We had a lovely time, the room was excellent, we had the breakfast each morning & there is a great verity, the evening meal was very nice & cooked to order. The grounds & the staff were top class you can tell there well trained at their work, and the security team at the entrance do a brilliant job as well. The price for our stay was excellent, and in the future, we won't be using any other hotel in Crewe only this hotel of which is top class.

Hotel is great place to stay, location, rooms and cleanliness is as you would expect from this standard of hotel. The hotel is great value for money.

Restaurant, we had a large booking with colleagues. The food was very nice, service leaves some room for improvement and doesn't fit in with the standard of the hotel. We were given tea in a dirty cup, when requested to replace, it took around 15minutes before we received the replacement at which point most had finished their drinks. A lady had ordered chicken for main course and was given pork and told that was all that was left and someone else must have had the chicken. We ordered drinks to the table which never arrived, we were given drinks which we had never ordered.

A real find - large spacious room, well-equipped and very comfy beds. Special requests were both fulfilled without any issues. Evening meal and breakfast were lovely! A real find for a brief stop off en route to North Wales - will definitely visit again!

We booked a double but were allocated a twin - we didn't bother to query it as we were only staying one night! There were no biscuits with the tea and coffee... a little thing but sometimes it is nice to have a biscuit with your coffee. We arrived late and ate in the bar area - the food and service were good but some of the other guests were very loud and there appeared to be little control over children. This did ruin the atmosphere somewhat and we ended up returning to our room rather than having another drink.

GOOD CENTRAL LOCATION FOR THE WORK WE DO IN THE AREA. GOOD CLEAN COMFTABLE ROOMS, FRIENDLY & HELPFULL STAFF, GREAT VIEWS AND FACILITYS, AMPLE PARKING.

MENU COULD DO WITH REFRESHING, HAVE STAYED SEVERAL TIMES AT THE PROPERTY OVER THE LAST COUPLE OF YEARS AND MENU HAS SEEMED NOT TO HAVE CHANGED. FOOD IS GOOD BURT COULD DO WITH REFRESHING. ALSO SEEMS TO BE AN ISSUE WITH GETTING THE COMPANY ADDRESS ON THE INVOICE, THIS WAS REQUESTED BEFORE THIS VISIT AND ON ARRIVAL BUT HAD TO BE REQUESTED AGAIN ON THE MORNING OF DEPARTURE AS INVOICE WAS PRESENTED WITHOUT THE ADDRESS. FRUSTRATING AS IT HAD BEEN REQUESTED TWICE PRIOR TO DEPARTURE.

big clean and modern; seems to have been recently decorated too. placed in open country, so nice and quiet. parking included. big bonus points for providing coffee in the lounge area ( unlike holiday inn who will sting you for £3.50 a cup). Unobtrusive and efficient staffing too.

short on facilities, eg the "health centre" was a tiny room with a couple of exercise machines in it. mostly conference business ..and they all go for breakfast at the same time ..there maybe queues.

I liked everything about this property. The grounds were beautiful and quiet at night. The bed was exceptionally comfortable and the room had plenty of room. I loved all the available USB ports. The restaurant and bar were great. The breakfast select was excellent and the food had great flavor. I really appreciated the availability of water, coffee and tea in the lobby.

I would like to have a refrigerator in the room and drawers or more cubbies for folded clothes.

The location was excellent easy access from the motorway and nearby towns Crewe and Nantwich. The hotel itself was clean and well presented. Breakfast was a great start to the day, well worth booking.

Heating - ok, we stayed during the winter. However, other than the rooms the hotel was very cold. It was noticeable that the hotel was aware of this as we noticed an additional forced air heater ducting into the conference room prior to a wedding and the foyer the next day. You will need a warm jumper for a winter stay or dining in :(

The staff, the location, the cleaniness, the swordfish dinner. We have to give a shout-out to KERRY at reception, so friendly, and professional...STEPH P. bussing the tables like a wizard, which was a pleasant surprise as the young lady the first night did NADA despite the bar being empty, and the tables uncleared...SARAH at breakfast was a huge help and really looked after us...and COLIN (Chief Engineer) should simply be cloned, helped out on numerous occasions, great sense of humour, a credit to the Hotel and Club.

Restaurant not available our first night and no advanced communication regarding the situation. Never saw Caesar salad with shreded lettuce before, doesn't really work, too soggy and too much dressing. Tolet seats do not fit as they are too short for the commode. Mini-fridge would be welcomed.

The property is gorgeously decorated and the rooms are spacious. The grounds are very pretty and the staff are super helpful. We visited for our sons first birthday as a surprise for my partner as he was away on business, I called in advance to discuss with a very helpful lady called Morgan who answered a lot of random questions from myself. The other members of staff were all very friendly especially the lady in the vista bar, unfortunately I didn’t catch her name. The bar has a wonderful atmosphere and the food is very nice. Breakfast offers a good selection of hot food, cereals, toast, pastries and fruit along with juice, tea, coffee and water. If we ever need to visit the Crewe area again this will be top of our list to check out.

The let down for the property was the bar vista lift not working, this made it a bit difficult for myself due to slight mobility issues. Anyone who relies heavily on a wheelchair/scooter would not have been able to visit the bar. We stayed in a superior double room and found that the sliding door was too difficult to close - this wasn’t too much of an issue for us but would have been a bit better if we could have closed it at least half way to keep light off baby cot from the main room area

Our room had a lovely outlook across the golf course and was very quiet as requested. The bar and restaurant were lively and had a lovely balcony overlooking the golf course to enjoy a drink in the summer sun. Although the breakfast was a buffet all the food was freshly cooked and very tasty. It didn't taste as though it had been sitting under lights for hours like some do.
