Breakfast was excellent much better than last time over a year ago. Now can help yourself to tea/coffee and orange juice and fresh pastries. Air con in the rooms was excellent. 10% off the restaurant is a nice touch.

I think for the money you pay when there is a gig on you can give people a little extra. At breakfast more toast or an extra egg without charging as you are charging them almost treble than what you charge any other time. You could hear Noises outside. Battered cod in restaurant was not crispy more like wet and squishy. Please give more milk for tea and coffees in the rooms.

Excellent location for the O2. This is our second stay at the Pilot inn for attending a gig at the O2, spotlessly clean rooms with everything you need for a nights stay. Breakfast is OK but nobody bothers to check if you need anything or if your food is ok for you. That said I would still highly recommend this hotel and would stay again.

We were in room 1 and because someone had wedged the hallway door open all you could smell was the smoke and cooking smells from the kitchen, not very pleasant but ok once we shut the door it was fine but it was wedged open again the following morning :(

A charming, old-style pub and hotel nestled among modern buildings, just a 10-minute walk from North Greenwich underground station. The room is a bit small, but perfectly adequate for a couple. The daily cleaning and tidying are exceptional (kudos to the housekeeping staff). The continental breakfast offers a wide variety of options and is quite generous, while you can order traditional English dishes à la carte. In the evening, the pub is open (though the kitchen isn't available every day), and you can enjoy beers from their own brewery.

The price might be a bit high, but it's reasonable considering the location and the quality of the services offered.

Very clean and very cosy. My room was small but for one person it was just fine. Only 10 minutes walk to the O2 Arena. I booked my dinner which for great they were very accomodating since I wanted a gluten free meal. My fish and chips were lovely and hot. I was so pleased after going to the Janet Jackson concert to be going back to the Pilot to get to bed. Lovely breakfast and again gluten free. I really enjoyed my stay and it is the second time I have stayed there, last year in May.

It would have been nice if the big window wasn't over the bed. I wanted more light at night but would have felt cold with the shutter open for the window. When I first walked into the room I had cabin fever since it was very small but I did get used to it.

The Pilot Inn was a bit of a panic booking after another booking got cancelled elsewhere due to overbooking. Although we were looking for something closer to Bethnal Green, it was an easy 45mins to get to the Pilot. We must have lucked out as it was generally quiet and relaxed. Maybe different when a big event is on at the 02. We were going to have dinner in central London but as we were tired we opted for dinner at the Inn and then being able to relax in our room. It was a good size, and good facilities. Good breakfast in the morning too. Which made the stay great value given similar rooms in London. Check in smooth and staff all lovely.

Nothing wrong really. Paint was flaking off shower ceiling so needs addressed but didn’t bother us

The pub is a preserved piece of history in an otherwise modern developing city space. Our room was quirky but had excellent facilities. The Nespresso machine & kettle in the room with very nice quality products ( including the toiletries in the bathroom) were a nice touch. The air-conditioning unit was quiet and added to a comfortable nights sleep in the muggy weather. The room and bathroom were impressively clean. Efficient, friendly service. The parking outside was a real bonus!

Although breakfast was being served until 10 there was only 1 croissant left by 9:30. I guess we were the last and would not promote waste. This was not a serious issue, as the cooked breakfast was very nice.

A beautifully furnished room in an equally well furnished Inn. I was in the Captain's Cabin, which was very comfortable. All the staff were friendly, and there was a huge choice of freshly cooked food for breakfast. I had an early evening meal there too, which was also very nice. Bonus for me was free parking, and only a 10 minute safe walk to the O2.

The room was rather dimly lit, and there was no option for stronger lighting. The room rate (inc breakfast) is quite pricey, but I guess that's the going rate for being able to stay so close to the O2 after an event.

What an absolute find. On arrival we were greeted by a friendly staff member who checked us in. The feel of the place was just perfect and felt clean, well maintained property. The styling is superb! Very quirky which we loved! Our room (9) was wicked, clean modern yet retro, great facilities, comfy bed, absolutely nothing we didn’t like. Chocolates were gorgeous, Nespresso machine, with pods, water, great sound system and amazing location for the o2!!! Would definitely return. Food was amazing too with many gluten free options. Oh and the breakfast was great too!!

The parking was a real bonus after arriving early, we had a very warm welcome the pub itself has a modern but olde world charm with a lovely terrace. We had a small lunch before going into the city which was very good, also the breakfast in the morning was wholesome and well presented. Our room was no.8 on top floor although a little climb it afforded a nice view of the park towards the 02 and cable cars! Would definitely revisit again and highly recommended especially if you are going to the 02

The Pilot is in a great location a short stroll from the 02. Whilst we expected it to be noisy, it really wasn't. The decor is beautiful, and the gardens at the back are lovely. We didn't have time to try the roof terrace but hope to when we return. The bathroom was lovely, and the aircon very welcome. The staff were friendly and helpful. One little moan: though the breakfast was lovely, the cold plates meant if didn't stay hot long enough. All in all a lovely stay thank you.

What's not to like?!
