Comfortable room. Nice and homely. Friendly host.

It is what it is. Just a room - no communal space.

The room was just right for my needs: good shower and comfy bed. Great location for the beaches, museums and university . Everything I needed was provided and I was able to come and go whenever I wanted .

The road is quite a busy one so a bit noisy in the morning ( nothing you can do about that !) The curtains are quite thin, letting light in early. Perhaps thicker ones would make a darker room and possibly mask the noise from the road a bit.

Mark and Erica created a lovely space in this room . a corner with armchair and reading lamp, fridge with complimentary prosecco, tasteful decor, cabinet with tv books and facilities to make hot drinks.More than a bedroom. But a space to come to and relax in Only ten minutes walk from centre. Most importantly a friendly and very helpful host , who went the extra mile to make sure we had what we needed

location just right and within easy walking distance of where we wanted to visit and explore. the breakfast was a feast and our hostess checked in every evening for our breakfast requests and she made sure these were met. Lovely homemade granola and buns and freshly squeezed orange juice - was delicious and brought to our room every morning at a time we asked for - exceptional service from a lovely smiling hostess - needed cooked breakfast on a plate but this wasn't possible due to covid restrictions so our hostess adapted and we can recommend the bacon and mushroom sandwich and the sausage sandwiches were yummy

Lovely large quiet room with quirky decor that we loved. Wi-fi and Netflix too ! The hosts Mark and Erika were very friendly and accomodating. The breakfast was delicious with lots of home made items on it and delivered by basket to your room to eat when and where you pleased. Only ten minutes walk to the harbour area where there were plenty of shops, restaurants and pubs to visit.

Nothing really was wrong. The walk back to the accomodation from the harbour area although only ten minutes walk or so was uphill so may not suit some. In fairness most places we have visited in Cornwall are like this.

staff were very attentive, As there wasn't a breakfast option, the fridge in the room allowed me to keep some small items nice and cold so this wasn't a problem at all

I'm not going to sit and struggle to find a problem when one doesn't exist. My stay was absolutely fine

Lovely comfortable room, everything we needed was provided, the bed was really comfortable and a great shower. The owners were very friendly too.

Great location, room was beautifully presented and provided everything I could possibly need. The bed was very comfy, ensuite good and hosts fantastic. Would highly recommend.

If I really had to knit pick, the shower could have been more powerful.

The property was in a perfect location close to town. The hosts were welcoming, the room spotless, beautifully decorated and had everything I could possibly need.

There was nothing negative.

Good location. Nice Host. We were even given a Prosecco. Ventilator was provided, since we had 30 degrees C....

2nd floor. And this was the place where the hat was really unbearable.
