The location is perfect and close to amenities and nearby attractions. Easy access to neighbouring attractions.

When we arrived the triple room (kids room) was smelly, had flies flying around, the toilet was dirty and floor unclean. The carpet needed vacuuming, the drawers were dirty. We did ask for the toilet to be cleaned and we were grateful for the house keepers help. My husband and I then cleaned out the drawers, disinfected all surfaces and vacuumed the room to make it fresh. We had to vacuum our room and clean the bathroom (shower external edges and sink not clean). The entrance was dirty. Kitchen fridge not clean and the cooker is stained, the hood over cooker is dirty including sockets. We love #10 guest house and this was our second stay but the cleanliness standards have gone down making it unattractive to book again. The place did not feel clean. Management need to review this .

I like that it was close to family members, and really close to town. Me and my partner both say the beds where very comfortable. The smoking area was at the front door of our room which was handy so we could still keep an eye on our 3 month old daughter. Me and my partner also where grateful that they left you to be you, they didn't check on you all the time, the domestic cleaner I think it's called, she only makes sure you don't need anything. I would definitely book another room again here.

Didn't like the fact that the room didn't heat up as much, but I think it was a combination of the door always opening as me and my partner smoke. Also the toilet seat was loose and ended up coming of. The toilet didn't flush as great had to hold in the top.

Had everything I needed, very comfortable as well, kitchen facilities, beautiful chinese along the road, all in all It was great value for money, I've seen alot of negative reviews, if you want luxury then book the Hilton, if you want somewhere to relax for work etc then book here.

It was a convenient locality, comfortable and clean, room a bit on the small side, but good enough for sleeping in. Overall really happy.

Apart from the room size, everything was good.

Really comfortable stay. Staff were friendly and made sure our stay was as comfortable as it could be. Rooms were tidy, bed was comfy with puffy pillows and the towels were a good quality.

The mattresses on the beds were of different elasticity (hard, medium and soft) which is very good, we had the opportunity to choose the appropriate option.Big size and clean towels. Quite . Location.

The door to the bathroom is sliding, you must always remember this. It was a little stuffy, there was not enough ventilation.

Location everything was very good but a do feel the rooms could be cleaner. I myself booked this for aunts but found it very dirty behind the beds but other than that was great. There was a few issues when we arrived but a reported to the lady on the desk thanks

The staff were terrific and made sure that we had everything we needed. The room was very clean and comfortable and the hotel was in a great location.

There was nothing that we did not like.
