. Prior to the visit, I booked online and was very disappointed not to get a pitch side room. I hadn’t realised that on match days, these rooms are used for hospitality boxes. Once we arrived, I cheekily asked if we could see the pitch, and sisters Jo and Elizabeth happily did so. Then they found a spare pitch side room for us too. I got serious girlfriend brownie points! thanks ladies. Then the lovely Joel, who brought us a heater, went out of his way to try and help me find my lost glasses, even taking us back to our seats late at night to check. when he came back on duty on the Sunday, he brought some glasses to my room that had been found. they weren’t mine, but I was touched my his kindness and enthusiasm. the lady who fronted the restaurant was super friendly too. I didn’t get her name but she recently got a new pair of Kylie Minogue glasses which looked fab on her. these staff, including the front desk ladies, are a credit to the Hilton chain and deserve a raise. I would definitely come again. oh yeh, we also got to meet 2 players at breakfast, Kyle and Luke, who were great too. photos taken and Kyle was right, the atmosphere was better than Camp Nou the previous week. Will definitely return

the amazing staff outshone what we found wrong with the property

From the moment we stepped in the door we were greeted with a smiling friendly face. We had arrived early and we had a little wait for a room but as soon as one was available the receptionist let us know and got us booked in, super service, and those complimentary cookies went down a storm.

The only constructive criticism I could give is that it would have been lovely to have a view of the pitch as we had travelled with our son who is a footie finatic. This was explained to us as the rooms are used as boxes during games. More importantly the room we had was fabulous, even tho not facing pitch.

The location of the hotel and plenty of parking spaces The food served in the restaurant was very good, even when they forgot a whole order we were given a free drink for the inconvenience. Loved the warm cookie at check in , I did want more as they were delicious

My room had a few problems Makeup stains on the window curtains, broken button on the shower both rooms we booked we slightly dusty on the skirting boards and the toilet seats were too small for the toilets.

Enjoyed my stay here. Great location and quiet area of town. The room was quite spacious, and it had a comfortable bed. I like that rooms had basic amenities to meet customer needs, e.g electric kettle, pressing iron and ironing board etc. Loved the ambience of the hotel

It was a very hot weekend unfortunately the AC wasn't working. I had to make do with a fan. Its the reason I didn't give 5 stars in my rating

the bed and pillows were fantastic, the room was very pleasant . the only thing is to walk to my room what a long corridor apart from that i enjoyed staying there

i had booked to stay 4 nights for £468 . then i wanted to stay an extra three night the booking lady wanted to charge me £213 a night so for three nights she wanted me to pay £626 i told her i just paid $468 for four nights and you want me to pay £626 for three nights it doesn't make sense so I went to booking.com and got it for £397 . the reception ladies were very accommodating and let me stay in my Roon for the next three extra nights and I didn't have to go to another room .

Room was very clean and comfy. Breakfast was nice and worth £12. Friendly staff and very helpful.

My shower had no hot water at all. I asked several times regarding this but it never got fixed. Next stay I will make sure they put me in a room where the shower works. Other than that I have no complaints.

Located within the stadium. The room was a good size, well furnished and surprisingly soundproofed from the main road outside. The location was perfect for my needs. I liked the bathtub, workspace, tv, late check-out... It must be great for the Coventry City fans that have to travel here on match days - I wish the Emirates Stadium had a hotel like this too!

The plughole in the bath was full of hair and wouldn't drain properly. Having some sundry items for sale on-site would have been useful as there is nothing nearby. Put soft close dampers on the doors to the Gym next to my room as people constantly slamming in and out...

I travelled alone and have a visual impairment so I can't really say too much here but didn't notice anything that was off. Bed was comfy and my room had a view of the pitch so a little added bonus for me. Staff very helpful
