What a fantastic place to stay! I don’t know where to start…………. After receiving the warmest of welcome’s I was taken to my room at the top of the most fabulous staircase. The condition of the room was excellent, well kept with every detail thought about. It wasn’t until I jumped into the bed until my stay really began. The room had the most comfortable double bed I think I have ever slept in and I even had to ask the owner where she got her pillows. In the morning, I was cooked a beautiful breakfast while chatting to other guests in thier lovely dinning room. What a lovely family who can’t do enough for you. Trust me, this is the place to stay in Lossiemouth, you certainly won’t be disappointed!!!

The only thing I didn’t like was having to leave in the morning!

The hosts were super welcoming and friendly, I was just there one night but they'd made an effort to remember the longer stays tea and coffee orders which is lovely! The room is so comfy and well provisioned- the fan is a must for me but I'm always embarrassed asking for it so having one in the room is such a great touch! They've really thought about everything! The room I was in has a great view of the shore and golf course!

Totally my fault as I didn't check if anything was on during my stay but noise from the music festival was quite disturbing - luckily it didn't go too late and I was able to sleep eventually - not the hosts fault AT ALL so I'd just recommend checking if anything is on nearby if you're visiting.

Our warm welcome by Angela, who helped us by confirming our booking when we felt lost. She offered us a choice of 3 beautiful rooms. Our choice fulfilled every wish. We had space, classy decor, comfy beds, a large screen TV that was easy to work, yummy choccies and a choice of tea, coffee or hot chocolate plus ice and cold water in the fridge. A hot shower was followed by a sumptuous breakfast. This was served to us by our host's partner and included fresh fruit, tasty yoghurt, a choice of cereals and either white or brown toast and a delicious English spread of eggs, bacon, sausages, mushrooms, tomatoes. The decor theme throughout the historic house was tastefully applied in the dining room, which faced the golf links and the sea. Thoroughly recommended.

Absolutely nothing.

Fantastic accommodation. Our host Angela was very welcoming, accommodating & hospitable. Angela went above and beyond. We had a top floor room with fantastic view of the golf course, golf club and beach. It was like a home away from home. Very comfortable bed, good size room, bonus that the room had a fridge (which has been lacking in all our other accommodations), lovely Scottish cooked breakfast available early (another bonus as most hot breakfast in other accommodation only available from 8am). Great shower and towel heating rails.

Excellent breakfast! Room had lots of space and thoughtful extras; very well appointed. Wish we could have stayed two nights. Terrific shower; large bathroom. Outstanding view of the Moray Firth and golf course. Beautiful sunset! Host recommended an excellent restaurant virtually across the street. Close to Elgin - be sure to visit the ruins of the cathedral! A truly wonderful accommodation.

We reserved a breakfast time, but had to wait over a half hour as the breakfast room was full. Delayed our departure.

After the loss of our son earlier this year we decided to have a wee break away from it all, and we couldn’t have chosen any better. We originally booked the deluxe double room but on arrival we found that had changed to an entire ground floor flat. The flat more than met our expectations it was literally like home from home with everything you could possibly need for a self catering holiday. The view from the large bay window in both the living room and bedroom was nothing short of amazing with a window seat to sit and watch the waves crashing onto the beach. Breakfast was included due to previously booking a deluxe double room in the main house which did not disappoint and certainly provided a hearty start to your day. Cereal toast and a full English breakfast which was absolutely delicious and the hosts obviously used quality products. The owners are absolutely lovely and definitely cater to your every whim. We only wish our stay had been longer, having said that we are going back in the winter for a weekend to hopefully see the northern lights which seem to be a regular phenomenon in this area. Angela the owner was more than happy to share her experience and photos of the northern lights and what better way to see it than a lovely B&B with amazing hosts and a property that has uninterrupted views of the sea. Highly recommended a stay here it’s perfect.

We were upgraded to an apartment so had lots of space. The bed was huge. A proper king size. Bathroom was new, large and spotlessly clean. The hosts Angela and John were lovely. Angela left us delicious banana bread. Breakfast was sensational. They had a cappuccino machine (important for Australians). Smoked salmon and scrambled eggs were delicious as was the bacon.

Nothing.

This place was akin toa 5 star hotel. Angela and John were very friendly and helpful. The comfort of the bed and pillows wad fantastic. The food was cooked to perfection, with a little bit of chat along at breakfast was very welcome. They had binoculars in my room if I fancied a bit of birdwatching along the beach.

I could not fault it.

If I could give this a 12/10 I would. Fantastic room with a mega view over the bay. Breakfast incredible and a service from Angie and John second to none. Nothing was too much trouble. The room spacious and the bathroom bright and clean. We couldn’t have asked for better accommodation. We will be 100% back.

Even the weather was good
