Room was lovely with some very nice touches - the coffee machine and complimentary coffees & biscuits etc were spot on! The breakfast was excellent and efficient, friendly service added to our stay. The central location was just what we were looking for and although the car park is small, all surrounding roads are free of any restrictions so not an issue.

Very minor point that the taps in the ensuite were incorrectly labelled - so H was cold water and C was hot water. Passed this message on the reception staff for action - really did not affect our stay.

I loved the coffee machine in the hotel room. They provided 4 capsules and the coffee was fantastic! They had both the coffee machine and the water boiler for the tea as well as a mint chocolate circle, butter cookies and caramel cookies. The breakfast was also so great! I thought it would be a buffet style breakfast but instead they had a menu where you could choose what you wanted. Although, they did have different cereals, fruit and yogurt on a table if that is all you wanted. The hotel is also right next to the sea so you can take a nice walk or run along the coast. It was such a great stay, I would definitely stay here if I came back to Falmouth.

The stylish decor is modern and inviting with a hint of the expected seaside charm. The large sash windows let in so much light and everything is well placed in the property. A gorgeous lounge for residents use complete with honesty bar which I thought was a simply gorgeous idea! Fabulous Shower, Breakfast was incredible, lovely staff who couldn’t help more, including the little house dog! I grew up in the town so have everything I need but it is suitable placed for access to Town and also the beaches. I was very grateful for my surprise upgrade to sea view room, this made my trip special as I was here on a family emergency. Much appreciated for the peace and calm early morning.

Really great location central to the beach and town in a nice neighbourhood with lots of greenery and established trees. The family room was a really good size with a fabulous big bay window looking out on to the garden and a newly decorated bathroom. Good selection for breakfast.

The advertisement states the room has a coffee machine, which it does, but despite staying 4 nights, there was only enough coffee for two adults for one day. We were first advised we couldn’t have more because they’re expensive, then we’re given two more pods after asking a second time. I do understand that the pods are expensive but two per paying day should be provided. Not reflective of the general cleanliness of the hotel which we couldn’t fault, when we arrived there was dog poo on the floor in the bar area which was not a great first impression!

Location is great - close to beaches and only about 10 mins walk to the town. Bed and pillows very comfortable with crisp fresh white linen. Good tea and coffee facilities topped up daily but no problem if you require more - just ask. Nice variety of breakfast choices well cooked and presented, didn't have the continental but it looked very tasty. Nice light lounge and bar area. Thank you to all the staff who were welcoming and friendly responding quickly to any requests made.

Not that I found anything to dislike so these are not criticisms as my stay at this hotel was enjoyable but just my observations/ thoughts. I always take my own hairdryer on my travels as I have found many hotel hairdryers just aren't powerful enough, as was the case with the one in my room, and I would have struggled style my hair with it. No toilet brush in the bathroom and I think out of common courtesy for the people who clean the rooms there should be this facility for a guest to use one if necessary!! Hook behind the door for coats, don't want to put on a hanger with clothes if the coat is wet. But still thanks for a great stay.

My room was clean. The lighting was good to read by. A full sized mirror inside the bathroom door was welcome as the one on the dressing table didn’t slant enough to give a full length view. Shelf above the sink was welcome for toiletries. My room was warm. Waiting staff were so considerate and apologetic if orders weee running a little late. Took time to make conversation and were very approachable. They dealt with a difficult customer politely as did the Manager who spoke to these people. All professionally handled. We cannot recall if this is our 8 th or 9 th visit to The Lerryn, but …. we will return!!

Only criticism is that there was no toilet brush in the bathroom!

Because of the nature of my visit I spent little time in my room but the coffee machine in addition to the kettle was something I would have liked to appreciate more. I also counted 12 power sockets when so often you have just a couple, nowhere near where you need them & you have to unplug the kettle or a lamp just to charge your phone. The staff were really friendly & the breakfast was superb.

The room was very warm on arrival so I turned off the radiator. Unfortunately, I never managed to get it back to a reasonable level but I sure I could have with a bit more effort or if I'd bothered to ask.

the staff were excellent, very accomadating, especially as we arrived late after normal check in time. Easy access with key safes. Staff were very welcoming at Breakfast. Easy checkout. Welcome goodies in room were excellent. Breakfast was good, we all had the cooked breakfast which was lovely. 2 minute walk from the beach and the view is amazing! We had a very quick stay as we were down for a family funeral but I would definitely stay for longer. 😁😁

The beds were a little short, my feet hung of the end. I am 5ft 7 and they were hanging of at my ankles. The door locks are a little temperamental. It took my mum 15 minutes to lock her door and myself 5/10 to open mine. Could do with 1 more sausage with the cooked breakfast.

The staff were excellent. Engaging and always looking for a way to help you enjoy your stay. I thought the breakfast was very good, you could tell it was made using quality local products, adding to the great experience we had in Falmouth.

I think with the windy, wet, weather that had that had just been through the south coast, before we arrived had caused some unexpected leaks at the hotel. I think the that might have caused a bit of a damp smell in our room. However the staff couldn't have been more helpful, they offered every option to resolve the matter.

The breakfast was lovely. The staff were so friendly and couldn’t do enough for me. My room was upgraded and I had a great view of the sea and a super-king bed. The room had everything I could need with a good choice of tea and a coffee machine. I used the residents lounge in the evening which was comfortable and I wouldn’t hesitate to book again next time I have to drop off or pick up my son from uni.

The tiniest thing was that one of the bedside light bulbs was a very bright white instead of a warm white but I just turned it off!
