We had a lovely room 108 with the stairs coming down to the bathroom, very unique and fun! The room was nice and clean, very warm! There was tea and coffee in the room, and the breakfast was amazing! Not just a generic buffet but a proper breakfast! Coming from a different country I was stoked to have experienced some traditional food for breakfast at the hotel. Everyone was very nice to us, and I loved that the house has a history to it. WiFi was good and fast 😀 I was looking forward to having a bath, and if you're like me, please note that not all rooms have them, and booking doesn't recognise it. Luckily, we got help immediately 😁
The room that we ended up staying was on top of the kitchen, and I got spooked that the floor started vibrating because of the kitchen fans 🤣 they turn off at night though! Some (like my companion) might say that the temperature in the rooms is too hot, again, I loved it warm, but some might not. The junction where the hotel is located is quite busy so opening your windows at night might disrupt your sleep. There was only instant coffee for breakfast; maybe there was a coffee machine somewhere for proper coffee or we should've asked but we didn't.

The hotel is easy to find and to get to, with plenty of parking. We found it well located for our needs - walking distance to Llandudno town, and with easy access to the main road to go further afield. Lovely staff, room very clean and had everything we needed. The food was good and the breakfast was very generous.
Some aspects of the decor could do with touching up - just little things like the wardrobe door was missing a handle and the paint on one of the walls was disintegrating. Relatively minor, and didn't detract from our overall stay.

We have stayed here before because it’s close to the theatre & has ample parking which is always a bonus in Llandudno. Andy & Shirley are excellent hosts & nothing is ever too much trouble for them. The food here is always good value & excellent quality. The rooms were lovely and spotlessly clean. Highly recommended and we will definitely stay again! The theatre is also worth a visit if you are staying in Llandudno!
There is nothing not to like here! The bedroom windows have been secondary double glazed since our last visit which cuts the road noise out!

Convenient for the Theatre. Breakfast was nice but didn't offer extra tea,/coffee. More than one egg and one piece of toast would have been welcomed. Staff were friendly. Value for money.
Room was stifling hot. Pillows very uncomfortable. We had a roast dinner in the restaurant which was the worst I'd ever had. The beef was very fatty, carrots were mush and the roasties rock hard (inedible). Unfortunately it had clearly been warmed up In the microwave but parts where still cold. I left most of it but no one asked why ? Sticky toffee pudding was tasteless.

The building is beautiful, and our room (twin) was an excellent size. The shower room was something I would like to have in my home. The location is just far enough away from the town centre, which made it exceptionally quiet. Very little seagull noise. We dined in the restaurant on the first evening and the food was very good and the service speedy polite and friendly. There is a good choice of breakfast foods and we enjoyed our breakfasts a great deal. All the staff were friendly and helpful and could not fault the service in any way.
Having to take our luggage up 2 floors. Happily, a member of staff willingly helped. Very pleasant young man who was also working the bar. I failed to inform the hotel that I have COPD and the room.was on the second floor, which was challenging. A lift would have been really useful. The most important thing for me was that the bed was not comfortable, so I didn't sleep well. I could feel springs. It was very hard. I did mention but didn't stress the point) on check out because overall, my granddaughter and I had a thoroughly enjoyable short stay.

Good convenient location, warm greeting on arrival with offer of help with luggage. Very friendly helpful staff. Breakfast - good selection, hot breakfast cooked to order, served hot Evening meal - good selection with good value for money, served hot, check by staff to ensure we were satisfied with meal. Excellent walk-in shower as requested on booking with easy to control temperature Had some reservations when making initial booking re : traffic noise, noise as it was a pub hotel, but no noise from either traffic or other guests/ pub patrons
If anything slightly too hot, and unable to open windows

Nice accommodation above a pub with a good restaurant. The food was very good quality, good choice and reasonably priced. Room was comfortable, a bit warm, but window kept open and a fan provided. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. Everything very clean. Large easy to access carpark.
Only the bedroom being too warm as mentioned but measures were taken to cool it down. Some traffic noise as a result of being on a busy junction with the window open. Internet connection not great.
