Great location, being a few minutes walk from Ealing Common Tube and shops (especially supermarket and coffee), and 5-10 minutes walk from Ealing Broadway, which also has the Elizabeth Line if coming here from Heathrow. The room was not overly large but was clean and fresh and had everything that is needed, including a comfortable bed and good natural light. And it wasn't noisy. A great range of items available for breakfast and I liked being able to get the type of tea you want freshly made for you. The staff were friendly but professional, and most came across as genuinely friendly, not just saying the right phrases with a bored look in their eyes. I enjoyed my stay more than expected and would definitely stay here again.

Location was easy to find from the train station. Staff were super friendly! We received a complimentary cookie which is always appreciated. Great sense of humour and welcoming attitude. The room had a safe to store valuables and a working fridge (free of charge) The bed was really comfortable and the shower was easy to use and in good working order. Very small room considering I paid approximately £160. It did the job! Bar didn't close till 11pm so I was most grateful for a couple of glasses of pineapple juice before bed (haha). Breakfast was tasty! Nice selection of choice including full English, pancakes, muffins and cereal so should more or less cover what you want. The best part before leaving was trying to purchase a Starbucks (hotel in partnership with them) The nice lady said it goes with your breakfast. Touch!

Just one thing, the size of the room. Could have done with more space when getting ready for a night out.

Absolutely gorgeous hotel! Exceeded all our expectations and we loved every minute of our stay. So clean, an amazing breakfast with great choice and perfectly situated near the underground, being just 2 minutes walk around the corner. The staff were so friendly and special mention to Alicia from housekeeping, who couldn't do enough for us and even recommended some of her favourite activities to do around London! We will certainly be back!

Comfortable, well sized and quiet double room on 5th floor, very clean, with good soundproofing. Very good mattress and more importantly, unlike some hotels, bed was long enough (I'm 1.93m). Lovely and helpful staff around the clock. Great location adjacent to tube station and bus services, and across from a park. Walking distance to Ealing Broadway was a bonus.

The room was advertised as a queen, but the bed was definitely a double and the room size was very small. Bathroom was also very small and was a tight squeeze closing the door whilst stood inside.

Impeccably clean! The cookie welcome treat was a lovely little touch. The coffee machine in the room was too! The bed was so comfy!

Every time we had to do something at reception there was a queue. We waited over 30 mins to check in, despite there being 3 people on the desk, the queue was out of the front door! We also need to question parking fees and that also took at least 15 minutes to sort. Not sure if it was the computer that was slow or the systems/ staff need to be more efficient but it was so frustrating.

Each and every staff member was friendly, welcoming and keen to help. The location and parking cost were very good.

Shower and sink had problems. Air con was wholly ineffective even at full power. Breakfast food was quite dried out and the vegetarian 'sausages' were not sausages but fried vegetable patty things. Buying a decent brand of frozen vegan sausages like Richmond would mean our breakfast would have been more enjoyable.

The hotel is in a nice and quiet residential area. Tube station is very close .Breakfast was good, although the service area could be increased to reduce crowding. The staff in the restaurant at breakfast time was very efficient and pleasant.

Rooms are quite compact. With two people staying , there is not enough room to move around. There is hardly any room to put your suitcases.

Breakfast was good but could have done with some fresh orange juice. Friendliness of staff. Location. Good information.

We were told by booking.com that the tickets were reduced in price by £140 but when we went to pay for the tickets there was no reduction. There was no confirmation email sent of the tickets and their prices. We were just told we would pay on arriving and assumed they would be the price quoted. This was not the case. We hope the matter will be looked into and a matter of refund received. The problem seems to be the booking.com website was showing prices for tickets bought much more in advance but we’re still being advertised with the reduced price but we’re charged with the full price.

Friendly staff, good location for Wembley Stadium events, compact, very clean, well equipped room with good parking facilities for an extra £14.50 & liked the kind gesture of a free warm welcome cookie!!

Bathroom was really quite small & compact- luckily we are not big people, I think taller, larger people may have found it a little uncomfortable! Breakfast was OK, a good selection but I would expect slightly higher standards for paying £310 per night. The restaurant staff were very friendly, but just seemed a little unorganised- we had to ask twice for our tea & coffee, had to ask for more plates, bacon, bread, glasses & sauce on the buffet; also we were not offered the option of a fresh poached or fried egg which was a shame.
