Location really good for city centre exploring but in a fairly quiet area of the city. Access to property was via coded doors which was good and booking in and parking were well organised. Apartment was very clean and had good facilities for our needs. The room was very quiet because we were at the end of the building.

All the doors need some lubrication on the hinges because of very annoying squeaks which are easy to remedy. It was very windy when we were there and the window seals are not good on the windows in the lounge diner area, such that the curtains were blowing about on some occasions.

The apartment was immaculate, spacious, comfortable and just perfect for our us and our little girl to relax after a day exploring Liverpool. Staff were very friendly and personable, made us feel comfortable and felt looked after. Within about 15-20 minutes walking distance of Albert Dock and even closer to high street. Would definitely recommend.

Only one minor fault which was that the toilet was making intermittent noises during our stay (and during the night) which unfortunately couldn’t be sorted but the staff did their best to resolve it. Otherwise a brilliant stay for our needs :)

Friendly helpful receptionist. Fab 2 bed duplex type apartment perfect for us. Everything we needed for a weekend inc few toiletries and coffee/water on arrival. Handy location just off centre 5/10 min walk to most busy areas.

Parking was convenient on site (£17 per day) but be warned very tight swings and only one lane in and out. Could prove to be interesting if had to pass anybody. also it is allocated 4 floors below ground. Glad we didn't need to use car once parked😀 Other than that minor niggle....high windows with vertical blinds....ours slats kept falling down. Think some of the clips were broken...so we could not open/close as wanted..... Also our apartment was very warm especially as windows don't open...so used the aircon in living room to cool and leave bedroom door open too ...

The apartment and location was great!

The check in experience was awful. First of all there was no one at the building. I contacted the number on the door. When I explained that I hadn't received an email with instructions, I was abruptly told that I had. I checked my email whilst on the phone and confirmed I hadn't. At this point the girl on the phone started to talk over me and say how she'd have to run out to her car and get her lap top. After hanging up, a few minutes later I finally got a text with codes. Further to this experience, one of our party (my sister) arrived earlier than us and was spoken to in an ridiculous manner, before being left to stand outside two hours, waiting for us to arrive. These situations can happen, but the attitude and manner from this member of staff was completely out of order!

The apartment was near Moorfields train station,tesco express. 10 minute walk to mathew street and liverpool one The apartment was very clean and had an ample amount of tea ,coffee,milk and sugar. The apartment had everything needed for a self catering break,including a full size fridge and freezer,dishwasher,washing machine,microwave,kettle and toaster,iron,ironing board full size tv and wifi. The reception staff were very welcoming.

There was no bottle opener in the apartment ,but I managed to open with a front door key.

We had a 2 bedroom apartment. The lounge, dining, kitchen area was very spacious. The kitchen was well stocked. Although we didn't need to use it, the apartment also had a washing machine. We are from overseas but would definitely book again if we are ever back in Liverpool.

We stayed for 3 nights. Extra Toilet rolls would have been good. We had the shower over the bath with a Perspex movable screen and it was difficult to keep the floor dry. We didn't like the shower controls.

Great spacious split level apartment with balcony and fantastic views over Liverpool. Everything we needed for our 3 night stay, and very convenient parking. Great instructions for our out of hours check-in. Good quality sheets on beds.

It was a bit tatty in places, beds were comfortable but quite bouncy. A spare blanket alternative to the duvet would've helped. The upstairs bedrooms got very hot in the warm weather even with Aircon on all night. The TV remote didn't work very well so it took a very long time to watch a programme.

every member of staff were exceptionally friendly apartment was fantastic size, spotless clean, equipped with everything you could need (enough to cook Christmas dinner) comfy beds and even has a washing machine. I couldn’t fault this property in any way. We where hosting Christmas dinner for our family and staff provided an additional dining table and chairs without hesitation I honestly couldn’t rate this place enough. Can’t wait to book our next stay there

Lift was out of order 1 full day but was repaired as quickly as humanly possible but this couldn’t put me off returning

We brought our elderly parents from Hampshire for a family wedding at the Town Hall. The location was perfect - close to the town hall and also as a base to explore the city and waterfront. The apartment was everything we needed including a walk in shower for my disabled father. The staff were really friendly and helpful (excellent customer service prior to the stay when exra information was required regarding disabled access) , we were very impressed. The price of the apartment, the location, everything is great value for money.

Nothing. It met all of our requirements perfectly. To be super picky maybe parking could be complimentary.

The penthouse apartment was wonderful. View was incredible. Apartment spotless. Having 3 bathrooms was fantastic

A huge problem was the air con was not working and it was absolutely roasting, fans only help so much and we weren't allowed to open the balcony doors and there are no windows that open. Luckily I explained how claustrophobic I am to the receptionist and she allowed us keys to open the balcony doors, If she didn't do this, I couldn't have continued to stay there. Please get this fixed for future guests.
