I booked aroom with private bathroom but the toilet was outside the room.. but when I asked to change the room the staff helped The room size is a bit small Wifi is free but sometimes not available

The price was outstanding. I was there overnight so really only needed a bed. I was expecting the worst for the price, but the room was perfectly fine. It was a single and small, but a ten minute walk from Victoria Coach Station. Pubs and shops are a short walk away, and there were several power sockets, including USB and USB-C outlets, all of which were put to full use for the electronics needed for a 2025 night away from home. (It's depressing that I even have to write that last sentence.)

Small bathroom. I had to remove the coat hangers so I didn't hit my head when going from bathroom to bedroom. In Central London, though, for the price, who's complaining? There was a slight panic when I arrived (late in the evening) and the door was locked, but a quick phone call let me know the reception was in The Sheriff Hotel next door. Room was warm, the TV worked and the bed was comfortable. I've stayed in MUCH worse places for much more money. Considering London is often cripplingly expensive, The Grapevine was perfectly adequate for my needs.

The hotel was centrally located, a few minutes walk from Victoria Coach and Railway Stations and all of the other amenities. Although the room was small, it was clean, the bed was very comfortable and I had an ensuite bathroom with a shower. There was also a kettle with complimentary sachets of coffee and milk.

The key I was given at reception to gain access to the Grapevine Hotel building appeared to be badly cut as I had a lot of difficulty turning the lock to open the exterior door. I reported this to the staff member on duty when I checked out. There was no real storage space for my clothes due to the small size of the room.

I was really worried about staying here based on the reviews, but I am so glad I did. The value and location can't be beat. The room was quite small, but what do you expect for central London? We were there for sleeping and showering, and the location right by Victoria station was perfect. Lots to see, do and eat right in the general area. The bathroom was updated and the shower was quite warm. The wifi worked quite well.

It is a small room. We were on the first floor and the window opened directly onto the street, so smoke from people outside would go into our room unfortunately.

The location is exceptional.Very close to Westminster Cathedral,walking distance to Buckingham Palace. But most importantly,its a quiet,cosy Hotel with very friendly staff. It got a family like feeling to it and information is given freely. A definate return will follow and also a recommondation to other friends. Good price for the value you get. Hot shower,good bed. What more can one ask for??? Many thanks....a grateful customer.

Great location, clean and warm, perfect for a short stay in London. I am one of those people who is always cold and most of the hotels I stayed at in London were freezing. I stayed at the Grapevine twice during the cold weather and both times the rooms were warm and cosy. This time my room had a working heater and even a portable one.

The room was basic but clean.Bed was comfy.Tv worked and also the shower was hot enough and the water ran away ok.The distance to Victoria station was in walking distance.At my stay there was obviously work being done on certain rooms with refurbishment and a new hall carpet had been laid recently.

The single room was a little small,no coat hooks.

The location was alright and it was cheaper than other stays. I had a bed and a private bathroom, and for a couple of nights it was alright.

The floor was a bit dirty and I noticed some mold in the bathroom. The fire door in front of the room wasn't very ergonomic, but maybe that's just a British thing.

The staff was really attentive. Great value for a short stay. Free wifi. Don't offer breakfast as of July 2024. Also part of Sheriff hotel management. Was pleasant for 4 people in one room though it maybe be slightly stuffy for some. There was also a fan which was a surprise for London. Overall really recommend especially if you're near pimlico or Victoria coach station.

Everything was perfect. You can find everything what you need next the hotel. Location is amazing. Very quiet street. The room was clean. Staff is so friendly. Thank yo so much. İf i come back to London, exactly i will stay here! ❤️🤍💙
