This was my 1st visit to work office in Crewe which happens to be right next to the Ibis so it seemed a ‘no brainer’ to book here. Right from check in to check out the staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered an Uber delivery the 1st night as I assumed the food wouldn’t be great. The 2nd night I saw the broad menu & wasn’t disappointed when I ordered the steak pie & chocolate fudge cake. The hotel was good value for money & the room was nice & spacious.

My only moan is with the bed, it was very hard & not great after a 2 night stay. Aside from that I cannot fault the hotel & will be back each month for my work trips.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and was very welcoming and comfortable. It is dog friendly which was an essential element of our trip.The outside space had a welcome seating area.It was very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast too

It was a little stuffy in the room but the staff kindly gave us a fan so wasn’t an issue

Key card .had to visit reception twice to be re programmed. Staff member explained they were looking into the problem Staff member opened the room with a key unable to use keycard during stay. Very helpful staff during this matter and explained we could have had another room.

Reception staff where very good, cool, calm and pleasant. Late bar was good as the closest pub to the hotel closed at 11pm. Very comfortable, will stay again

The toilet in one of the rooms had not been cleaned before our arrival. The restaurant closed quite early last orders at 8.15pm on a saturday evening.

The young man on reception was exceptionally friendly and very helpful, very quickly got rooms organised for us even though we arrived a little early. The hotel was immaculate, and the breakfast was great. It's in a very quiet spot but close to all the motorway access and railway station (10-minute walk).

The room was clean and comfortable. My only criticism is the pillows were too soft and could’ve done with an extra one each. The service from the staff was excellent and the breakfast choices was good too (just needed some tinned tomatoes and black pudding)

There was nothing at all we could complain about

On a quiet business park and within 10 mins walk of the station. A clean modern hotel with functional rooms. A good shower. Lots of parking if needed. Pleasant friendly staff.

Functional rooms are typical of Ibis - no carpet was fine for us in July - not sure how cosy this would be in the winter?

Good value,very clean , friendly staff. Ability to order food 24/7 and help eating in the lounge as I had dogs with me

As a blue badge holder with dogs, was disappointing to find no dog waste disposal bin on site in the car park or grounds . I had to walk out and across the road some distance .

Lovely campus feel, airy and spacious lobbies. The bar manager was genius - crafted my new fave drink - zero alcohol beer with a lime segment!! The tray of chicken Katsu I was able to take up to my room was amazing. Nice desk team. Good parking.

The bedroom floor was a bit slippery - I would have liked a rug.

Location was a bit out of the way; Food from 24/7 menu was ok, but over-priced for what it was; With a linoleum floor in the room (making it a little chilly in the room in the evening), I’m not sure exactly how the £10 per pet charge is justified…
