We were pleasantly surprised with this place. It was very close to a train station, the street had a range of supermarkets along the way and the room had everything that we needed. We arrived late but felt safe walking to the hotel. Check in and check out were quick and easy. We had no problem with any street noise and found the beds comfy. Eventhough we were initially concerned about not staying in central London, the location turned out to be better than expected in terms to connections with city centre. We would certainly use this place again.

The bathroom could benefit from an upgrade but honestly I am just trying to come up with something to answer this question. It is a good place to stay.

Staff were very friendly & helpful. The room was small but it was pretty decent, what i liked was that i had quite heavy luggage so they gave me the room on the ground floor, that was very considerate of them, plus they helped me with carrying the luggage also i was given 3 hours extra for check out as my flight was for 10:00pm. & it was just a 7mins straight walk from Acton Main Station. Over all my experience was good, would definitely recommend this place.

The 11:00am check out. I think it should be 2:00pm.. would be great if they revisit their policy.

Hotel was good value for money overall, simple, clean and organized with friendly staff. It is a 5 minutes walk from Elizabeth Line station with local markets and cafes around. Parking in the hotel is chargable between 2PM until 11AM according to a booking message, but parking in the street is easy and free on the weekends or overnight on week days.

The carpet on the bedroom was poorly fitted on the corners and you could see the boards, also bathroom fixes with black silicone. These are cheap and easy fix to keep the hotel running with low cost. No problem overall with both items, but it doesn't look good for the guest (it didn't affect my stay).

I really can't say anything bad about this place! Staff were very friendly and helpful. The guest house is located at a few minutes' walk from the Elisabeth Line which takes you directly into central London. Shops and restaurants nearby. Room was small but clean and warm, and had everything that was needed. Great value for money. Will definitely be back, and won't hesitate to recommend this guest house to family and friends wanting to visit London.

The staff were really friendly and helpful, they let us know the best way to get to our concert that we were staying in London for. The reception is also 24 hours so no problems with getting back to your room late. Great that check in was from 2pm too.

You do have to give £100 deposit in cash or pre approved on credit card on arriving, I understand why but it does feel like a lot of money. However on checking out our room was just given a quick check and we were given our cash straight back.

There is smallprint stating you need to pay £10 if you are going to arrive after 11pm which is a little misleading when they have a 24 hour front desk. I also panicked somewhat when I received check-in instructions stating I needed to pay a £100 damage deposit in cash upon arrival (I do not have this kind of cash to spare, hence booking a budget hotel!). However, this was thankfully not asked for.

Very convenient. Five minutes from the Elizabeth line. Spotless. Excellent shower. Great value for money. Staff very helpful and attentive. I would definitely book it again.

Nothing really. It's not really plush or swish but if you want a clean, convenient place within easy reach of London town, this is a great option.

Great vibe, very relaxed and friendly. Central, right beside the tube & lots of restaurants / bars / shops nearby. The hostel has a restaurant / bar and the staff are very helpful. The curtains around the bunk beds meant you could choose to sleep or have your bunk light on. Chargers provided for each bunk so very convenient and user friendly.

When you’re sharing a room it’s going to be slightly cramped and noisy, especially with the cheap price Very good value. Nothing to dislike if you’re on a budget

Got upgraded to a double room which was nice :) Very clean rooms. Owners gave me the room at the top floor as per request for a quiet place for exams. Quiet street for sleep which was what made me pick this place over more hot spot locations in London. Good location for lots of takeout options which are open late & nearby grocery supermarket.

More difficult to get to than it seems by public transport - the time changes drastically if you miss the right train if you are taking Elizabeth line as a lot of them don't stop at Acton Main line. Read a previous review that the fridge makes noise which I didn't notice at first and only realised later - this wasn't a problem for me but maybe because I am used to background noise in my home anyway.

The staff was super kind. Everyone was approachable and ready to help, even going above and beyond. The lady at the front desk (I don't remember her name) was happy to help even at 2:00 am. I felt at home, thank you, everyone!

The location is not the best if you want to visit London, I would probably suggest a place in East instead, because it is better linked. Overall, the property is very old and the shower had some issue with hot water.
