Very friendly receptionist, I book last minute at 7pm+ yet I still got a bed, I had a tough day because my Dundee bus was late by 1 hour causing me to miss the train to Inverness, chain effect causing me to miss the last bus from Inverness to Loch Ness. Thank God Bazpackers is my lifesaver. I met a number of backpackers (from US and New Zealand) who were so helpful sharing their traveling tips with me. Nice, clean and modern kitchen👍 Can store luggage bag in Bazpacker before or after check-in, very thoughtful of the operator. Many good restaurants nearby.

My bed faces the road which is supposed to be quiet, but many biker speeding in the night, for this low price I paid (SGD$63) I can accept it. The rough uphill road, very difficult to push my luggage bag upslope, best to take a cab here

Checking-in until 11pm, checking-out until 11am. Comfortable room. Great view of the river. Comfortable bed. Soft pillows. Adjustable heating. Nice kitchen. Very clean, well appointed bathroom with new tiles and modern fixtures. Nice modern solid wood furniture. Plenty of power sockets.

With a walk in shower, a bathmat or even a hand towel to be used as one would be good. The hand drier is extremely noisy and anyone using it at night or early in the morning would wake up people in the adjacent room. Heater in the bathroom off, so cold inside.

It was clean and homely and the back garden was well maintained and had a good view. The kitchen was excellent and good for making food and the location was perfect, just out of the centre but close enough. I also used the tattoo parlour that was next door (very good)

I don't like to call people but one member of staff did not acknowledge me in the entire 7 days I was there luckily for me it didn't spoil my stay.

I like the location as it's less than 10 min walk from the station. The price of the rooms is reasonable as well. You've got a good view of the river from your window. It has got a compact but complete kitchen set. The bed is spacious enough and ensures your privacy. They also have this garden with a spectacular view. This is also where your store your bike if you have one

I don't like that the toilet is not individualized. It's difficult to enjoy the shower while someone is defecating 3 ft away. I, however, understand that this is to maximize the space.

The aesthetic and individual rooms were great. Very well kept rooms that were made to feel spacious and accommodating even in a small space. The communal spaces were lovely with plenty of places to relax alone or communally. The facilities were very clean and worked smoothly. The location was excellent! Quick, 5-10 minute walks to anywhere in the city you’d like to visit, including the public transit hubs. Our host was very welcoming and helpful. He made sure we had clear information and assistance about anything, in or out of the property.

I traveled Europe for 5 months, and during that time stayed in about 10 hostels. This one was by far the best one we stayed in the entire trip. We picked it for the cheap price not even looking at the rooms and were shocked. The rooms were great and accommodating. I didn't know how much all hostels needed carpeting until staying here. Good storage, beds don't squeak, nice placement, room has fun bonuses, the bathrooms are pretty decent, and nice views as well. The perfect find for a lovely little city.

Didn't expect to not be connected to the main building with staff. We went during a really cold month, and the heater didn't work one night and worked too well the other nights.

Emanuelle was really friendly and helpful. The room was cosy, comfortable double bed and the shower was great. Inverness is expensive and I do think that the dorm prices are a bit steep. But the double is a good option for 2.

If I had to pick anything, it would be to suggest a smaller lamp, the central light was the only one. Also, the curtains were a bit shabby for the price of the room and didn't cover the whole window so light got in first thing. But other than that the room was ok.

I got pleasantly surprised by the quality of service and the state of the facilities. Our trip was last minute-planned and we were running late for check-in, but there were no issues what so ever, easy communication and we got our room. The room was sparkling clean; moreover, the shared facilities were really clean. You typically do not expect that in a 20 GPB/night place (or I was unlucky previously). And the clock in kitchen is super cute (I will upload the photo)! I am definitely going to come back! Parking was very easy to find on Castle street, its free overnight (8-6 PM, Mon-Fri), so if you have early start next day, then parking is sorted.

Warm welcoming by lovely people. Emmanuel was very helpful and provided great customer service. We stayed for one night only and had good sleep. The place is very cozy and clean to stay, centrally located, beside the castle. All you need to explore the city in close walking distance. Would recommend this place.

Great place in Inverness I've used to stay! Perfect location, clean rooms and bathrooms. Good internet connection. Very kind and helpful staff! Lovely garden for chill in a hammock. Individual curtains for the every bed to help you isolate yourself and get good sleep. Comfy mattress. Sockets and small lights for each bed. Good organised kitchen for cooking. Lovely fire place in a living room. It's been a pleasure to stay at Bazpackers. Thank you!

Unfortunately lockers doesn't worked. Just one from four been possible to use :(
