location Breakfast - the breakfasts were amazing in the top floor restaurant.

At the time of our stay check in was very slow. I got impression that the hotel was just restarting after a Covid shutdown and all staff were new. Check out was disorganised and I was asked to pay again as they said my payment made at check in had not been recognised. Sadly both payments were taken so I had to ring up to get this corrected which was done promptly. I think this was a training of new starters glitch. I will return as I hope these initial teething issues will be sorted once hotel staff are settled in. need to speed up check in process.

The hotel was lovely, clean spacious and all the staff were attentive and professional. A real credit to the hotel! Service, food and even the lovely touches and extras made our weekend there extra special. Thank you to all the staff who work exceptionally hard to make your stay here perfect! My husbands 50th was lovely thanks to them all. Room service - breakfast was lovely, hot and plentiful, cleaning was immaculate, maintenance checked our air con within 2 minutes of contacting them they arrived and sorted straight away, concierge and doorman helpful with locating a cab, bar staff professional and friendly. The surprise champagne, birthday and strawberries was a lovely touch! Thank you all and we will definitely recommend and return!

Excellent location, right on the bus (icluding hop on/hop off), close to the tube station, walking distance to many sights, shops and places to eat nearby. Very nice rooms with a extra bed AND sofa for kids, large bathroom with shower and tub, toileteries available, tea, coffee, hot chocolate. Excellent breakfast. 4+stars for sure

Room a bit tight for extra bed and sofa, but that was expected (London;-). One room had water leakage which was however resolved by upgrading friends to suite so they enjoyed large room with magnificent view including the skyline! Our view was unfortunately Kensington side, but not bad!

Great location, staff were good to deal with, room clean and spacious. Bed was huge and comfortable. The room has a bath and separate shower. Perfect for us and the baby. A stand out of the staff was from the barman named Finlay. He made a great effort while we ate and had a few drinks. The location is great! I would stay here again. I needed a kettle to wash baby bottles and it was in the room without asking for it. The kettle was clean inside too always a plus when traveling with a baby.

We staying in room on level one at the end, it was loud from being directly outside of the services machines and the room needed an update. As we did a last minute booking the staff tried to accommodate us into moving into a different room but we’re unable to at the time. However, the room was clean and the staff were all nice.

Amazing location and superb staff! I can pretty much go anywhere and do anything. There's even a Whole Foods within walking distance! Rooms are very comfortable. We were in a deluxe studio, I believe, and it was perfect for a family of 4. Loved the tub, and the toiletries are divine! Penhaligon's toiletries! You can't ask for more! Definitely order the breakfast. It's perfect. No other words. We had it brought up through room service every morning so the kids could have breakfast in bed. Vian, our room service person every morning was an absolute delight! Well worth the tip to have it sent up. Cannot say enough good things about this hotel...I could go on and on!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Royal Garden Hotel, and I have to say that I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. The room was absolutely lovely - spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. I appreciated the attention to detail that was evident throughout, from the plush bedding to the stylish decor. But what really made my stay stand out was the hotel's excellent location. Situated in the heart of the city, it was incredibly convenient for exploring all that London has to offer. I was able to walk to many of the city's top attractions, and there were plenty of great restaurants and shops nearby. But perhaps the best part of my stay at the Royal Garden Hotel was the exceptional service provided by the staff. From the moment I arrived, I was treated with warmth, kindness, and professionalism by every member of the team. They went out of their way to ensure that I had everything I needed to make my stay comfortable and enjoyable, and were always available to answer any questions I had. All in all, I would highly recommend the Royal Garden Hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, convenient, and welcoming place to stay in London. The room was lovely, the location was fantastic, and the staff were simply outstanding. I can't wait to come back!

Facilities really good, including piano bar. Very nice rooms and very helpful staff. Great location almost opposite tube station.

It was already quite pricey, but then they added a “service charge” onto the rooms, which they waived when I queried it. I’ve never come across a service charge for a hotel room before and don’t like the idea of a hidden cost which the customer is unaware of when the hotel is booked and supposedly paid for. Hopefully people seeing this review should be aware and then ask for the charge to be removed, which they did without fuss in my case.

Really lovely hotel in a fantastic location. Room was comfortable, spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

More information on breakfast offering - I wasn’t sure if I could help myself to anything from the hot or cold buffet, separate menu offering wasn’t explained to me during the stay and I wasn’t offered any toast on first morning; I just asked for it subsequent mornings as I saw other customers being brought toast. Reception gave my son a kids backpack when checking out which was a lovely gesture but seemed odd to give this when leaving rather than when checking in.

I stay here frequently as I find the location perfect for my needs. Overlooking Kensington Gdns and Kensington High St it is perfectly located for both tourists and business users. The refurbished rooms are pretty much all exceptional and I would say very good value. The other rooms are clean, a bit on the small side, but well serviced. The staff are always exceptionally attentive and always go out of their way to help. Excellent breakfast and probably one of the best Chinese restaurants in London. Like most London hotels prices fluctuate with the seasons so try to book well in advance.

There are def issues with the air con system in some rooms and this needs addressing.

location was great, when i checked in the gentleman was very pleasant although it took along time. room was very nice on 9th floor, bed was super comfy. everything was very clean.

the restaurant on the ground floor had no atmosphere and so we didn't want to eat or drink in there. the barman in the restaurant on the 10th floor was quite rude and not helpful, he got our order wrong. also spirits are served automatically in a double which i don't like, i would like the option to choose and was very expensive.however views were amazing Not many toiletries, had one bottle of shampoo and shower gel between 2 people to be used in sink, shower and bath
