What an amazing place I think we got upgraded as the room was huge, mind blown by how luxurious this place was really made the trip extra special, on the evening we had some cocktails and James the barman was an amazing host really made us feel welcome and the cocktails were outstanding. Also went that extra bit further for me and arranged a nice bottle on ice for me and the Mrs to take back to the room. Overall will 100% come back again. Carparking is literally a stones throw away at qpark everything else is within walking distance all the staff were really friendly and helpful thanks everyone

I booked a double room for 2 adults but upon arrival I was pleased to find out I’d actually been given a 6 berth room with jacuzzi bath! The rooms are insane, decor is niche and absolutely to my taste….the feel is luxurious and opulent. The facilities provide everything you should require for a short trip, the restaurant and bar area is warm and cozy. Could not fault the helpful and friendly staff! Unfortunately this time I did not try the breakfast which is generously included in the price of the room but will defo be one of many reasons to return. 5⭐️

We were a hen party so loved the fact we were all able to stay together in the same rooms. The decor was great and gave the whole weekend a luxurious feel. The location was perfect and in stumbling distance (literally) of some great bars.

There was a little confusion about the approval amount needed when we arrived (a mix up between booking.com and the hotel terms) but the team were really good and honoured our the amount on our original confirmation.

The receptionist was absolutely amazing so friendly,excellent at her job and made you feel very welcome as you arrived. She is an asset to your team and we cannot thank her enough for being so lovely and helpful and this is why we have rebooked due to how lovely she was and the rest of the team .The vibe was so chilled,no one rushing around the night staff,he was helpful as our tv would not work but he came and sorted it straight away.The man who ran the breakfast he was really helpful and friendly. This has been probably the most best of stays with everyone being so lovely and helpful.The room was amazing very clean etc .So thankyou so much xx

We needed a table for all the coffee/tea facilities there was no where to put the kettle only on my bedside drawers,not ideal and didn't want to put it on the floor?Water in the room would be good,instructions to top up the bath then the water jets don't go up the wall.Also table mats would be good in the dining room ,didn't feel right just putting them on the table didn't want to burn it.

The lobby area is beautiful, high ceilings and beautiful decor. The staff at reception were polite and greeted us with a smile. Our room was on the second floor. To our surprise we had three very large beds for the two of us. The room was huge, beautifully decorated with nice features. An ironing board, iron, hair dryer, kettle tea, coffee etc and plenty of towels. The spa bath was brill after all the walking we did during the day. we were pleasantly surprised at breakfast as there was more than plenty to choose from hot and cold . Again the staff were polite. Thankyou for a lovely stay we will definitely return

What's not to like

It was Everton related and the staff were wonderful and very helpful and also could have a good laugh!

On the pictures the rooms looked really grand and up market but on arrival they were very old and needed a refresh, our room had multiple issues but we didn’t let it ruin our stay. We stayed in room 309, there was a rip in the bathroom floor, holes in the walls, a large crack where the apex met, and the dark wood varnish wasn’t great! Also, one of the prints on the reception ceiling had peeled away, but overall we have a lovely time.

The room was massive. The decor was beautiful. Beautiful golden wardrobe and dressing table. Beautiful wall paper , plush carpets and curtains, soundproof windows.. The spa bath and the shower were amazing. Beautiful lights, comfortable bed with excellent linen. Beautiful decor throughout the hotel, squeaky clean throughout..The hotel and the room exceeded my expectations... I took my sixteen year old daughter to celebrate her leaving school, she thought the room was like Beauty and the Beast...she loved it!!! The staff were all wonderful, allowed us to leave our luggage with them before and after checking out, to collect later. We went to see Wicked at the Empire Theatre, I highly recommend the Red City Hop on and off bus, that took us to all the landmarks throughout Liverpool. It only cost £12 per ticket and it was valid for 24 hours, we used it 3 times. I have returned home this evening and I have already booked the same room again in December. Great for sightseeing... Great for shopping.. Look out for John Lennons Rolls Royce upon your visit.... we spotted it twice... My teenage daughter and I had the time of our lives... Highly recommend this hotel folks...

Nothing not to like .

Everything especially the jacuzzi bath....wow...!!!it was amazing...The room was really spacious and beds was comfortable. The breakfast was awesome ..!!!

There was no drinking water in the room.When asked in reception, they told us to take the jug from room and collect it from the bar. I felt little weird about that. And I also requested the dental kit which every similar kind of hotels offers if needed- here also the reception staff told us to get it from some stores outside the hotel. It requires improvement, I guess...!!!

It was very clean and lift to all floors

The lack of everton pictures or memorabilia, there are a lot of supporters who travel to liverpool to stay but apart from a couple of photos of dixie it's just like any other hotel which is dissapointing,and the pillows in the room we stayed in were lumpy and uncomfortable, The fact that you don't do lunch or evening meals is dissapointing as well

The rustic design of the reception and the rooms is amazing so well thought out room 310 we like to stay in the presidential suite is amazing if not at times a little chilly as it’s so big but all in all love the room the hotel an the location and a special shout out to Kev the night man, always happy to help and very pleasant.

Did not like the fire alarm going off at 9:30am on our first nights stay as we where up quite late celebrating my partners birthday, also was very confused by the stair well as I went down to check as lifts where not working and got stuck between an office door and a closed door that only opened from the other side and the alarmed exit which states do not use as this exit is alarmed, I thought this was a bit strange and abit confusing in an emergency situation maybe this needs to be addressed or sign posted better.
