Fantastic views over the harbour. Friendly staff and very attentive landlord. The pub was buzzing with a great ambience. We also listened into a pub quiz when we stayed. The food was very good, typical pub fare and good value for money. A very satisfying breakfast to fuel us for our coastal walk.

Not a negative for us, but be aware that you can hear the pub noise from the bedroom. It is a very quiet location after 11pm when the pub closes.

Breakfast was consistently excellent.

Directions avoiding the steep steps (with luggage) would have been appreciated.

Room was a bit compact and with only one comfortable chair but had all the usual amenities ( except for aircon of course - this is England ). Breakfast was excellent and the staff were very friendly. The smoked haddock for breakfast was a real treat. We had one meal in the pub which we enjoyed but no food service on Monday or Tuesday unfortunately. We had a nice seaview albeit framed by scaffolding as mentioned in other reviews.

Location up a very steep hill. We didn't have a car so horrendous walk from town up to hotel although after four days we were doing it much easier. As mentioned elsewhere had we had a car parking would have been difficult as we were there over a long weekend. I think parking in July or August would be virtually impossible.

Friendly staff, nice clean room and a top breakfast. Perfect location for the morning ferry too if you're walking on the SWCP.

The location is excellent and the bar staff are friendly & helpful with a good array of drinks and snacks. We are yet to try the food on offer as the kitchen was closed but it is a good menu with lots of choice. We left an ipad behind in our room and Kyra and Ryan were very helpful in helping us arrange a courier to ensure it's safe return, for this we were very grateful. The pub/b&b has recently come under new ownership and I understand that they intend to refurb the pub and rooms early next year. As this was our fifth time staying we are very excited to see what improvements this brings and look forward to returning next year for a sixth.

The property was ideal! Bedrooms were Perfect size for two adults. The pub down stairs was amazing, so old school and so chilled it felt like home. The staff were so nice and welcoming. If you do not like dogs I would recommend you don’t book this place as there’s dogs everywhere and that was amazing for us as we took our dog too. Even the locals, everyone in the pub had a dog. Everyone was so friendly. The chef Jamie’s food was amazing. I had a steak, phenomenal! husband had a burger which looked amazing and mother had fish and chips, great prices too. The breakfast the next morning was great too. The chefs humour was hysterical, loved it! Made us feel so comfortable.

This is perfect for families however if you do not know each other, it could become awkward. My parents being in the toom next to us and I heard them snoring and could hear what they were taking about, walls are quite thin.

I loved the location of the B&B, it was on top of a hill but has a direct route into town which made travelling really easy. The B&B itself is located in a little lively pub which creates a great atmosphere, the hosts and staff were very friendly. Breakfast in the morning was really quick and delicious.

I had a beautiful sea view room, which I specifically wanted for my stay. However, the building was undergoing repairs and my views were restricted/blocked by scaffolding and building work which was a shame. It was not an issue for me, however the pub music was loud and could be heard in my room which could bother some guests.

The sea view from Seaview is great, and the whole of the estuary is right in front of you. We loved just looking at the ever-changing seascape. The Inn is high on a hill overlooking the main town area; everything in Falmouth is within five minutes although it is all at the end of a large hill. The breakfasts were excellent (very nice filter coffee) and the fact that there was a characterful pub below you added to the attraction.

Some of the areas looked a bit dated but this is an old building. The hill is quite steep although there are steps all the way down to the town. But the view and the closeness to the town centre compensate for any of that.

The staff in the Seaview Inn were excellent, nothing was too much trouble for them. The location is great ( beautiful views and only a short walk into town) . The room was clean, the bed was comfortable, the food was good and the beer was amazing (thank you Verdant). It will be interesting to visit again once the refurbishment has been undertaken next year..

Parking could be a challenge. We were fortunate in that we got a space on the same road as the hotel.

We had a very enjoyable stay here. The room had a fantastic view, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom was small but clean. The only thing I would say is if you plan on having an early night you may struggle, as it is a pub and it will be naturally noisy until closing time. A bonus was that breakfast was included, when I booked through Booking.com I completely missed this information so it was a nice surprise as it was delicious!
