It's conveniently located near train and metro stations. The price may seem too high at first glance, but if compared with the crazy prices in central London, it is more or less acceptable. There are a lot of dining options around. The staff are very nice. Originally we were in a small room on the 3rd floor. For some reason, WiFi didn't work there. The staff handled the situation in a very professional manner. They moved us to a lot more spacious room on the 7th floor with great WiFi connection. Thanks for that! The rooms are equipped with mood lights (where you can change the color of the illumination) - it was fun and comfy.

A bit noisy street. I think there is a construction or something across the street. There is no complimentary coffee/tea in the room and no fridge. It'd be great if you have those.

The room was on the small size with a double bed. My husband and I stayed for 3 nights ans the hotel was perfect. Room was perfect size for both of us. There was alot of space to move around however my husband chilled on the bed anytime I wanted to tidy or unpack. The housekeeping team cleaned rubbish away each day. Staff were exceptionally friendly every member of staff went above to greet us and offer us assistance. We left on a day of lashing rains and neither of us had an umbrella or jacket with a hood. A member of staff went out of there way to find us an umbrella we could use. We definitely will stay next time we visit London, we found the hotel to be perfect and gave us the best night sleep.

There was only 1 pillow each on the bed.

Great location, mood lighting in the room, comfy beds, some staff very helpful - especially Isaac he was lovely.

Shower and bathroom very small, had to sit on an angle on the toilet due to closeness of the wall. very small floor space around bed. Shower had low water pressure. Cleaners were quite noisy from 8am-11am making loud bumping outside the room. Some staff very helpful, moving our bags and making check in and out smooth but others found it a chore to help us with our bags and even made us get our own bags from their store area and reach them off the shelves.

Loved the location, the staff were very helpful and friendly, the room was just right for our short stay. It was cleaner than many places I have stayed in in London too! We also didn't feel any negatives from being in an internal room. Though small, it was all we needed and didn't feel too cramped. The lighting allowed us to dim or brighten, and the mirrors reflected light well making it seem bigger. The air conditioning was great too.

The only two faults were the lack of drinks facilities. Albeit budget, complimentary drinks all day would have been nice, or at least a kettle and mugs in the room to make our own. £2.50 per drink for hot water and a tea bag is very expensive. Also, guests in the night walking past, the lift being used across the hall and housecleaning woke us a few times. Especially when the hoover was outside the door. I appreciate cleaning started at 9am on the dot, not a bad time at all, but after a late night, a proper lie in would have been nice. Seems the door wasn't very soundproof. But I would stay again. These are minor, so not at all put us off visiting again.

Location to the train station was really good. This allowed us to leave early enough for the Eurostar without worrying about getting across the city. We were able to visit Camden Market and explore on foot the amazing scenery around the station, which we would not have done if we stayed in the city. Breakfast was decent enough and had a good selection of food. The bedrooms were clean and all accessed by a lift. We arrived quite early (4 hours to be exact) and asked if we could store out luggage. They checked our room and it was ready so they let us check in straight away. In the evening we visited one of the Indian resturants in the area for tea and it was really nice that we then didn't have far to go to get home.

The rooms whilst clean and modern were a little sparce and cramped. Just a frosted screen between you and the toilet / shower. So you need to know your room mate quite well. However, this was only used as a base to sleep as we were out most of the time. So it didn't spoil the holiday.

This hotel was in a great location less than 10 mins from St Pancras. I was with my mum who is disabled and we had many bags, the hotel staff were so helpful getting us to our room. I really liked how spacious the accessible room was - so many rooms are advertised as accessible but don't factor in how much space is actually needed to manoeuvre a wheelchair so this was great. Bed was very comfortable.

I found the electronic control panel for the lights, AC etc very difficult to use. I couldn't figure out how to get the lights to stay on when I left Mum in the room, and the AC unit came on randomly once in the middle of the night and we had to use the manual override to turn it off.

The hotel was very modern and clinically clean. The staff were very helpful and attentive without being sycophantic. They also organised a taxi for me, which was very useful. A good size, and well equipped, bathroom. An extremely comfortable bed. I slept like a log.

I really like to have a kettle in my room as I really love a brew! Whilst there was a coffee/tea/chocolate machine downstairs at the reasonable price of £2.50, I like to take a cup to bed with me, not traipse it through the hotel and let it get colder still whilst I get ready for bed. But that was my only quibble. If I were staying more than a couple of nights I would have wanted a bigger room. I had a double to myself. I would not have liked to share it. Bijou as the estate agents say when they mean a very tight amount of space!. That said the space was well used and I was very comfortable on my one night stay.

The hotel was very clean and welcoming. There was a bit of a queue for check-in. Mainly because of the automated system and everyone arriving at once. The room was clean but lacked some basic amenities. For example, no kettle or tea/coffee facilities in room. Hot drinks can be *bought* from a vendor downstairs. Soap/Shampoo was one bottle. Not ideal for female travellers. The room was bright enough to get ready (hair & makeup) and towels provided we're soft and fluffy. The bed was hard, but not uncomfortable. Pillows were perfect. The noise from outside was quite loud, but this can be muffled by closing the window and using the air conditioning, which works well. Location was great! Just a 5 min walk from King's Cross Station. Passing a few shops along the way, co-op, Mc Donalds, Newsagents & KFC. Overall, I would recommend the Point A for travellers who are looking for a short stay. I would prefer something a little more comfortable for longer than 3 days.

Soap/Shampoo was one bottle - definitely bring your own if you are a female who wants to refresh her hair. Tea and coffee facilities are not in the room, and are at an additional cost should you want one.

Location, staff helpful, newly refurbished or new hotel so it was very clean

Rooms are absolutely tiny- no space to manoeuvre around one another in our twin room, so it required some reversing in and out of spaces. Absolutely fine for one night but I wouldn’t want to stay for several nights. I had requested early check in at noon for an extra £15 which was confirmed in writing. However, this hadn’t been followed up on the booking and the room was unavailable until 30 mins before usual 3pm check in. This was very disappointing as we needed to get ready and out again early. Staff tried to resolve for us which we appreciated but do make sure you follow through with hotel in advance if require this.
