The atmosphere, the decor, the service, the location - all were exceptional. A glass of champagne on arrival, with a tray of olives and other treats. The room was perfectly appointed. It was my partner's birthday and I had ordered special treats for the room which were presented with style and were very high quality. The breakfast was sumptuous delight with every attention to detail. The pastries were perfectly flakey, the tea and coffee were very flavorful in all the right ways and served in beautiful chinaware. The staff attended to our every request with speed and grace, even to the point of singing happy birthday to my sweetie. We are definitely going to go back. It's a truly magical place.

A fabulous location just around the corner from Victoria underground station, making all your trips around the capital easy and reasonably cheap, the hotel itself, is based on the 5th floor of the building with a nice foyer and quiet a grand entrance. The hotel is beautiful, with a luxurious Gentleman's club feeling about it, and the rooms are immaculate, the housekeepers really know their stuff and are a credit to the hotel, Comfy beds, all the usual suspects for quenching your thirst, nice quality grooming products in the bathrooms and a turndown service that included a hot water bottle on a very chilly night was lovely surprise. The real jewel in Hotel 41's crown is the staff, very professional, friendly, efficient and always ready to chat and attend to any need you may have, the hotel group really got it right when the recruited the team they have, On that note, I must mention the kitchen team, the food is fabulous, and the "plunder the pantry" is a brilliant idea with sweets treats and something warm and welcoming for you to enjoy. This is the first hotel I've checked in to and felt like a returning friend right from the start.

There were a couple of little snags, but after a really friendly chat with Adele they were swiftly rectified, The £15 daily surcharge was a bit of surprise, and as the reception area is quiet public, as it's sited in the lounge which is the heart of the hotel, any guest not really wanting to pay this would feel a tad embarrassed to decline, but to be very fair the service is outstanding. In all honesty it's quiet difficult to find a negative, if I were the owner I'd be incredibly proud of the experience my team have created.

Everything is amazing! One of tbe highest point: all the staff is kind, friendly, polite and always smiling. Eder was out host many times during our stay and he is utterly oustanding. Pedro is also a fantastic host and helped us many times: very profissional, polite, elegant and helpful. They turned out stay into a marvellous experience. There is a executive lounge where we can have snacks, ice cream , lindt's chocolates, candies all for free and during all tbe day long. From 5pm to 7pm they have special canapes and from 8pm to 1am many deliciious dishes to have dinner: all included! I highly recommend this hotel.

Everything- the hotel was spotless, lovely and charming. The staff were amazing. They all worked to make my stay there wonderful -from the reception staff at the front door who made me feel welcomed every time I saw them; the housekeeping staff who worked so to keep the hotel spotless; and the lounge staff who made every request or interaction with them the most important thing they could be doing at that moment. I loved staying there where discrete warm service is the norm. I highly recommend the hotel.

there are not enough superlatives to describe our five night stay at 41. Exceeded expectations falls short of our experience. The facilities were beautiful, the location is second to none and the staff is perfection. Each person was gracious and kind. We were made to feel so at home and well cared for. When we booked our stay we didn't realize what a treat it would be. We've stayed at many lovely hotels, but 41 will always be THE one.

I still have to figure out some of the charges. For someone used to bigger living spaces, it may well feel a bit cramped. But for central London, it is all pretty normal. It is in fact part of The Ruben Hotel next door, with secret passage-ways and all. Never sure about tipping culture or tipping expectations, which is difficult if you never carry cash.

Our second stay because the attention to detail is excellent. We loved the extra touches in the room on the first evening previously, and this time around, it made you feel a little special. Little treats were classical music and a hot water bottle, candles, and a couple of macaroons. Staff are just marvellous. Thank you all so much.

This time, we booked two nights as it was so fantastic on our first stay. However, I personally was disappointed with the lack of detail on the second night. No, special treats nothing :-( was so disappointing I was so looking forward to coming back to the hotel in the evening. Matterss needs replacing. You kept sliding off the side of the bed when sitting on it to put your shoes on. I presume that's what everyone does, hence the slope, hence why it now needs replacing. Still love this hotel, home from home. Don't let things slide!

We have stayed multi times now at Hotel 41 and the hotel and staff never fail to disappoint! the facilities are second to none, and are always impeccably clean and of the highest quality. The staff at Hotel 41 are the most attentive, friendly and helpful staff we have ever come across. From all the cleaning staff; to the front of house, they are extremely friendly and welcoming; remembering guests names and details. They made our stay at the hotel for Valentines the best and most memorable we have ever had. We will certainly visit again; and will recommend the hotel to everyone we come across looking for a world class stay in London.

The staff is professional, very helpful and friendly. Everybody, the cleaning staff, doormen, and receptionist are extremely kind. The hotel is very intimate and relaxing.

Our room was cute but very small, I understood all the rooms have different styles so I am sure there are some very nice ones. However we had to keep pretty much all our clothes in the suitcases during our stay because there wasn't any space left in the tiny closet after we put the coats. To maximise the space, we kept the luggage by the tv stand, covering the minibar.
