I liked the location and the room was very nice and clean. The facilities was really good. with free Wi-Fi ensuite bathroom. and it wasn’t that nicer must have made a lovely hotel lovely place and was ok 100% recommend it to anybody. But for me, I’m saying it because it was a great location for me to come down for Halifax to Falmouth to see my kids who live in Falmouth yourself and it’s the only place that I could afford to stay so I must say it is a great hotel and a lovely price And again definitely recommend it A+++

The bathroom toilet did not flush properly. The button on top of the toilet kept on getting stuck so I had to take the top off the toilet to stop it from flushing but I must say the room was very nice and clean but I think you could do with a washing machine and a dryer and not a washer dryer combined. Only reason it doesn’t dry your clothes properly but apart from that the room is really really nice. The location is fantastic and it’s good price I must say I do recommend it to anybody. It’s a lovely place to stay.

Spotlessly clean, throughout the premises. Great shower in ensuite room. Plenty of complimentary tea, coffee, milk and sugar provided. A well stocked kitchen should anyone wish to cook for themselves or heat food in a microwave. Cute little dining area and sitting room. Perfect location for town centre, as just a few minutes walk. Also near bus stops, should you wish to catch a bus into town or elsewhere. If you download the First Bus app. you will find all the information you require for bus times. With any problems ( e.g. needing more supplies ), a text or phonecall to the contact numbers provided for Oasis House, brought an immediate response. Nothing was too much trouble for the friendly staff. Other guests were respectful and there was never any disturbance from them. The house is well decorated and maintained throughout, looking modern, inviting and calm. I've been visiting Falmouth for over 50 years and usually enjoy walking and taking boat trips. However, as the weather was particularly bad during my week's stay this year, I spent a lot of time at the local cinema, during the day...a beautiful place with armchair style seats and food and drink purchased there can be taken in. Half price tickets are offered throughout September, which was ideal for me. As I favour drinking real ale, my evenings were spent at a pub 9on the Moor, where the ales are served straight from the barrels and they always have a superb choice of several. I usually visit Falmouth in September, as it's less crowded, after various summer festivities and student fresher weeks. For me it's a home from home and Oasis House is one of the best places I've stayed at there.

I could have done with some help getting my heavy suitcase upstairs on arrival and downstairs on departure, as my room was on the 1st floor ( and I'm no spring chicken ) but as it's a self check in and check out system, there wasn't anyone around to help. My room was facing a busy main road and I was woken early ( 6.30 am ) by traffic noise on my first morning, after a late night out. This problem was easily rectified by purchasing ear plugs, from a well known store in town. I also had difficulty in keeping the blinds in a raised position. A handyman came to assist immediately and managed to do it but I still struggled.

Clean, quiet and comfortable, and a ground floor room as requested. Comfortable bed. The kitchen was a nice surprise, so was the washing machine. I appreciated the separate dining room and sitting room. I liked the keypad locks.

The shower room was much smaller than expected, although adequate. I could have done with a hand grip. Above the wash basin, below the glass shelf would have suited me best, as I ended up holding on to the wash basin, which I was a little concerned about. With just one person I managed, but storage for clothes was barely adequate, and there was nowhere to put suitcases. I could also have done with a chair, although there was really nowhere to put it. The mattress was comfortably soft to lie on , but when sitting I kept slipping off the side of the bed.

Location: 5 mins from Penmere station, easy walk down Killigrew St to Prince of Wales Pier & Tesco, pubs, cafés etc. Not very far from Pendennis Castle nor coast path ar Swanpool. Dracaena Avenue quite busy for traffic in the day, but no problem at night. Room very compact & comfortable, esp bed. Good shower. Handy place to store luggage under sloping roof. Kitchen: very well-equipped, great cooker, handy fridge & freezer, plus efficient washing machine.

Room is in the eaves, so sloping roof makes some areas difficult to access. Not much space for hanging clothes, but good shoe-rack for walking boots etc. People banging doors at times - this is NOT the fault of Oasis House of course, it's just a question of people realising that open windows will lead to doors slamming.(as happens at home!!)

The wifi was brilliant - it was strong enough for me to work from Oasis House including Teams calls and streaming. The room was comfortable, shower was great and kitchen/dining facilities were excellent for a self-catering stay. Key code entry to the main door and my room worked really well and although there were 7 rooms I didn't see many of the other guests, so still felt quite private and safe as a lone person staying in the accomodation. Highly recommend as great value for money.

I liked everything about the place. The online-only system means that one can come and go as one does at home. It was all spotlessly clean, peaceful, and fully supplied with white goods, pots and pans etc. The address is easy to find, on a main through route, with plenty of free parking at all times. An extremely comfortable bed. Friendly and civil fellow guests. Remarkable value.

I liked my little upstairs room but I will say that it favours short people. For anyone above about five foot two the bathroom is apt to be a constant headbanger. So, be warned, one simply has to adjust and pay attention.

The room was very clean and comfortable with tea, coffee, milk and biscuits provided (which could be topped up from the supply in the kitchen). Shower gel and hand soap was provided and there was plenty of hot water. There was a key code on the door to my room so I felt very safe and no worries about losing a key. The kitchen was amazing complete with a washing machine, 2 fridges, full size oven and microwave. It was also nice to have the option of the sitting room and dining room downstairs.

The property is on the main road out of Falmouth and was noisy from about 8 a.m. but as I was awake by then I didn't find it too bad.

Booking procedure and all communications from the owners were excellent. The property is very clean and well maintained. The room was comfortable, clean and all the facilities were excellent. I only stayed one night, but would definitely return to Oasis House for a longer break.

As a solo visitor I had a single room (Room 5), which is an attic room with a sloping roof, so head space is slightly limited. This is very apparent in the en-suite, where standing space is very tight! The road noise can be quite obtrusive, although I slept well and wasn't disturbed by it! I hope to return for a longer break but would probably want a room with normal head height for a longer stay.

I liked that there are facilities to cook your own food and a nice communal area to eat. Room was nicely decorated. I loved the supply of tea and coffee. The location was great to walk into town and the beaches. The bed was very comfy too. Communication about the booking was great.

The soaps were unlabelled so I didn’t know what they were and the pump bit kept falling off (very frustrating). It was very warm and could have done with a fan. I would also suggest a little tray to put the spoon on when you make a hot drink. There was also a-bit of a delay on the automatic lights switching on in the hallway while i was walking which meant it was dark at points (although i do walk quickly). I also found it really difficult to dry my hair in the slanted roof area (single room) with it being so low.
