Incredibly friendly and helpful staff and a fantastic location (2 mins walk from North Ealing Station). New restaurant was AMAZING! Room was clean and bed very comfortable.

Our room was a little smaller than we expected (very little room to move around the bed.) We were only using it as a place to rest our heads for one night so didn't mind at all, but may have been more difficult if staying for slightly longer.

We love the ambiance, very cozy and relaxing. Location is superb, near North Ealing station and lots of super market around the area. Staff were very welcoming and even allowed us to check in early because our room was ready. Special thanks to Waheed who’s very accomodating and considerate. Also, the night staff, Alladin, who helped us with our food for our late dinner. The room is so clean and spacious! Bed is very comfortable very conducive for sleep. They also provide free coffee/tea, biscuit, & toiletries. Worth the money! My partner and I really enjoyed our stay here. I would really recommend this hotel and will definitely comeback next time!

The venue is only about a 8 minute walk from Ealing Broadway Station, there is a mini Waitrose across the road and short walk to other cafes etc. The reception staff are extremely warm and friendly. They always greeted me with a smile and nothing was too much bother. The room I stayed in was comfortable and quiet. The wifi worked perfectly. It feels like a home environment. I had food once in their Indian restaurant and it was the most delicious Indian food I have tasted.

It would have been nice to have breakfast there as a choice.

Friendly Staff and were able to park our car before Check In. We were then given an unexpected upgrade which was most appreciated! Room was clean, warm, well equipped and comfortable. The bath was amazing after a long day out and about in London.

Would be nice to be able to have breakfast at the Hotel. However the nearby 11 Coffee & Co Café served a very good Full English so highly recommended.

We had the Studio room booked, it was better than expected. After reading previous reviews we thought it'd be a small room, far from it. Hidden away at the bottom of the garden with private outdoor seating. Huge bed, tea and biscuits, complimentary bottles of water. Air conditioning was perfect for the warm night. Everything was spot on I could go on for ages :) Hotel 55 is local to Pub, shops, restaurants, tube station and parking is readily available in the surrounding area if there isn't any space at the hotel. For the price I'd much prefer to stay here over any Premier Inn as there was that added extra attentive to detail which made our stay that extra special Also we received a complimentary glass of bubbles and some taster bits of their new menu which we were made very welcome at their launch party on Wednesday 6th. Thank you guys for making us feel so welcome :)

The location is excellent for getting into central London. Ealing Broadway has lots of great places to eat. Our room was very cold but the staff were helpful and showed us how to adjust the AC settings.

On arrival we were asked to pay a £100 security deposit as there had been issues with guests in the previous few weeks. We were not aware of this until we checked in and there was no prior warning on the website. The money was refunded when we checked out but some prior warning would have been useful.

Location has good transport links Staff are always friendly and welcoming Rooms are beautifully decorated , air conditioned, clean and comfortable. In the rooms you have a small fridge Complimentary Tea, Coffee and Water

The room, though very compact, was well equipped with fridge, Nespresso machine, TV, and a comfortable bed. The bathroom was big enough and the shower was spacious. We had no problems with hot water flow, as others appear to have experienced. Our daighter had a room with garden view and that was a little more spacious. I doubt that you would find more friendly, attentive, and helpful staff anywhere. They are a credit to the business. There is currently no breakfast available but just around the corner is Coffee & Co and they will cater for all you breakfast needs from 7:30 including American pancakes with maple syrip should you so desire. There is also an Indian restaurant and a Green King pub in the same block, and an Italian across the road from them. This hotel is very handily situated for North Ealing underground station and the trip into central London takes 30-40 minutes depending upon how long you wait for a train and where you alight.

Well the room was small, but we were aware of this before we booked. If you are going in and out of the city, it is fine and provides a bed for the night. If you are on a business trip and need a desk, not quite so good but you could clear the drinks facilities from the small table and use that with the chair provided. Be aware that a security deposit of £100 per room is logged against your credit/debit card upon arrival and immediately refunded upon departure if no damage has occurred. This was not a dislike or a problem for me.

Lovely decor and garden. Thoughtful and generous rooms/ tea and coffee station. Lovely staff and a nice relaxed feel to the place. It was well equipped and unique. Thank you, I enjoyed my stay!

The rooms are not sound proofed so I could hear people slamming doors and walking around. The room was clean but I did notice hairs on the bed and dust in areas and marks on the walls. Also the air fresher in the bathroom/ plugged in wall is overwhelmingly strong and not a good smell, I would get rid of those! Try something like lavender instead. The restaurant space is lovely so it is such a shame it’s not open, and to be able to order breakfast would have been a plus!

the hotel is absolutely beautiful, it’s been done up really well. it’s in a great location with the tube station right round the corner, practically on the doorstep! I love that there’s a nespresso machine, I brought my own pods because I’m fussy but it was such a nice touch! The TV in the room is huge and I had access to Netflix which was lovely! The water pressure in the bathroom is amazing, the shower was fantastic!

There is no lift so be warned that it’s a lot of lugging your luggage up 4 flights of stairs if you’re on the top floor. Not exactly a deal breaker but after walking 30K steps in the city all day it was just heartbreaking to have to lug my heavy body up the stairs haha. The bed was honestly the squeakiest bed I’ve ever slept on, it was really comfortable but it was SO squeaky. I barely breathed and it would wake me up. The door to the room was a bit awkward and took a good few minutes to get in every time, just the key reader was a bit awkward.
