Central place and super people who are working in the hotel

The breakfast is not ok the buffet is very small and the prices for the breakfast ist complete creasy ! And the lunch and Diner prices are perfectly ! This policy is 😡😡😡😡 The owner has to change this

Lovely bar, everything was of high standard

Breakfast disaster today. Instead of management being honest that things had gone wrong they were just rude. Not the waitress but restaurant manager and wasn’t taking responsibility for everyone’s breakfast being very late or in our case cold twice and the hollinaise sauce being inedible. The hotel price is very high so you should have perfection

It's a beautiful hotel. Full stop.

The only criticism is the bar area, where it seems very inefficient. We were in there 3 times and everytime was very slow to be initially seen even though they have lots of staff. Each time we had to prompt them to serve us as did people on neighbouring tables. Overall a fantastic hotel though.

We visited the hotel with my family whilst i was on business. The welcome and facilities to assist with the children were very good. We have used the hotel previously (as well as other Firmdales) and found they cater for families well. Room was a good size, the decor and overall feel of the hotel is very relaxed which helps with young children. The hotel is in a great location to get to most attractions, theatres, Oxford St etc.

Breakfast could be better in terms of cost for a family of four. The children are charged the same as an adult.

I was truly impressed with the cleanliness of our room and the hotel. It is one of the absolutely cleanest places I have stayed. The staff were friendly and kind. Our breakfasts were included and were very generous (lattes, breakfast table, could order off menu; it was a true breakfast that was fully comp’d). They were food allergy aware and ensured food was prepared to prevent cross contamination. The hotel is a block from Piccadilly and two blocks from Trafalgar Square, a perfect location to get around London. I’d absolutely stay at they Haymarket Hotel again.

The pool was closed for a function and it’s the initial reason we booked this hotel. But, given the cleanliness and kind staff, as well as our limited amount of time, we didn’t notice we missed out.

Front desk staff were extremely friendly and helpful. Room size was very generous.

Lots of up and down stairs on the floor. Initially the breakfast room staff attentiveness was less than satisfactory, and we felt some level of indifference to our needs. However this improved on the next day and was good for the rest of our 6 day stay. My wife is coeliac and while there were gluten free muffins and cake it would have been nice to have a bigger range including pastries (we had these on a previous stay at this hotel).

Super friendly staff at reception, very nice lobby area to hang out. Buffet breakfast option included everything I felt like and was of exceptional quality. The room could not have been more pristine.

I was surprised not to find a toothbrush among the amenities but I get the environmental angle. Called house keeping and they then delivered not only a wooden toothbrush but also a full dental kit including floss and mouthwash. The coffee at breakfast wasn't too bad but it probably came from one of these fully automated machines which often tastes quite different from the proper hand operated ones.

Location was very nice. All the appointments/ bar restaurant, library, all common areas were decorated meticulously. Very very comfortable. Nice having water at bedside and pillow spray. Loved the tub!!! And warming towel holder.

Women at front desk was hard to understand and was not helpful due to a slight language barrier. She was nice, but need a more intelligent front desk person. That truly was the only negative.

Restaurant was heavenly. Room was like a magazine spread. Just lovely and comfy.

Price was prohibitively expensive

The room was absolutely beautiful, the level of detail and care in the design of the room was incredible. The room was spotlessly clean as was the rest of the hotel. The staff were lovely and incredibly accommodating to any need as well as being very family friendly which was super important to us and appreciated by our 4 year old daughter. Seeing smiles from all the staff every morning and every evening when we returned made us feel so welcome.
