Great sized room. Shower was lovely. I slept fine. Check in and out was easy staff seemed friendly. Parking was easy.

Not much food options only vending machine if wanting snack. I had selected pay at property but the money was taken 2 days before my stay which I wasn't impressed by and know one could tell me why.

I had an excellent suite of rooms with a living room and bedroom and bathroom with two televisions (I didn't watch) and a microwave and fridge (I didn't use). The rooms were delightful.

There isn't a lift. :( When you have a heavy suitcase and you've been put on the third floor - actually room 204 is the furthest from reception - I was very relieved the receptionist carried it upstairs for me but I had to leave at 6am for my flight and had to carry everything downstairs - fortunately gravity helps, but at 72 it wasn't easy!

I was really surprised at the size of the room it was huge, they gave our girls two beds and we had a double. Room was really well equipped. They also waited for us because there was a closure on the M3 so we didn't arrive until 11.30pm. Considering its so close to an airport, didn't hear a single thing, great parking, really good value for money as its in now way expensive! (We didn't do breakfast so can't comment on that)

There was only one tea bag in the room Decor was a little dated just to manage expectations but the shower was fab, the room was warm, you could open the window to let fresh air in, everything worked, so really didn't matter.

lovely room. as good as any hotel I have been in. Bed was firm but I slept really well. Facilities are exceptional: microwave, fridge, ironing board, big shower with hot water straight away, excellent bathroom, quiet despite being near Gatwick, good desk and chair for computer, excellent wifi included. 24 hour desk.

Only one BIG problem: the access road. This is my third year coming to this hotel (I love it) but each year that access road becomes worse and worse. My car got hit underneath twice by the huge craters which I difficult to see and impossible to avoid. Please please please would you sort this silly problem! It's only a short road. Even if you just filled in the craters it would be something.

Excellent staff. Couldn't have done anymore to accommodate us. Looked after our requests with immediate effect and we're always pleasant. Thank you and well done Marie and Shahib (sp)? Also is quiet and peaceful.

Situated a long way from anywhere along a farm track full of potholes leaves you with ONLY taxi service to get you in and out, unless you're fit enough to attempt the farm track. Only food access is a vending machine that only takes plastic, or a sparse breakfast serving.

I love the place, but needs bar, and foods to eat inside maybe good restaurant as hard to find foods to eat late at night. And tables infront of the hotel garden would be great. I love the sheets that it used on my bed super soft cotton. Very friendly manager I forgot his name. I give him excellent rate being good person and with a friendly smile. I definitely coming back in future time. Keep up the good works.

Is the noise of the floor while I'm walking downstairs

I arrived in the dark down a very narrow and potholed lane. I thought it was a farm track. No staff but key in envelope on reception. It was clean and comfortable. The airport parking is a good idea I had never considered.

The decor is very dated and a bit odd. You could shoot a great sitcom there.

Amazing value for money to stay close to the airport before an early flight. I don't know why people have complained so much about this place, it's well-priced, comfortable and convenient! We didn't find any issues with the cleanliness at all. As for the lane leading in, it really isn't as bad as everyone makes out... just drive slowly and around the potholes!

The fridge light was very bright and couldn't be turned off, so we had to cover it up at night.

Near to Gatwick airport (we had an early flight) plus we were able to leave our car there whilst on holiday for £10/night. The manager on reception was very accommodating and friendly, even showing us to 2 rooms and letting us choose which we'd prefer.

Some reviews complain about the road leading to the hotel. It's a private road and yes it has some large potholes, but as long as you drive slowly you can navigate around then.

I have a very long vehicle so I was very happy with the large car park. The room was great and had everything needed, including fridge, microwave, tea & coffee and enough milk to make more than one cup. There was also an iron and ironing board. The tv was great with lots of clear channels. Would definitely stay here again if in the area.

The bed was quite hard but didn't disrupt my sleep. Breakfast is from 07:00 but I was stood waiting in reception until 07:15 before someone appeared to unlock the breakfast room. Breakfast consists of tea/coffee/juice, cereals, toast and yogurt and costs £5.
