Staff are incredibly friendly and helpful. The location is perfect and close to green park station.

I booked breakfast included in the room however only found out when I arrived this was continental and not everything was included. As a restful I ended up paying quite a lot for breakfast over the 2 mornings. This should be made clearer on the booking website. Small additions could also be added to the room for 5 star comfort such as water and conditioner

Great location, good rooms which were very modern and clean, pleasant staff, and an amazing Michelin starred restaurant in the basement (Ormer Mayfair).

Lack of transparency with the breakfast pricing. If you pay for breakfast through booking.com then you are only allowed the continental buffet and will have to pay additional charges for a cooked breakfast.

The staff was eager to help. The room I have was not very large but it was tastefully decorated and had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The restaurant was good and they had a room next to the lobby which you could have tea or a drink. The location was perfect and a close walk to restaurants, bars, and shopping. The underground was a block away with easy access to the whole city.

The tub/shower has a temperature limit which is lukewarm. It warm enough for comfortable shower but if you like it hot you will not be happy. We ask a couple times and the response is that is how it is set up. The sink has scalding water.

It is in a very good location and close to Green Park and ideal for a meeting in Mayfair the following day. The room was large and spacious and the bed was comfortable. Breakfast was good and welcome and the staff were super helpful. I was also able to work from the downstairs room before heading off and it was a good space.

Having paid considerably, even for Mayfair, I thought that the bathroom was not the greatest and could have been looked after better. The key cards were intermittent for getting into the room, and it was a shame that there were paid items which I had assumed would be included on the breakfast menu.

The location was fabulous, our room was amazing. We felt we were a million miles from central London, very quiet and relaxing stay. Staff on arrival very courteous and helpful.

No lactose free options at breakfast re butters/spread. Very disorganised on the Saturday morning at breakfast, but Sunday was faultless. Staff using the guest lift from reception to access floors, should use the lift away from reception or the stairs.

The whole experience was very enjoyable and your staff were friendly and helpful. I am looking forward to staying with you again when I next visit London. I particularly like your bar. The atmosphere was excellent as were the service and espresso martinis...

My only comment, being a bit fussy, (it's not worthy of being called a complaint) is the fact you don't provide proper soap in the bathrooms and rely on liquid soap dispensers. I do understand it cuts waste however it cheapens the whole deal. No matter what "luxury" branding you use it gives the bathrooms the feel of a Travel Lodge/budget hotel...

Dream stay! Total luxury What a dream stay, the attention to detail and care, especially with my requests, made my time at Flemings feel like home. Everyone was amazing even prior to arrival up to the last second. Loved Manetta bar and their signature cocktails! Will be my new secret spot once I move to London. The culinary heaven experience in Ormer was the perfect way to spend my last night there, it is a MUST. Lorenzo & Marco add to the amazing tasting menu experience with their impeccable service and treatment. Do not miss the cheese table, it is a journey on its own! I can only send praises all around. Concierge team Andrew & Karolis attend to all your needs with the utmost care and attention. So lovely ! Perfect location, 7 minute walk to Buckingham Palace through gorgeous St James Park, restaurants and everything you need literally around the corner in Sheperd Market. Highly recommend the transfer/car service booked by hotel as well, but also very easy to arrange a Black cab immediately with concierge. Stayed in a deluxe double room, perfect size and spotless. Extraordinary boutique hotel with the feeling of home & private luxury haven.

IF I have to point out just one area that could improve that was not up to the excellence that irradiates everywhere else ,would be the breakfast, not bad but not at all same level of standard as the rest.

My room rate included breakfast . When we went for breakfast we were told it was the continental breakfast which some of we can’t eat so I asked for cooked breakfast which was cheaper I think you should have a choice of both if you have paid for breakfast in room rate

Location is the best. Green Park is 50m away from Flamings entrance. Old Bond Street with all premium brands is nearby and 10min walk is Piccadilly Circus. Rooms are well designed and you basically need all you have.

Breakfast was disappointing. You have only few meals to choose from. Breakfast was included in our booking but still we needed to pay for scrambled eggs 16 pounds. So save yourself money for breakfast at Flemings, you have Pret 50m away.
