Staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was small but it was pretty decent, what i liked was that i had quite heavy luggage so they gave me the room on the ground floor, that was very considerate of them, plus they helped me with carrying the luggage also i was given 3 hours extra for check out as my flight was for 10:00pm. & it was just a 7mins straight walk from Acton Main Station. Over all my experience was good, would definitely recommend this place.

The 11:00am check out. I think it should be 2:00pm.. would be great if they revisit their policy.

Very friendly and welcoming staff, clean room, and just what I needed as somewhere to sleep for a work trip.

There is smallprint stating you need to pay £10 if you are going to arrive after 11pm which is a little misleading when they have a 24 hour front desk. I also panicked somewhat when I received check-in instructions stating I needed to pay a £100 damage deposit in cash upon arrival (I do not have this kind of cash to spare, hence booking a budget hotel!). However, this was thankfully not asked for.

Great vibe, very relaxed and friendly. Central, right beside the tube & lots of restaurants / bars / shops nearby. The hostel has a restaurant / bar and the staff are very helpful. The curtains around the bunk beds meant you could choose to sleep or have your bunk light on. Chargers provided for each bunk so very convenient and user friendly.

When you’re sharing a room it’s going to be slightly cramped and noisy, especially with the cheap price Very good value. Nothing to dislike if you’re on a budget

Got upgraded to a double room which was nice :) Very clean rooms. Owners gave me the room at the top floor as per request for a quiet place for exams. Quiet street for sleep which was what made me pick this place over more hot spot locations in London. Good location for lots of takeout options which are open late & nearby grocery supermarket.

More difficult to get to than it seems by public transport - the time changes drastically if you miss the right train if you are taking Elizabeth line as a lot of them don't stop at Acton Main line. Read a previous review that the fridge makes noise which I didn't notice at first and only realised later - this wasn't a problem for me but maybe because I am used to background noise in my home anyway.

The staff was super kind. Everyone was approachable and ready to help, even going above and beyond. The lady at the front desk (I don't remember her name) was happy to help even at 2:00 am. I felt at home, thank you, everyone!

The location is not the best if you want to visit London, I would probably suggest a place in East instead, because it is better linked. Overall, the property is very old and the shower had some issue with hot water.

Great location, near to stations, buses, shops, pubs, good area to be. Staff very friendly, always have a smile, happy to help with any questions you may have. Room was clean and tidy, on the very small side but fine for solo traveller. Bathroom clean too. 24 hour reception. Bed was clean and very comfy, with the nice big window next to it looking onto street.

Very warm in building/my room even when turned radiators off, had a window that helped but allowed noise from road in, small fan provided also which helped. TV remote not working consistently.

It was very good value. It felt safe with a reception desk. it was clean, comfortable, quiet, TV, tea and coffee, en-suite shower room - it had everything I needed for a short stay while i worked. Free on road parking over night. Supermarkets very close. Obviously don’t expect pure luxury, it’s not modern or new, and I had a single room which I already knew was very small, but it is everything I had hoped for the price.

There was no problem with the very early check-out at 3AM which was very quick, without any additional charges. The staff was amazing - they were really open and asked each time how they can help us. The room was cleaned each time very well, but before 11AM - they even arranged all our things, like books and notebooks, they even folded a sleeping bag - which was a bit weird but at the end really nice. Great location close to Elizabeth line which has direct service to ExCeL London.

Only door handle was falling away from time to time, except that, everything was perfect.

Personnel super friendly and helpful. I was there to collect my mother who was arriving at LHR. The first room was on an upper floor and that would have been difficult. The hotel manager changed us to a 1st floor room. Was very clean and very nicely done up. Big television, nice lighting, great shower. Coffee and tea and refrigerator in the room. Location excellent. Very close to tube station and to many restaurants. Many thanks to everyone on the staff.

Everything was great.

Staff was very friendly and offered us a free upgrade, which was much appreciated considering the first room was really small. Hotel is a 5 min walk to Elizabeth Line so it's really easy to get to Central London.

The room we initially got was very small and not so clean, with mould on the top corner of the room (second room was much better though).
