The first thing I would like to say is that the staff were fabulous. You have recruited great staff who, when issues are reported to them, just make the effort to resolve them. A particular shout out to the breakfast staff, especially the male member of staff on the Saturday and Sunday who went above and beyond (sorry, I can't remember his name). The reception staff were also fabulous every single one of them!

OK, let's give you some constructive feedback and taking into account the fact that you have only been open for business for 9 weeks: 1) No information sheet in my room 2) No breakfast tea bags in the tea tray 3) No fresh milk, which I would expect in a 5* hotel (albeit that the bar staff made sure I had some every day) 4) No telephone in the room (I believe this was a maintenance issue) and the staff were most apologetic

The breakfast and room were great. Very friendly staff.

Wish I new that you had to book to use the pool. This wasn’t very clear and considering the amount I paid was slightly disheartened. Was looking forward to it for my boyfriends birthday treat.

We loved the decor and the absolutely amazing, polite, helpful and friendly staff everywhere in the hotel. The spa and the gym was great and the location was ideal to explore Liverpool. We would definitely stay here again in the future.

The room was quite hot and we would have liked to be able to open a window or at least adjust the AC to make it cooler. The spa whilst it was really nice overall, the salt room did not seem to work when we were there and the pool was quite cold. It would be lovely to see more vegan options available for breakfast and clear signs that indicate what is vegetarian/vegan so that the guest does not have to ask about every item separately.

Great location, stunning building interior was impeccable was like being on a cruise ship.

Nothing wrong with the property at all. My only issue was that I had told the staff before arriving that it was my partners 40th and had asked for a bottle of wine and strawberries (that they had previously sent to me via email to choose from at a cost) to be added to the room for when we arrived as a little surprise. There was nothing in the room when we got there and I had to call reception to sort it which made it not feel as a surprise anymore. I just expected more from this hotel in terms of trying to make his birthday special in some way.

Breakfast was excellent could not fault anything at all for quality and service

We paid 1500 pounds to stay and I think charging to use pool/sauna (30 pounds) and only available at this (reduced) rate if you use at breakfast or evening meal times! was the only thing that I and quite a few guests find a little greedy, we were told it was run by separate company but I find that hard to believe? This is a shame because I did use and it was fantastic but I was the only guest there ? If the cost was 10 pounds I think it would be used more as at the moment you’ve spent a fortune and it’s a white elephant

We didn't eat at the hotel Decor..staff.. ambiance...all fabulous

Drinks we expected to be expensive But 2 pints of lager..a wine..a gin and tonic...4 shots £86 The shots we had were £11.50 each( baby Guinness)...classed as 2 shots in one glass! Although the Baily's was a tiny amount on top..we complained when we received the bill but we're apologised to and lovely young lad explained about it being classed as 2 shots..another said just look at were you are .looking at palm trees in a lovely bar 😂 we took it on the chin ..though later talking in general conversation to another member of staff( not bar staff) we told them our tale and he returned to our room with a drink of our choice 😀 thank you Greg

The girl on reception was brilliant, I’m sure her name was Ulanda (sorry if that’s spelt wrong) helped us check in and showed us to the lift and pointed out the restaurant and bar etc on the way. Food at the hotel was excellent as well, as such were the cocktails. Room was a decent size and nice and clean.

No decaf tea in the hotel, even when we asked we was told you didn’t have any. My wife is pregnant so can’t have caffeine at the moment. Only enough for two cups of coffee in the room, for £170 a night a few more milks/coffees wouldn’t go a miss. Sat down for a drink in the bar, waited 15/20 minutes and didn’t get any service so went outside the hotel for drinks. 3 different waiters serving us in the restaurant and not one asked us if we’d like another drink. Also surrounded by tables that needed clearing.

The interior was beautiful! I’d wish we’d have stayed longer than 1 night so we could have made use of the pool/spa activities and the dining. The reception staff were lovely and made us feel so welcome, one of the ladies (I do apologise I didn’t catch her name) walked us too the lift and described the way to get to our room. Will definitely be staying here again!

Not that I didn’t like it, but possibly some lighting around the room number plaques! I’m not sure if it was because we arrived in the evening that the main lights were slightly dimmed, but we had to go right up to the room number plaques to see what way to walk. Apart from that everything was perfect.

Hotel was excellent, location was perfect and staff very friendly. Shame the spa/gym wasn't open yet to see them however, we knew that when booking as the hotel has only just opened. Would 100% come back to this hotel next time we stay in Liverpool.

A door stop for the bathroom door would be good or something to stop it closing so quickly. Only an issue in the night if you go to the toilet and forget to do it slowly as you might wake up your partner. Could have just been our room only however, this is literally the only feedback I can offer as everything else was great :-)

Building, setting and decor were excellent. Service was good, not overly attentive but nice. Nice touch of cookies, teas and coffees in the room. My room (150) seemed to be quiet and very well isolated from street noise.

Kitchen closes a bit early, considering how many people hang out at the Palm Tree bar. On two consecutive days some items of the menu were sold out. No dessert offerings. Ordered pasta, which was good, but no grated cheese of any kind available. Signs directing people to rooms when coming out of the only group of elevators would be helpful. Easy to go around and around a few times before finding your way to your room number. Details, but for the price it seems reasonable to point out.
