Location is excellent . Good value for money considering the location is so central . It was pretty clean bar a few areas . Check in and out was easy and communication good from host. Few tea bags , coffee sugar , bathroom toiletries there which was a nice added bonus .

The shelf in the fridge door was broken so whatever liquids I bought and laid flat on the inside shelves just kept leaking everywhere . No microwave which is grand but would have liked to reheat a few takeaways . Mostly clean but the amount of dust on the bathroom towel rail was quite a bit . The smell of I think rubbish when entering the front door of the building downstairs was quite over powering but couldnt smell it from the apartment .All in all a good stay good value for money and I would return .

It’s a perfect apartment for a weekend stay, I didn’t realise how central to everything it was, minutes walk from the docks, the shopping, the bars and the station. Amenities were ample in the property although we didn’t need the washer or dishwasher. We were there for a boozy weekend and it was absolutely ideal for our group of 18 year olds and mum (me) as we all love nightlife. The security was spot on too with codes for every door! We’re definitely rebooking for a family stay with younger teens and probably a mums weekend too!

Erm….I can’t pinpoint anything I didn’t like except maybe the stairs but that’s just because I’m unfit!

Very spacious. Sofa beds were surprisingly so big and comfortable, I’d say bigger than a double! So that was great! Was very clean and considering the location we didn’t hear anything from the surrounding area! We was provided toilet paper, soap, dishwasher tablets, tea, coffee and sugar too!

The stairs were a nightmare being on the top floor, especially for the smokers who had to keep going up and down. Also arriving with a lot of bags it was hard work so I wouldn’t say it was disability friendly, which is a shame! However, for the apartments we got it is something I would override to book again!

The property was clean, modern and ideally located. The rooms were spacious and the tv caters for netflix, prime video etc, with using your own account. The kitchen was well equipped for cooking, and the apartment came with a hairdryer and multiple mirrors, ideal for larger groups getting ready.

Overall the experience was very pleasant, some extra toilet paper rolls/kitchen rolls would have been useful. While it didn’t bother us, the property is located across from a nightclub which did cause noise. I’m unsure if the club is open all days of the week.

Well equipped but a microwave oven would be a lot more useful than a dishwasher.Clean,warm bedding.Hot water on tap. Location was good.

Punched in door code but door didn`t release,Could not tell whether door was jammed or electronic release was sticking.After 5 minutes and ten or so attempts it released but it jammed most times we tried it.One late evening, around 11.30, we could hear someone having trouble with it. Must have taken them 6 or seven goes before it opened. The toilet paper is false economy for you, we feel. It is very low grade and subsequently you need at least twice as much to be of any use!We are elderly/infirm and found the climb to the first floor difficult but even worse was our original booking on the second floor.No mention made of this when booking.No tv programmes! (only found "catch up")

The property was very clean and had good facilities, the beds were very comfy (including the sofa bed) and it is an excellent location in short walking distance to everywhere we wanted to be.

Not sure if the windows are double glazed or not but we could hear loud music from the clubs surrounding us from Friday night until early hours of Saturday. At one point we thought the windows were open with how loud it was, but they weren’t. Luckily we had earplugs and we did expect it to be loud for the location but just a heads up for anyone expecting a more “peaceful” stay to consider looking elsewhere, but if you are wanting more of a revel, this apartment is ideal and conveniently located. Everything else was spot on!

Fantastic location (yes some music noise etc as very central, literally the centre on your doorstep), great facilities - living room with open plan kitchen stocked with the basics for a comfortable stay, great value and very straight forward communication through booking.com! We had top floor accommodation so a little trek up sets of stairs but more than manageable for the able bodied (even after a few shandy’s!), beds comfortable, shower spot on and apartment just great. Thank you!

Only comments to be aware of is no air conditioning, so staying higher up in 20+ degrees is a little uncomfortable and a little dusty, but saying that will not deter from booking again :-) Thank you!

The apartment was beautiful really lovely lay out and was equipped with everything youd need, host was soo quick in responding if you had any issues like we couldn’t work the tv to begin with and he replied right away and then when we realised there was only 1 large towel he replied right away informing us there should be extra in the unit under the tv and offered to drop off more the same evening if we needed so brilliant host and overall stunning apartment in the city centre great location

There is no lift in the building and our apartment was on the top floor so was a struggle getting up and down with the cases, and after a big fed could barely walk to the top lol but it was worth it for the stunning apartment, and with ours being top floor the seagulls being on the roof right outside the window are noisy friggers not that that’s the host fault but I’d invest in some ear plugs or just sleep on the sofa bed like I did

Lovely apartment the owner was extremely accommodating allowing us to enter early and drop of luggage even though the apartment hadn’t been cleaned yet. We were travelling with an elderly person so they had a little rest a cup of tea. We then went into liverpool baggage free until the apartment was thoroughly cleaned and even then we were allowed to enter before official check in time.

The apartment was up 4 flights of steep stairs very difficult to navigate with luggage. Unfortunately the location was fabulous for the day time as in the middle of the city, however the evening & night time transforms into Mad Max City it was totally horrendous Stag, hen do’s, drunks, homelessness, drug addiction and police 🤦🏽‍♀️ thank god i’m leaving today on the train home to peace.

The location was great as in it was close to most places in the city centre or a short walking distance, the hosts were excellent and were quick at responding if I had any questions and even kindly accommodated to us having 1 apartment for early check in as there was a large group of us staying, which we greatly appreciated.

Although the location is great for being close to places, make sure you have earplugs as there is clubs/bars outside and it’s very noisy. A few of the parties said they struggled to sleep as it was so loud but I guess you expect that being next to clubs/pubs.
