Everything ! Perfectly located in vibrant Soho and close to all the major areas in central London. Clean, spacious and although in the middle of Soho, yet the rooms are quite and well insulated. Housekeeping is amazing and very friendly, and the reception is extremely helpful! Always checking on us if we need anything and providing us with cutlery when we order food. They also brought us Water Hose when requested.. they just go above and beyond to make us happy all the time.

Nothing! We loved this hotel and it has surely became our go to when visiting London. My room didn’t have a view, but considering the location I understand it.

Our stay at the Soho Hotel was wonderful. The room was clean, spacious and beautifully decorated. The room was at the back end of the hotel so it was very quiet at night. The beds were amazingly comfortable! The staff was attentive, friendly and ready to deliver any need. The concierge went so far to hail a taxi while we waited comfortably inside the hotel. Overall, an immaculate job!

Beautiful hotel with everything you dream about. Every room like Libary and others are perfectly decorated. Our apartment was lovely, I could stay there all days… Breakfast fantastic, bar open till midnight… Very close to China town and close to all buses and Underground.

Surroundings of the hotel was a bit rough , very busy at weekends, lots of pubs, clubs and restaurants.

Friendly service, size of bed, gym, birthday gift (thank you!), toilet, room service, windows, breakfast and much more :)

Breakfast service and kitchen were inconsistent- 3 days and 3 different variants of the same meal - it was hard to get what I asked for - comparing to other departments breakfast was the weakest. However I loved it anyway, it was delicious!

Love this place. The room was huge, stunning with the light pouring through the windows, the bed was high high and so comfy. Spotlessly clean. Truly felt 5 star. Little touches, the room spray, the turndown water, the thick towels, the hot hot water, the incredibly attentive team without being stuffy or pompous. Exceeded expectations

The gym was small basic

Hotel was in heart of theater district. You could walk to Buckingham Palace and most tourist spots. The hotel was in excellent condition. The room was beautiful and bathroom had a towel warmer! They thought of everything!

Nothing! Great hotel - little pricey but a great hotel for first time visitors! Breakfast was ok but excellent service.

Arrived 10.30am, had breakfast which was excellent. Notified room was ready whilst having breakfast - not normally available until 3.00pm! The room was beautiful, stunning in fact. Staff friendly in a natural way. Location absolutely perfect for everything we wanted to do. Honesty Bar is a great idea & we have never come across this before. Made us feel home from home.

For over £500 per night I expect more than one small bottle of water. And I also expect tea and coffee making facilities. Very disappointed.

pretty much everything. great location, fabulous building, our room was immaculate and I don’t think I’ve ever been in a hotel where the attention to detail seen in the rooms is the same in the corridors.

next to nothing at all. I think the might have been a beer delivery outside just after 7 am but hey, we were in the heart of London!

Location super! Overall design and comfort excellent.

Breakfast, super expensive and not the best quality. You better go to Soho House around the corner.
