Paul and Laurie were excellent host, when we arrive our suit cases was taken to our rooms, the rooms was spotless clean and so comfy and welcoming, best night's sleep I have had in such a long time, in our room we had this roof window and I lay watching the stars and listening to the seagulls it was truly so relaxing. Huge shower with shampoo, conditioner and shower gel provided, lovely tea and coffee making in the room and the breakfast was out of this world! The cleanest fry I have ever seen and the Eggs Benidict was best I have had yet, we had no problem with parking as there is always somewhere to park, we have already plans to return 2025
The only bit I didn't like was going home, could or stayed for weeks

Bright, large, lovely decorated room with all nessecary items. Very generous on coffee and tea with added extra of tasty biscuits. Very clean and tidy. Quiet area as it was away from the main pier on sea front, free on road parking. Had a great night's sleep, very comfortable bed (as I suffer with hip/back pain). They offered breakfast but I didn't opt in (as I like a lie in) but breakfast room looked lovely. There was a separate room provided for guests to take hot food back. Lovely friendly helpful host's.
Nothing not to like. The property did what I wanted.

We had a wonderful time in Llandudno. The Grafton Guest House is excellent. The room is big and the bed is very comfortable. The breakfast is very well organised and well cooked. The service is fabulous. The staff there are extremely helpful and kind. They tried their best to fulfil our request even they don't need to. They gave suggestions for local attractions and helped with suitcases. We have 2 children staying and they felt welcomed and loved. It is a great experience and would like to recommend. There is co-op store 2min walking, a Chinese shop and a very nice Greek restaurant at the corner. Parking is busy at the front of the house but there were always space at the back of the street.

The house itself was beautiful, very clean and our room was lovely too.great views from our room, good size tv,plenty of storage, but most importantly the bed was very comfortable to sleep in,2 comfy chairs and foot rest to sit in and take in the views from our window was a nice touch too. Breakfast was very good too, but you have to pre select breakfast, which is not ideal for us really, because you never know how you feel in a morning to what you want to eat. But to be fair, we did change breakfast once, and it was no trouble to Paul to give us what we wanted. The host Paul & Laurie were brilliant from start to finish, and we wouldn't hesitate to stay there again and recommend the place to our friends to stay there,I'm sure we will be back some day.
It's not a case of didn't like, Only a few things could be made better in our opinion. Warm towel rail, bathroom extraction didn't seem to work, and the sink was on the small side. I had to get real close to the mirror to get over the sink when having a wash. A brighter light over the mirror for the women who like to put makeup on, but the only thing that let it down a little was the warmth of the room,Laurie did say that they are upgrading the radiators pretty soon and we did have a little oil heater too but that didn't do much for the room, maybe a blow heater would give out more heat? Overall, it didn't spoil our time there, and like I said we would definitely stay there again.

We absolutely loved The Grafton. The location is perfect for a lovely stroll along the beautiful prom. Paul and Laurie are so welcoming and friendly. My 10 year old loved Paul! The family room was large and comfortable, and we slept well . The bathroom was modern and stylish. The breakfast was one of the best I've had, and I was catered for so well as gluten free and didn't feel to be a hindrance. It was so easy to park outside at no cost! I cant recommend this guest house enough and we will most certainly be back x

We had a lovely stay at Grafton. I never give 10 because perfection is not of our world, but would certainly give a 9.5. Paul and Laurie welcomed us warmly despite our late arrival. This B&B is 100% family managed by Paul and Laurie and totally correspond to our expectations regarding the traditional B&B. Our room was the family room at the back of the hotel. If you give importance to a view, don't choose this room. If you are more neutral, as us, on having a view, then you will enjoy it, with two seperate bedrooms, so ideally for a family with 1 or 2 children. The well of light in the parents room brings a lot of light in the room, which was very much appreciated. Room was quiet (except of course the seagulls), comfortable with the necessary equipment. Breakfast prepared by Laurie was delicious, with a lot of variety regarding eggs preparation (excellent eggs royal). Also good diversity in cereals, jams, juices. In the beggining, we were a little bit frozen by the timetable of breakfast (first service at 8AM and second at 9AM, chosen for us by Paul and Laurie, but with alternance between first service and second service to provide equallity to all guests), but we eventually found out it to be a good solution to avoid all customers having their breakfast at the same moment, and knowing also that they are only 2 to manage it. So we adapted ourselves to it. Paul gave a lot of information, recommandations and things to do in Llundadno, but also in North Wales in general, which was extremely appreciated. Don't hesite to ask him advice, directions, as he is a native and knows a lot of its region (geographically and historically). Every morning he gave me a small note with things to do and to visit based on our discussions. That is what I mostly appreciate when booking a B&B, these warm and nice interactions with hosts giving you advice whereby you can finetune your planning in order to enjoy a maximum of your stay. We definitively recommend!

Run by friendly couple, nothing too much trouble. Had txt message on the morning of arrival asking what time we would get there and the room was ready even though we were early. Loved the fact that you could choose the ingredients of your breakfast not just full English so you could mix it up each day. Room was good size and very clean. Wine glasses in the room was a nice touch, not licenced but happy for you to bring your own alcohol back. Location was a good walk into town but made it lovely and peaceful.
My only criticism would be that the towels were not changed.

Paul and Laurie were extremely welcoming and helpful on arrival and throughout our stay. Breakfast was A* really well cooked hot breakfast very nice, good selection of other cold items for our daughter. Fluffy clean towels, a good lot of space on the bedrooms and storage. Lovely large shower, hot water. Beautiful views Shared room was very well laid out
Slightly further from the centre than we realised (with a 5 year old it’s a bit of a slow 1 mile walk to the centre) but the walk is beautiful across the coast and the views are beautiful. No window view at the back but this is to be expected.

Our hosts were very friendly, helpful, and professional. The property was very clean and well maintained. Bedrooms were well equipped and very comfortable. There was a great choice of breakfasts. The cooked breakfasts were freshly cooked, and were very tasty. We would highly recommend Grafton Guest House and it's hosts, Laurie and Paul, to anyone looking for accommodation In Llandudno. We would definitely stay again.
Nothing.

Laurie and Paul are complete professionals with a warm and welcoming demeanor. They were fantastic hosts nothing was any trouble for them. The room was more than what we expected impeccably clean and well maintained. The location is wonderful as you get fantastic views and you are away from all the excess noise making it a lovely and relaxing spot. Breakfast was very well organised with a selection of cereal and pastries ready on your table the cooking is absolutely fantastic using top quality locally sourced ingredients, Laurie and paul can tell you exactly where everything is from and we love that. Kind regards Mr and Mrs Lovatt
Having to come home needed a longer stay.
