The room was clean and the receptionist was really friendly.

Rooms are a bit dated now, they are overdue a makeover. I would also like to point out that the same receptionist who checked us in around 6pm, tended the reception and the bar on his own, told us the bar is open until 12am, last drinks at 11pm was the very same person who checked us out in the following morning. I do not know the circumstances but it really feels like Ibis need to employ more staff and not let one person work such long hours. I’m not sure how much rest he had between the shifts, if any. He might have been ok with it and needed the hours, who knows, but it still looks like Ibis have some issues to sort out.

Booked here at very short notice due to an issue elsewhere and was warmly welcomed as a guest at reception and swiftly checked in. Went to the bar and restaurant and had a lovely meal and drinks, and again the staff were lovely and friendly. Comfy bed and a good shower in the morning followed by a Really nice buffet breakfast that really set me up for the day. Have to say that the staff here were so friendly and made the stay. Although it was further away from the station than I would have liked, being really picky - was only a 15 minute walk, I’d stay here again

The only slight negative I could find was that the lock on the bathroom door didn’t work, but as I was on my own it didn’t matter to me

Staff were incredibly friendly and helpful. Hadn't expected a restaurant onsite, that was a huge bonus, as it meant we didn't need to go and look for a place to have dinner after our long drive, we could simply stay put. In the rooms, the beds were very comfortable, the shower powerful, and I appreciated being able to make tea and coffee in the room. Everything was very clean. Didn't use the gym, but saw the sign that there was one - will bring my kit the next time I am here.

The lighting in the reception / dining / bar area could be less stark. Soft lighting (such as from lamps) would be nice.

This was my 1st visit to work office in Crewe which happens to be right next to the Ibis so it seemed a ‘no brainer’ to book here. Right from check in to check out the staff were friendly and helpful. I ordered an Uber delivery the 1st night as I assumed the food wouldn’t be great. The 2nd night I saw the broad menu & wasn’t disappointed when I ordered the steak pie & chocolate fudge cake. The hotel was good value for money & the room was nice & spacious.

My only moan is with the bed, it was very hard & not great after a 2 night stay. Aside from that I cannot fault the hotel & will be back each month for my work trips.

Excellent breakfast, tasted like better than normal, good quality ingredients. Room was clean and everything worked well. Staff were all pleasant and efficient.

Arrived mid evening having booked only 15min before. The room window was open and the room was colder than 'well aired'. The single radiator did not make much impression even when turned on to full. Felt a bit chilly all night. Spag bol meal was OK. Good 'spag' portion but another tablespoonful of 'bol' would not have gone amiss.

Breakfast was what you’d expect from a buffet type style. Comfortable clean beds and rooms. Hotel is modern warm and was well presented.Staff were helpful and any problems dealt with efficiently Perfectly adequate for a short stay.

The breakfast times in the week for visitors was very early finishing. 6.30 until 9am is definitely geared up for the corporate sector rather than the general visitor . A 9.30am finish would be better.

Closing time of restaurant. Advertised as closed 20;30. I arrived approximately 19;00 to be informed restaurant was closed. However I could choose from the 24/7 menu which was a limited menu. I had the Ham and Cheese sandwich with salad and crisps.

Staff were very helpful and friendly. The hotel had a pleasant atmosphere and was very welcoming and comfortable. It is dog friendly which was an essential element of our trip.The outside space had a welcome seating area.It was very clean and we enjoyed the breakfast too

It was a little stuffy in the room but the staff kindly gave us a fan so wasn’t an issue

We went for peace an quite retreat and that's exactly wot we got it's out of the way in a lovely quite setting with places to walk and enjoy peaceful moments

The smoking area wasn't much of a space to sit and enjoy while having a cigarette with all that other space surley there could be a nice smoking area to have

Key card .had to visit reception twice to be re programmed. Staff member explained they were looking into the problem Staff member opened the room with a key unable to use keycard during stay. Very helpful staff during this matter and explained we could have had another room.
