The rooms were very clean. There was no noise, so we were able to sleep well. The hotel location was great, close to everything. The cleaning staff do a lovely job of cleaning the rooms and the facilities are good.

Arrived at 2:15pm but told our room was not ready as we couldn't check in until 3pm which was fine, however we waited in the lobby and by around 2:40 everyone who walked through the hotel doors we being greeted and checked in. We sat there right in front of them, watching this for about 10 minutes while they checked in 5 more people. When I eventually went and asked if we could check in, he looked at his watch and said it's not quite 3 pm yet, but I'll check you in????? I did consider they could have paid for early check-in, but why would you pay extra to be booked in 10 minutes before your check-in time?

Spotlessly clean. Good sized room. Comfortable bed. Friendly staff. Loved the Beatles theme, which I wasn't expecting. Best continental breakfast I've had in a long time. Perfect location for viewing sights of Liverpool, everything in walking distance, although did get sore feet!

Room was well soundproofed from the traffic outside but kept awake by noise in the hotel during the night. This did sound like water running - maybe pipes running underneath our rooms? Sounded like a washing machine cycle! Sadly, this kept happening all through the night We were on the first floor. I would advise booking second floor rooms

This was our second stay here and like the first, it was excellent. Checking in and out was no hassle at all, and the staff are always fantastic. We were here for two nights and someone called Sasha did a fantastic job of tidying our room and topping us up with tea/coffee during our second day, as I said, the staff here are brilliant. We were on the Lucy in The Sky floor, and we had an amazing view of the city. The rooms are always cosy, and the bed was very comfy.

I have no complaints, only that the seagulls outside were a noisy bunch, but the hotel itself was brilliant in every way.

The hotel was in a good area, near moorfields train station and short distance to Liverpool one.

During my stay I am not sure how this happened but I checked in and later on another couple opened my hotel door. I was startled and confused and turns out they had been issued my room number as well. They had to go back down to be issued another room card. This was midweek so I am not sure how the reception staff managed this. I struggled to sleep my first night because of it. Everything else about my stay was okay after this.

It was very clean staff were friendly and helpful Bed was comfortable Room cleaned daily staff visibly cleaning the hotel throughout day which is always good to see. Beautifully decorated throughout and can't fault the security in place at the hotel.

I was disappointed with breakfast it was not worth the 12:99 per day but that being said there was choice just not what I would expect in regards to a breakfast of that price. Staff were faultless and always cleaning tables which is great We did have one broken bedside light but didn't effect our stay at all

The property is in a great location. Only 5 minutes from the main pubs and clubs of Liverpool. Quiet at night. This hotel is themed and is modern and very clean. The staff are exceptionally friendly and go above and beyond to provide you with an excellent stay. The price was great compared to some of the other hotels near by. Would recommend this hotel to anyone who visits Liverpool and will definitely be staying here again next year when I’m back. Very accommodating, provided me and a friend two rooms next door to each other for ease instead of having to move around the hotel looking for each other.

Honestly no complaints about this hotel at all.

I definitely liked the coffee and tea in the room plus the 24x7 coffee machine at the reception with excellent hot chocolate / capuccino / mocha etc. It was nice to have a coffee at the reception before going up to the room. Staff were friendly all the time. Comparing this Hotel with another Ibis Hotel in Salford Quays, Manchester, the one in Manchester was more expensive whilst the service offered is much less than the one in Liverpool. Would definitely stay again at this hotel if I return to Liverpool.

Honestly there is nothing which I did not like.

Breakfast was amazing. Fantastic choice and plenty of it. Also had food intolerance options too. Quirky decor. Immaculately clean. Staff so helpful. Prime location for Cavern Club and city centre, just a few minutes walk away. Definitely recommend. I'll be staying there again very soon. Wouldn't go anywhere else!! We arrived early, but get stored our cases, no charge, so we could go into town. Early book in available, additional £10.

At busy periods just 2 staff booking people into rooms. Although they were quite quick still more staff would have been better.

Accessible room was spacious with plenty of room for wheelchair to maneuver. Excellent wet room. Nice touches like a lowering clothes rail in the wardrobe. Beds reasonably comfortable. Breakfast selection excellent for a continental.

Lifts were far too quick to close. If we had had to let someone out then there was not enough time to get in before the doors shut. They were also quite small lifts, which made maneuvering the chair (standard size manual) and luggage difficult. The access to the room was poorly designed for chair users - there was a second door to open by keycard shortly after the first, which made it difficult. There was no apparent reason for the first door, it was just an additional obstruction. Power points were also poorly located. There was nothing remotely close to the bed area (except a round pin european socket) so we had to ask for an extension cable in order to plug in medical equipment appropriately.

Staff were very welcoming on our arrival and gave us lots of useful information regarding our stay. Our premium double room was lovely and clean and the extras added a fab touch. Staff knew we were there to celebrate my birthday and had put balloons on the bed and left a hand written card on the side which I thought was very cute. Loved the fact that the bar and restaurant was for guests only. Staff were amazing and very helpful. All in all we were very impressed and had a really comfortable stay. We would definitely stay again and recommend to friends and family xxx
