Really great location for business people, we drove in from the south west of England and used the parking facilities (we were able to avoid congestion charges which is a bonus). The public transport system was then used to head into the centre for a conference. Charge for the parking was very reasonable and highly discounted as a guest at the hotel. Worked out about £18 for 24hrs. Room was very comfortable and clean and the hotel in general was quiet and seemed to cater well to those travelling for business.

The room had air conditioning but it didn't work, it wouldn't normally be an issue but due to the sticky weather we have been experiencing in the UK, it would have been a nice bonus to have it functioning. In addition, when turning the fan function on, it seemed to create a bit of a sewer smell. It was easier for us to just turn it off.

The only thing that wasn't ok was when we asked the waitress to come to breakfast because we were a little late and they told us to come and get breakfast and the breakfast chef started shouting in front of us that you were getting breakfast, I didn't think it was right that he was talking and to shout in front of the people that the moment we are there now for the 10 minutes after it closed and they told us to pass this is an insult to the image of the hotelier

We had 2 rooms 1 was a family room with a sofa bed and the other was a double room. The sofa bed wasn't ready when I arrived, but they sorted that out within minutes, and I was able to get into both rooms straight away. I loved that checkout was 12pm. as our train was later in the day, so we were able to have time in the hotel before we made our trip to Euston train station. The hotel is spotless, the beds were really big and comfortable, the hotel was very quiet and the staff were lovely, friendly, helpful and looked very smart. I had a lovely sleep and a brilliant stay. I would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you for making our stay worth the money.

The TV wouldn't work but was fine. I was able to watch something on my phone as there is a plug for my charger right next to the bed. I didn't like that the hotel ran out of still water. On a very hot day/night, I couldn't get water in the evening or in the morning (I don't like drinking tap water). That was disappointing as there were no shops nearby to get water from.

Hotel staff were friendly and informative, offered drinks from the bar because check-in was delayed. Breakfast was really nice with a great selection served buffet style (better then other hotels we've visited where a waiter brings it to you). Was quiet inside the rooms and enough room for a family of 4.

Room in general was clean and tidy, bathroom had a slight stale urine smell (which admittedly only I could smell, my partner and the two boys couldn't), room was warm but became too hot during the night and the A/C panel didn't work so we couldn't turn the heat down.

Enjoyed the fact the staff listened when I requested to be put no further up than the 2nd floor (scared of heights). The staff were very attentive and friendly. The room was great for the price and wasn't tiny like most London ones are. It was clean and we had no noisy neighbours! Room was overlooking the road and we didn't hear much traffic at all. Black out curtains were great. Good location in terms of close by shops and takeaway as well as a bus stop.

We were given a room that was not as up to date as others in the hotel and i assume this was because of my 2nd floor request. Due to this the bathroom was stained with high iron content water (yellow markings around the shower etc). It was definitely clean just marks can be deceiving to the wrong person. The water pressure was horrendous so don't plan on washing your hair!

Breakfast buffet was very complete. You could take some food to the room, which was amazing, specially if you have to check out very early, and you can't have next day breakfast. The food was replenished all the time. Wide selection for english breakfast (beans, sausages, ham, eggs), croissants, fruits, a bread toaster which was a really great touch. The staff was very professional.

Coffee wasn't the best, some room for improvement. Also there could be more options for night room service. It appears there are some 24/7 options in the menu but apparently it was not possible. The only option was a pizza i believe. Also I suggest to arrive a bit after the check-in time, because you will have to wait for the room to be ready. Even if you inform ahead, that you might arrive early, it won't matter. (I wanted to check in at 1pm but the hotel just allowed me to check in at 2pm for example).

property was nice, lobby was nice to look at. everything was straight forward. check in was smooth. nice clean rooms. loved how the housekeeping team came to change our bed sheets and cleaned our room during our stay.

this is what I didn’t like about the hotel. the customer service was good to start with but when it was time to check out, that was when it went downhill … when I popped out for an hour or 2 . I asked my friend to take care of the checkout... my friend got kicked out of the lobby for apparently sitting in the hotel for too long and it wasn’t good for publicity because she was sitting in the lobby? I have never heard something like this before. when she got kicked out, they also made her take all the luggage we came with (which they said we could leave our luggage here to explore London) this ended up with my clothes and drinks ruined because my friend couldn’t handle all the luggage… this was probably the worse check out service I’ve ever experienced.

We arrived at about 3-4 am, the stuff helped us do the check in quickly (which is for everyone who's travelling at night very helpful) at all, the stuff was very kind and helpful all our stay which was very appreciated. It was a pleasure to stay there. The location was nearby a tube station and 2 grocery stores, and the breakfast was very good as well

The sport channels were available only at the lobby, but we got to see the eurovision in our room.

From the start, the staff were very helpful, when we asked for a few extra towels to be delivered at the front desk we barely got back to our room and we already had a knock at the door with fresh towels. Location is great as it's only a few minute walk to the nearest tube station which brings you straight to the city center. The breakfast was excellent, lots to choose from and it was never too crowded.

The only downside was the smell in the room, was a bit musty and it never really aired out. I'm guessing it was coming from the ventilation in the bathroom and the room, so the ventilation should be cleaned out.

It took me a while to decide on booking this hotel. When we arrived, we did early check-in , staff was excellent and breakfast very satisfying. I even got extra from the reception I.e. shaving cream and plug converter.
