The location is awesome just next to the Westminster abbey. The room was super clean and tidy; the design is superb, really enjoyed that. The room looks like as it’s advertised. The reception lady was very sweet and nice. Happy holidays in Croatia by the way, I hope your flight goes well ;)

The hot/menu part of the breakfast was quite poor, it is small to be honest, not that nice. There is also a buffet available - that was nice The beds in the twin room are quite narrow and it’s a bit short for a person who is 6.4f

Just literally a 3-minute walk from Westminster Abbey in the heart of the Westminster neighborhood this bed and breakfast hotel was perfect for our 5 days stay in this historic city. The room was large, well-kept and the bed was very comfortable. The bath was well appointed and spotlessly clean. The attached restaurant offered a wonderful selection for breakfast including everything from a simple buffet to a full English breakfast and all it was served with a smile and wonderfully bright attitude.

My favorite hotel in London! Incredible location, close to Big Ben, Westminster, Buckingham, 10D St., London eye, and so much more! Breakfast is absolutely amazing!!! Some rooms may be a bit small and a bit uncomfortable if they’re located by the elevator and the floor is a bit creaky, but apart from that, it’s absolutely worth it! Will always be my home while in London : )

Breakfast was served in the pub next door and was delicious. The staff were very attentive and friendly. The location is fantastic, just next to Westminster Abbey and QEII centre. The room was comfortable.

Breakfast only opened at 8am on a Saturday. A 7am start would have been more convenient. The view from the room was to a back street so nothing to see. Not easy to find as you have to go up the stairs to the first floor to find the reception.

Great location, easy check-in, friendly staff, good room with good facilities and very comfortable bed. Breakfast was fantastic.

Only thing I could fault was that we had very noisy people above us, moving furniture at 3am etc. but obviously this was just bad luck and no fault of the hotel.

Very good location, very nice room with impressive English decoration. The size of the room as usual in London- not so big.

Breakfast was poor. You can choose warm dish, but the buffet without any cheese or vegetables. The coffee is filtered. Any other kind of coffee demands extra pay.

Location was excellent. Very close to Westminster Abbey. Room had a safe. Excellent black out curtains. Breakfast included and it was in the pub next door which had access from the hotel.

Nothing. Have stayed a number of times and think the room renovations are lovely. Also noticed it was not noisy, and it has perhaps been a little noisier on previous occasions (truck deliveries early morning).

This is an excellent well maintained historic hotel in the center of London. Once you find a parking place (if you come by car) you can simply walk to a lot of great locations. The pub and restaurant attached to the hotel was surprisingly very good - in fact the hotel's restaurant was one of the best places at which we enjoyed a meal in all of the 10 days we road-tripped around England. The rooms are clean and comfortable. You may find the rooms small and the beds equally proportioned - however keep in mind that this is a historic hotel.

Parking was a little difficult to find.

Excellent location in the city centre, close to the conference centre and attractions. Comfortable room with excellent bathroom facilities, tea, coffee, fridge, TV and WIFI. Good breakfast, but some breakfast items were extras (clearly explained). The hotel is in a fantastic location and is well connected to public transport.

When leaving, the lift was out of service (received apologies at reception). There is little soundproofing (I could hear movement on the corridor) but, apart from this, the room itself was quiet (especially at night). I could not hear any noise from the street while sleeping.
