Wonderful location and absolutely beautiful surroundings. Such comfort- the rooms were beautiful, we slept really well, and the hosts were friendly and very helpful. Comfortable sitting room. This was perfect for us as we had flown from Australia to stay for a week, it was like a beautiful home from home, only better and in Mayfair, close to Green Park, Buckingham Palace, and all public transport.

We should have planned better-flights from Sydney via anywhere generally get in in the early morning, and there is no access to leave bags until 10am on a Saturday. This was overcome by our having breakfast in a friendly local cafe, but there may be other alternatives, that was poor planning on our part.

The accommodation is incredibly stylishly furnished. It is very cosy and even though some people have written here that the flat is ‘worn out’, I immediately disagree. The flat is used and you can see that in corners such as the door handles in the kitchen or corners of cupboards due to use. But that doesn't matter, does it? It's clean and tidy. Everything you need is there. There is a small electric fireplace which creates a wonderful atmosphere, especially in the evening. The bed is incredibly comfortable. Despite the fact that I have hip problems, I was able to sleep wonderfully and peacefully there. It is pleasantly warm in the flat, even when it gets colder at night. The hosts are incredibly friendly and kind. As we arrived very late, they even did some grocery shopping for us. I felt completely at home and can highly recommend the flat!

Spacious light filled and beautifully furnished apartment (ours was the Club 1BR) with a full length balcony. Super comfortable lounge complete with gas fire place and separate dining area. The kitchen is well equipped including a washing machine. Perfect location close to Green Park station surrounded by restaurants and cafes and supermarkets. In good weather (we had a beautiful 4 days) a lovely walk into the main attractions. Friendly, kind and accommodating hosts and housekeeper. We were put an an earlier train due to the Heathrow shutdown and they went out of their way to ensure our apartment was ready when we checked in an hour earlier that planned.

This was the first stop on a 6 week Europe holiday and what a wonderful way to begin our holiday. We absolutely loved our apartment & our time staying here! We had enough space for our family of 3. The apartment felt 'homely', warm and comforting. The location was incredible and we were able to walk to most things or get a very short uber ride (or tube ride).

The shower was a bit tricky to get into as you had to step up over the bath ledge which was quite high. This was fine for us, but could be something to consider asking about if you have any mobility issues.

Everything was great, the apartment was extremely large, and the staff were so friendly with us and our duaghter. Apartment Locations is fantastic, you can reach most of the famous places in 10 minutes, like Piccadilly, oxford, Hyde Park and new bond street. Cleaning every two or three days, which is more than enough, and you can ask if you need any towels or anything anytime. It's looks like a family house, and they treat you like you are one of them, not a customer.

I was actually planning to give the hotel 9 of 10 because the elevator was not working on the last five days of my stay because I was on the fourth floor, but because of the young lady (sorry I forget her name, she was on recipient when I checked out today) I will diffenatilly give them 100 if I can. She insist to help me to carry 8 big luggages (32 kg) each from the fourth floor using the stairs, she took 4 and I took the rest (I'm sorry and I hope you didn't hurt) thanks again and I'm sorry I forgot your name

The apartment was really big, clean and comfortable. Compared to hotels in the same area it's a bargain. We will definitely be returning, but next time with the kids, it's a great jumping off space. There is a good lift to all floors (not a scary one 😂). The bed was amazing! There was an air conditioning unit in the room which worked amazingly on a very warm July night. The concierge was really helpful and let us check in an hour early (we were at a wedding, so this really helped with our times), the concierge is between 10am and 6pm on weekends. It's in a great location!

The car parking was slightly difficult- it's a reverse down a thin back lane to an underground car park, the car was also locked in between 6 and 10am, which meant we couldn't leave as early as we would have liked.

From the moment we booked we received fabulous service. Late self check in was organised as our flight arrived after reception hours. Our apartment was beautifully appointed, stylish and so comfortable. There were even Christmas decorations to mark the season. The staff were so friendly and helpful. The area immediately around had a host of options for dining and a quick drink. The apartment was so close to our favourite shops including Fortnum & Masons and Hatchard’s; and Buckingham Palace was just a 10 minute walk away. We look forward to a return visit soon.

The flat is huge (for central London), beautifully decorated, very comfortable, extremely well equipped (including Nespresso machine) and very clean. High ceilings, lovely art work and seriously plush sofas add to the luxury feel. Very good wifi. The location in the heart of Mayfair is excellent, with local shops, restaurants and bars. Many sights are within walking distance, including the West End. Green Park tube is only a 5 minute walk, and buses even closer.

The bathroom is large but a little dated and could do with an upgrade and a separate shower instead of an over-the-bath one. The flat is very quiet, except there was loud music one night until 4.00am from one the other flats. We spoke to the host the next morning and it didn't happen again. Although the wifi is very good, there are no streaming services on the TV - Netflix or similar would be good.

The property is centrally located in London and at same time, located in a quiet area. Wonderful staff. Full furnished 1 bedroom apartment with all the necessities for your stay. Spacious and nicely decorated. Comfortable king bed. Two good coffee shops close by and several excellent pubs and restaurants within a couple of blocks. Plenty of transportation options nearby. Walking distance to several tourist attractions. Bus, train and taxis readily available.

This is one of the best properties we’ve stayed in. There’s nothing to dislike. You might make a different selection if you wanted to closer to Piccadilly Circus, Chinatown, or the West End Theaters but we were happier in Mayfair.

The apartment was spacious, quiet, well decorated with a huge and comfy bed. Lots of lovely and thoughtful amenities were included in the kitchen and bathroom. The location is fantastic for exploring London - Mayfair is beautiful with cool Shepherd's Market right on the doorstep; and the rest of London, east and west is easily accessible by tube. Lots of great cafés, bars and eateries within walking distance. Staying at 9 Hertford St presents considerably better value than staying in most central London hotels - room to spread out, self cater, be close to everything, and be able to rest and relax.

The fittings and fixtures in the rooms are a little bit dated but fully functional. There was also minimal lighting throughout the living room and bedroom. Very limited "in room" information is provided regarding whether there will be any cleaning or servicing during your stay and also there were no instructions on how to use appliances like the washing machine. All of these things were very minor and would not stop us highly recommending 9 Hertford St as an excellent place to stay.
